I had one client where I never knew whether I was walking in to see Jekyll or Hyde.

Whilst we will probably never know the insights gained, those that need to know will know and it must surely be putting the US in a difficult position.

My guess is that in regards to Art. 25, technically the Vice President is sworn in as Acting President and not sworn in as President. The President can technically reclaim the presidency before the end of the term. As the VP would be Acting and not officially be President, that would likely allow a work around of the 2 years to allow 2 potential terms. (/shudder at the thought of how that may play out currently)
Similarly, on a semi-related aspect, my guess is that if fraud is overwhelmingly shown to a point where Biden and Harris are both made to step aside at the same time, then the Speaker of the House would become Acting President. (/another shuttering thought… ) I’m not seeing a clear path currently on succession for someone to be officially President in that case.
But, I’m just a layman reading what appears to be the plain language of the Constitution and doing my best to interpret it…

I would personally agree that she is not eligible in that she is not a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution (to be President). However, since the Judicial Branch will not allow a case to be presented and the Legislative Branch did not (and likely will not) object there may be little that can be done at this time. Perhaps if enough objection is presented to our (so called) “representatives”, then perhaps it will be addressed in a timely manner.
