What employers need to do to stay on the right side of the law is to treat every employee exactly the same. If one is required to get tested weekly, they are all required to do the same.
Employers cannot relax safety requirements but they can make them more stringent. Doing so would remove any expectation of reward for submitting to medical experiments. Testing across the board would also remove any stigma between vaxxed and others.
No HIPAA or ADA laws apply if no personal questions are demanded.

I can come up with some hypotheses… pick your battles… inability to monitor the many who take their advice and might be unusually feeble (liability issue)… etc.
But it’s disturbing to me, inasmuch as the propaganda around the masks and social distancing (lockdowns are the same thing just to a greater degree), are part and parcel of facilitating the fear-mongering and tyranny.

So applying a vaccine mandate that basically nullifies patient privacy rights under HIPPA only produces two results. HIPPA laws apply and no proof of vaccine is needed or HIPPA is nullified and I have a right to know if someone is endangering my health. I would say the greatest sell-out of our freedom and constitutional system was by the Supreme Court, in declining to consider the Texas v. Pennsylvania case.
