Negative post for the day – I’m furious and defeated. I see so many people on Twitter & TikTok saying – OK this is it. I’m done. It’s time to step up and fight back. But how? Who? I am convinced it will be business as usual and death to liberty by a thousand cuts. What can we do? They’ve stolen the election. They have the entire federal government, the courts, media, big tech, entertainment, sports, education, you name it. What can we do? We have to work. We have to provide a living for our families. I don’t have time for this. I have meetings and calls to make all day trying to make money for my family. Looks like I will be testing once a week now even though I work from home, and need to be happy that I have the testing alternative – because I can’t lose my job, my healthcare, everything.

I’m retired but my kids are facing what you describe. Families must band together if this actually goes through. That might mean living together as an extended family.
I am ready to sell my place and use retirement savings to pay my kids mortgages for as long as I can to give them time to find a new job and/or home. But it absolutely will come to that if we all surrender now. Instead, let’s see what THEY will do if lots and lots of Americans in our shoes refuse to comply. I’m not so sure they can run and keep a nation with nearly half the population on strike.
IMO what you are describing IS the surrender now. You don’t fight back by retreating into your home and family and trying to avoid civilization. You tear it all down.
I disagree with you, regarding surrender. I am in exactly the position whateves describes. My wife and I have discussed contingency plans if our kids and their families are negatively impacted. That is not surrender, that is planning. All part of the war to come.
As a practical matter I’m too old to do much tearing down. Each of us can do what we can with the skills and resources we have. My job will be to help young people survive and win.

I would love it if my kids would move in with us. The problem is convincing them to do so before it’s too late. I believe the 70 days was selected because the actual approved jab is not currently available in the US. Legally, they can not mandate an experimental vaccine and the one that is approved is not even being produced yet in the US.

It’s just a small thing, but you could get some t shirts with good pro freedom messages, for yourself, friends, and family. I’ve been wearing a Legalize Freedom shirt often in the last month and getting lots of positive feedback. Today I’m going to wear my new “Natural Immunity for the Win” shirt for the first time. I custom ordered that one on line, not expensive and pretty quick.

Many products no longer list where they are made on the websites so I write to the mfg and ask. When they respond with “china” I politely respond back and tell them no thank you, I no longer support the CCP.
Our efforts must be somewhat noticed because in the last couple of years it has become harder and harder to find on a package where an item is made. You will find “Distributed by …” and then the US address of the distributor.
I always assume if they don’t tell me where it is actually MADE there is a reason – and decline the purchase.

Good advice. Each of us can do our part. I encourage people to not listen to the all or nothing crew. For example, I cannot say I’ll never buy from Amazon again. Not only do they occasionally have things I really need and can’t find elsewhere, for awhile yet, I’m housebound.
But I have drastically reduced my Amazon spending, and that, combined with everyone’s effort, hurts them.
When people on here, the Tree, and elsewhere deride those who can’t completely do something like stop shopping at Amazon, they stop a lot of people who could and would make changes that would collectively add up.
We must remember that every act we take just needs to be effective, not perfect.
I will suggest this. For everything hardgoods that Amazon peddles, and I do mean everything, a simple DDG or an Ebay search will uncover a vendor somewhere else selling it. Sometimes, the same vendor that offers it simultaneously through Amazon marketplace.
Sometimes, it might cost a couple dollars more elsewhere, but we’ve found that 80% of the time it is cheaper than Amazon.
And often, a DDG search can even find a local business that offers it. And I love spending my money with Main Street, as they are my neighbors in my community.
We buy nothing from Amazon, and have not wanted for anything we’ve needed.
I have autistic grandsons. Months ago I needed a specific learning aide for one of them. Multiple searches, and I am good at them, as well as willing to pay more, found nothing. It was Amazon or do without. I opted to help my grandson.
There is a medical item that I need daily. Only Amazon sells it. My doctor’s staff called med supply houses, checked online…only Amazon sells it
I am glad I can get it.
I don’t support Amazon’s politics, and I prefer to purchase goods from independent sellers, but I am grateful to be able to purchase my prescribed med item from Amazon.

Try contacting the manufacturer and see if they have any other distribution channels. Some will sell direct with a phone call.
It’s amazing how many people still use Amazon. They can always rationalize the use of a company that hates their guts. Same goes for Netflix, the NFL, college football and Hollywood products.
And they still take their families to Disneyland!

If you hunt around, you can still sometimes find NOS Swing A Way can openers, the US-made ones that last 40+ years and never fail to work. They pop up on Ebay all the time.
Faster than an electric one, and cleaner, too.
We have one from the late 80s, and keep an NOS one around as a spare … although I’m beginning to think the first one is going to outlive us.

I get the earning a living part, paycheck to paycheck, been there, it’s scary knowing your families livelihood is on the line, and quite honestly it one of the things they count on to keep us controlled. Make no mistake though, we are in a fight, anyone that thinks we just magically win without hardship and losses are fooling themselves but for you no need to make some great sacrifice today, but when they call you in for your weekly test go with head high treat it like the honor it is, you are fighting the good fight for not only for yourself and family but for those watching you who have already bent the knee, if they make you mask wear it as a badge of honor, thats how you fight back.
When your day is done go home and be glad that you are a patriot and actually get it, look at your family, recharge your battery with the knowledge that freedom and liberty for them is well worth some hardships, remember your not alone in this. They do have all those institutions, what they no longer have is the consent of the governed, the great awakening is happening just stand strong a little longer.
On a personal note, I have had more quality time with family since Jan 6 than I had the previous ten years, in a weird way I’m thankful for all this mess, it has certainly help clarify what is and is not important.

