Never in my lifetime of 72 years have I seen a sign ‘Now Hiring’ in every business that I have entered. So the little stick that Bi Den is using will not work. Threats made to your job security will not work either. Why do I say this? Well according to the U.S Bureau of Labor, “The number of job openings increased to a series high of 10.1 million on the last business day of June”, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. An employer best be looking out for their own company if they intend to stay in business very long, the workforce is the most powerful tool in your kit 🙂
Right now anyone that needs to work has the opportunity to do so and if you want to keep your job, the government provides a little ole agency called Human Resources.
Do any of you actually believe that the government is so powerful that they can threaten its citizens to toe the line or else? Cut my check that I worked for all my life and see if you don’t find me out there finding a way to make sure that politician never holds office again. I will not go quietly, when/if I go 😛
I made this exact point to our board and they wholeheartedly agreed that any kind of vaccine mandate would be detrimental to our business as the government continues to incentivize people to not work. I could hire over 100 people today but they are non existent. When the labor pool is already artificially shallow it makes no sense to eliminate half of the potential employees that exist with a non ethical and immoral mandate to take an experimental drug that doesn’t even work.
I feel confident that many of us who have survived the shutdowns last year are also too valuable to lose which is a source of great power.
To further amplify that, consider the military requiring forced medical procedures that large numbers object to having performed. What happens when those people choose to leave the military rather than comply? I mean pilots, cyber experts, special operations types with special skills and experience that the military has spent billions of dollars in training.

Early in 2020 when all this was very first appearing in international media, I noticed that two “grave dangers” being consistently reported about the emerging pandemic:
1) It was extremely dangerous because of asymptomatic transmission.
2) There we no tests available.
It is impossible for both to be true. A test would have to be available to identify asymptomatic transmission.
I decided then we were about to be screwed and I’d damn sure never wear a mask. I pointed this to many people back then and over the months since. I generally get a blank stare back.
Listening to the doctor from Sundance’s post yesterday it almost sounds like viruses with an animal segment/backbone (can’t remember how he worded it) spread all the time and typically show symptomatic spread in “flu season” (winter when people are indoors/lack of sun with low vitamin D levels).
He further mentions how this is unique to have an outbreak during the summer months. I’m gonna look for charts that are overlayed or can be that show numbers of cases and vaccine percentage. I bet you see the number of cases rise again at a certain vaccinated number meaning the vaccine has caused the “dormant” spreading virus to mutate causing symptomatic spread during the typical low flu-like illness season.
Masks and vaccine won’t solve this problem. Letting it run its course and become mild again is the best thing to do. The more they try boosters and different “vaccines” the worse it will be.

Mandatory jabs for all your employees might benefit your marketing efforts but not your staff. You administrative geniuses have the means to set back patient care a few decades and seem prepared to use your mandates to do so.

I would expect more doctors to yield to vaccine mandates. Most of them are likely vaxxed anyway.
Nurses are more mobile. There is a greater flow into and out of individual nursing positions. Nurses are less hesitant to leave nursing altogether than physicians are to leave medicine.
Employers depend on a flow of new nurses. Hospitals also will hire nursing students to work as “professional students”. I don’t know how many nursing students have had their educations impacted over the last 18 months. Whatever occurred in the nursing programs and in the other required classes could not have been helpful.
In my opinion, in Texas, we can not use any hospital numbers as correct. We have an invasion on our border from the world, so the illegals that are sick are probably being put in Texas hospitals. They could be sick with anything in the world. Now the rest of them are being shipped out to every point in the U.S. as they become ill along the trip. Close the border with the national guard! If the country is locked down, then they will have open highways to transport more people.

And hospitals and home health agencies are having a very difficult time hiring…sign-on bonuses everywhere but no one is applying. Patients are being discharged home from hospitals in need of home health but no one can see them for 4-6 days.
What is going to happen in the fall when the flu rolls around and our military and health care workers start dropping? Not able to come to work and some being classified as unable to perform their jobs/duties? What are the contingency plans in the hospitals?
We are in for a very rough time…stock up on C, D, zinc, quercetin, NAC (if you can find it – the FDA has illegally cracked down because it disrupts viral load) and melatonin. Pay for a tele-consult and get Ivermectin. There are plenty of sites available now to find the info…save and download before the dangerous censoring begins.
Methodist in Houston is now offering $15,000 sign-on bonuses for nurses. I think that figure was $10,000 before they shed 150 employees over the vaccine mandate.
