We’ve had months now… MONTHS – to organize a visible resistance and protests. And yet, I would bet my entire paycheck that this weekend far more people will take to the streets to protest the Texas abortion laws than have EVER shown up to keep our gun rights, voting rights, privacy rights, resist the 1/6 commish, protest the political prisoners still rotting in jail, etc, since this marxist revolution began. we cannot muster a sustained campaign against this fascism.
Thats because we still have no idea what it actually means to resist or withdraw consent. if there are hard men or hard ideas out there, where are they?

The folks protesting in Texas will be being paid to be there and have their bail posted if arrested.

At the moment, pretty much anything and everything coming down the pike is going to be turned on the patriot. It’s rigged. To be able to feed myself, family, and friends. To be the rock of readiness when it gets really stupid that others need. I have a crap ton of skills amassed over my life. I don’t think my self-reliance or individuality will save me. I think my ability to think logically and clearly, and not get suckered MIGHT allow me to form the alliances needed to get me and more people through the mess that is coming. I agree with both of you, but I think the root of the problem is leadership (or lack thereof). No leader on the right has stepped forward to actually organize us and lead us. Sure, there has been a lot of talk, a lot of begging for money, but actual action to set things right? Very, very little. We’ve lost the courts, it’s not likely they will help us. The federal bureaucracy is now actually working against us. Many had high hopes for the military to honor their pledge and step in to save the Republic, but they are too busy focusing on inclusion and CRT to worry about things like sworn oaths. Then there was Afghanistan which proved conclusively the military has completely lost its way. Our politicians are far too busy filling their pockets with cash to worry about the state of the Republic. That leaves us with only one possibility outside of God. That is WE THE PEOPLE raising up and taking our Republic back from those who would rather destroy it. Sure we can vote for change, but after 2020 that seems the most iffy solution of all.

Effective resistance or throwing sand in the gears would be very small groups,with no possibility of infiltration. That is closest friends and relatives. Going after unprotected targets.
Example, Mr Global has thousands and thousands of “functionaries” who expose themselves and do his bidding. They have never been inconvenienced. They are boldly, enforcing regulations against the people in their own neighborhoods! They are confident their wil be no consequences to them.
Do you think if a number of them across the country were “Sam Adam’d” by unknown persons, that they might think twice about doing their Jobs? When they get up in the morning have breakfast with Wife and kids. Start to leave for work, unsure if there will be some kind of humiliation or reprisal from doing their “Job”.
They could be local Gov’t functionaries, Corporate functionaies, NGO/foundation/thinktank functionaries, School board functionaries, union functionaries, university related functionaries, or the paid for “Brown Shirt” thugs and intimidation agents.
Unlike these high profile groups like Proud Boys who can infiltrated and have been provoked into violent public actions that play into Mr Global’s narrative and do little to deter Mr Global’s functionnaries as they get arrested/Cancelled etc.
Essentially Patriots shouldn’t be throwing themselves at Mr Global’s areas of strength. They should be going after his unprotected weak players who sanctimoniously (or just doing what i’m paid to do) carry out regulations that harm Patriot communities.
The idea is not to be eye-deed.

In Sam Adams time – american’s who had secured lucrative franchises from the Crown to collect taxes – declined to collect taxes in all colonies as a few locales demonstrated their could be a price to pay in terms of humiliation, manhandling, violation of property or destruction of property. Same with the Tea – sure it was dumped in the sea in boston – but throughout all colonies it was either not allowed to be off loaded from ships or it was locked in warehouses and not distributed. Eventually the colonial govenors abandoned their homes to live on ships in the harbor.
Take away people’s TV and professional sports and I guarantee you’ll see a revolt.
I attended my first ever rally/protest earlier this week.
The massive attendance truly surprised folks.
Several thousands attended, police I talked to suggested 5000 or so.
It was quite something, me as a retired Police Officer hanging out with “Sanders type” voters.
The event was peaceful and yet electric.
All evening and into the next day..the MSM trashed the rally. A rally that was hosted by frontline nurses agains Vaccine passports etc.
All politicians asked also trashed the rally.
Vaxx and un vaxx were welcome.
The struggle is overcoming the MSM.
When I told acquaintances I was there, the immediate response parroted MSM propaganda.

Agree major constitutional reforms are needed.
The American Revolution was mostly led by the propertied class, that came together around the natural law and Scottish Enlightenment ideas of God given liberty (Witherspoon taught Madison, direct link). “Pursuit of happiness” in the Scottish Enlightenment sense was not hedonism, it was more like pursuit of the best possible life on a value scale.
While these men had a fundamental understanding of the need for a free, uncensored press, they could have had no idea of the technologies available today to enslave an entire population’s mind using a captured press and AI.
While these men had an understanding of essential liberty from bondage to the state, they could have had no concept of medical tyranny.
While these men understood the dangers of direct democracy devolving into mob rule, and the need for checks and balances and wide distribution of governmental powers (still true), they absolutely had a blind spot around oligarchy.
They failed to fully appreciate and anticipate the success over time of the way the English ultimately transformed Scotland from a freedom loving, ungovernable country into what it is today: a country with its relatively poor populace crammed into two cities with almost all the land owned by fewer than 400 families, many of them English or European. The English accomplished that not through warfare, although they tried that for centuries, but by buying off and corrupting the Scottish elites.
Look at Canada: where are the people? Who actually owns the land?
In a very real sense, we see the exact same plan in action in the US today, except on steroids with a big assist from the Enemy of the People.

