Sorry, I can understand this latest assault is causing people to think dark thoughts, but realistically do you go for such an overreach if you are in a position of strength? If you are winning you dictate the timing of events and you don’t show your hand until the very end. The question I have is this: Will the vaccinated parents(altered DNA) produce healthy children? Can someone with genetic experience describe how the DNA sequence begins at conception? Do the vaccines alter the DNA permanently? Have there been articles written that address this concern?
I am not an expert but as I understand it the DNA is not changed. The DNA is where the genes making up the chromosomes is. The DNA stays in the nucleus but mRNA takes information from the DNA and carries it around to the cells with instructions for doing whatever they are supposed to do. The vaccine contains an mRNA sample from the virus and it instructs the cells to make the spike proteins that the immune system is supposed to fight. I’m not saying the vaccine is particulary effective, or that it might not be dangerous, but it doesn’t recode the blueprint of who you are.

I’m reading reactions to the shots and also deaths from Covid 19.
What is in the shots that impact people differently? It’s a very selective shot and it seems to be by design.
Some get multiple organ/system inflammation, and others do not. What is it in our DNA that helps limit the inflammatory response, where it won’t impact our bodies? Or what is it in our genetics that cause the inflammatory response in some and not others?
Those are really outstanding questions. I have no answers but just an anecdotal speculation:
My father contracted malaria in the North African Campaign during WWII and suffered from that disorder for the rest of his life. He was on some form of HCQ for decades. I read in some research paper that immunity from malaria could be genetically passed on. Have no idea if or how the HCQ benefit could play into genetics. All I know is that my 3 sisters and I, vaccinated with 3 different kinds, had minimal or no side effects, and have not been ill (yet). We are 69, 70, 74 and 84, respectively. (You’d think at our ages at least one of us would have succumbed to the virus…:)
Posting this comment because, again, I think your question about how our DNA might be involved in vaccine responses is a really outstanding one. Propels me now to go look for any research papers on that topic.

Just voted (early) for the PPC (not to be confused with the CCP) in our unneeded and unwanted Canadian Federal Election.
Had to show my ID and my Voters card to 3 different poll workers before they allowed me to make an X for my candidate of choice.