Your post sounds familiar from long, long ago. Back before the USA was created and the British ruled with an iron fist. The vast majority of Colonists either sided with the Brits, or simply wanted to be left alone to suffer unjust rule.
Right now my daughter’s university is trying to make her get vaccinated or she must leave and she will not be able to finish her classes remote. The pressure and coercion is unbelievable. She’s already paid for the semester. She wants to attend college. She has a future planned. What I have been doing to fight this is to question the school about which vaccine she will be given. Is it going to be Comirnaty or is it going to be an EUA vaccine. I’ve also been asking who is going to be liable if she experiences adverse effects or death…because we all know she isn’t going to be injected with the FDA approved vaccine its the one that is still under liability shield because its EUA. They have not answered my questions.
She has until 9/27 and I have been praying my heart out. If it were up to me she would not vaccinate. She does not want to vaccinate. So I hope she lets the deadline go and makes them throw her out of class. But that’s a lot to ask of a 19 year old kid, isn’t it? If they threw her out I think I would get a lawyer and sue. What else can we do? What if something happens to my daughter? I can’t sleep at night thinking about anything happening to her that I could prevent. I’m her mother. I’m supposed to keep her safe.
I don’t know what she’ll do.
Now Biden comes along with his horse hockey decree which I am quite certain will effect my husband. He is currently working form home but that only began with the onset of the pandemic and the shut down. He could be told he has to return. We don’t know. But what good is his job if because of it he gets the vaccine and dies or is disabled? I told him to ask them who will be liable? Depending on what state you live in, there are religious and/or philosophical exemptions for vaccines. Look into it.
Can your daughter transfer to a college in a state that protects against mandates (like Florida)? Maybe even online?
If not, I’d advise her to delay education a year and work and save money instead.

Also, there is a vaccine in trial in Europe which may eventually be approved here that does NOT use mRNA tech. It looks s a traditional vax.

IF we could get the AZ Audit results: ballots/envelopes vs. registered voter lists + computer/router evidence + canvassing evidence…. and broadcast it somehow globally… THEN we can mobilize on state and local levels with a concrete objective: audit all county election systems nationwide…. develop concrete steps to correct and end rigged elections. Honest elections is … critical to saving the Republic.
We would need to develop grassroots teams of people we know we can trust bc subversive infiltrators. .. will… be inserted in our groups to sabotage our efforts.
Once we have the evidence of fraud … then we can easily replace pretty much everyone at these boards of elections nationwide.

This is why I am so annoyed whenever I see anyone posting polls. It would be the same as quoting an MSM hit piece as though it were real news. All polls are fake. Numbers are predetermined to deliver the desired outcome. The only question in a poll is what message the oligarch is sending and to whom.
All major polls are just the MSM. Same people, same agenda. Some polls are explicitly targeting conservatives so they run polls intended to gain trust. But like the GOP, the end game is betrayal.
Political Science an oxymoron. We have accepted this term so long that science is nothing now but but politics.
Lets for a sec assume the poll is correct. I know what I’m willing to do to prevent myself and those I love form being forced to take an experimental drug, I assume at this point in time most of that 38% feel the same way, but I’m not sure the sheep that make up the 54% are willing to put everything on line to force the jab. Sometimes conviction and motivation are more important than shear numbers.

I agree with the sentiment of your comment completely but maybe not the strategy. What I think states ought to do is back their private employers by telling them that the full power of the state and its resources will be available to them in order to stop this illegal federal mandate.
Support the private employers. I know some very prominent huge privates have mandates already but the vast majority of companies don’t yet. I hope the Governors will be able to help stiffen the private employers’ spines by nullifying the federal edicts and letting them know an authority is behind them.
Going after the employers will be like punching into the empty air.
The employers will fall back on the need to follow Federal Law and Codes. This is also the case if States go after rogue Municipalities that alter their health codes to comply.
The Governors have to target the Federal Government over the laws and codes being established. By going the route of using OSHA, FDA, CDC, et al to coerce compliance…the Federal Government has opened the door for a science debate in court over the basis of their decrees.
The other route for this type of suit would be via Medicare and Social Security recipient class actions. The Federal Government has directly threatened and limited the freedoms of the recipients of these funds. This is a major battle where one of the MAGA oriented legal firms or groups should step in to build this case.
The other route is States asserting their Constitutional Power to handle Health Matters within their borders along the lines of the Texas Heartbeat Law. This would allow them to go after entities not following State Codes and Laws.
Where this approach breaks down is at the physical boundaries of the State and National Boundaries. This is where joint RED State Hyper federalism can come into play, via reciprocal agreements. The RED States even control sufficient Financial Nodes as well as major ports of entry to counter Blue State holdings.
I never meant to imply that the states shouldn’t go on the attack vs. the Feds. That is most definitely the main line of attack.
I only suggested the states support private employers who don’t want to go along with the Feds by offering them help. Not every private employer wants these mandates.

And, even those people who already had original covid are susceptible to another strain down the road (same as flu). Natural immunity may be best but with fast mutating viruses even that doesn’t last long.