We need each state to prohibit ownership of more than 100 acres of land by any non-US citizen, ownership of more than 10,000 acres of land by any single person or combination, and ownership of more than 20,000 acres by any company or combination.
I agree with most of what you stated, except when it comes to the size of land ownership. I agree foreigners (including foreign corporations) should be severely restricted from owning land. Many countries don’t allow foreigners to own land at all. However, as a person who grew up in the American west and has a ranching background, restricting land ownership by families who actually live on the land they own and work it, is too miserly as stated in your essay. Much of the west is arid and it takes several acres to raise one cow/calf pair. Crop yields are also smaller, so a farmer needs more land to make a living. That said, non-family corporate ownership of land is a bad idea and should not be allowed. If you and/or your family owns the land, works it, and makes most of their income from that effort should not be restricted to such small parcels. However, when billionaires like Bill Gates buy up millions of acres with no ties to the land and no personal effort to work it or improve it, that is where the line should be drawn and ownership should be seriously restricted. Farmers and ranchers who live on their land and work it have a vested interest in good stewardship of their lands. People like Bill Gates have none of this and should not be allowed to own so much agricultural land.
I appreciate the Western perspective. Each state should make its own rules, especially since geography and density are so different. Delaware isn’t Wyoming.
Weyerhauser Lumber bought 1M acres of prime timber in WA in the 1870s and STILL owns it…they did this as the RRs were building westward and MN and WI forests had been depleted…their long view of history put them in a good position as a business…while I agree with the idea of foreign ownership, the big wrinkle in the US general public owning land is the HUGE swaths of land the FEDERAL government claims to own west of the Mississippi…they should cede all land not necessary for bases or facilities back to the states in which it lies…private ownership of land is the best environmental measure you can take

With Roberts waltzing (as he’s wont to do) in and out, back and forth when sensible jurisprudence is most needed, and delivering maybe fifty percent of the time, the country may just be saved by this 5-4 majority, and, if such is the case, all praise and credit would go unquestionably to Donald The Great!
You are refering to the Supreme Court denying the Emergency Appeal by abortion providers to block Texas Abortion Law that went into effect that same day – two days ago. No abortion if heartbeat can be detected.
Enough, enough of this insanity. Joe Biden’s actions must be labeled for what they are, TREASON. The man is clearly demented, but that does not excuse his wretched actions. Those who hide behind the curtain pulling his strings are equally guilty of TREASON and should be held as accountable as the usurper occupying the white house, Joe Biden. Each week I volunteer as a patient advocate for women who are considering abortion as one of their options. I can tell you that BIGGEST reason that women are considering abortion as an option is because they don’t see their baby as a baby but rather a clump of cells. (The my body, my choice plays right into this false belief). The biggest thing you can do is an ultrasound where they see their babies heart beat–that is the number one reason women give on why they decide against abortion. It’s the TINIEST of percentages where the pregnancy puts the mothers life at risk. The majority of abortions are for unplanned pregnancies between unmarried couples. And yes, I do sometimes see married couples, they just aren’t the majority. These women are needing good information (on all their options) and guidance towards resources (WIC, insurance info, baby supplies, doctors who provide free pediatric services, etc) to help them chose life.
Yes, abortions are expensive, painful and invasive, but they are SOLD by the world as a risk-free, quiet way to deal with your problem and no one will have to know. Abortions do physical, mental and spiritual damage to the women who will often need counseling later to deal with their grief and guilt. Majority of women wish they’d had MORE information before the abortion and felt like they weren’t properly informed before the abortion.
SO, if any of you would like to volunteer at your local crisis pregnancy center, call them today. Most are in great need of volunteers.

That said, this isn’t 1969. Contraceptives are cheap and readily available. And even covered by Obamacare. Barring some kind of serious medical issue with mother or fetus, or a raped young girl, there should be very little need for induced abortions.
Just getting a girl on contraceptives is not the answer to abortion. First, some contraceptives (even some pills) are abortifacients. If you believe that life begins at conception, then any contraceptive that would stop a fertilized egg from implanting, attaching to uterus, finding a friendly home. (that egg is no longer just an egg—all DNA for person is there, cells are dividing at fast pace during whole pregnancy…it’s supernatural). Some pills and things such as IUDs are abortifacients.. So just getting women on a contraceptive does not stop abortions.
Also abortion for rape—-that is more violence against the woman (and the baby). Women who are raped and have abortion are traumatized again by the abortion.

“Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of any educational institution, nor to provide funding for any type of educational enterprise, public or private.”

I just wanted to share the story of Nurije Fype. This is months old but many may not have seen it. She was in the hospital in a coma with covid-19. Her daughter had to get a court order for her to be treated with Ivermectin and then could not find any medical professional who would administer it.
