Considering how vested they are in pushing vaccines, this federal guidance today reflects a strong likelihood the politics and legality do not support mandating vaccines for employees. It will be very interesting to see how the lawsuits against private businesses that are requiring vaccinations are settled in the courts.

Seems to me that decining to provide information would only occur in the context of the information being requested.

This is what my employer is doing. Half our company is lawyers. They think they are slick. They have instituted the if you’re vaccinated you can tell us and no mask in office. If you prefer not to disclose (changed the response to the question: Are you vaccinated from Yes and No to- Yes and Refuse to disclose vaccinated status).
I think this is illegal. It’s discrimination and coerces you to get a vaccine still in experimental status. It doesn’t protect your privacy.
We are not required to go into the office yet. We also have separate policies for our travel based on vaccinated status.

Ask your employer to provide information on *which* masks are effective against Covid-19 transmission and also to provide the evidence that vaccinated people cannot contract or transmit Covid-19 to others.
They can’t. It is all bluster and coercive tactics designed to *trick* people into volunteering their own *private* health information. And imposing arbitrary workplace restrictions based solely on vaccinated status constitutes coercion. This violates ADA and also the Nuremberg protocols for voluntary exclusion from *experimental* medical procedures.
People need not provide an approved “excuse” to be excluded from medical experiments. A simple: ‘I do not wish to participate in medical experiments’ will more than suffice.

But you “voluntarily” disclose that info to a 3rd party health screening service and then get a marked badge that tells people you haven’t been vaccinated while you wear a mask. My wife is like “welp not going back to the office until they drop that. They need me a lot more than I need them.” She’s pointed out their are no exemptions for anyone that has antibodies. Same company’s CEO felt concerned and had to send an email over the Jan6th protests.
That company cannot withstand the lawsuits that are sure to follow. Vaccine status, if volunteered, must be kept in a separate confidential employee folder. To advertise it to others via a “badge” or a “mask” without your consent, is definitely sharing private HIPAA information against your will. These moonbats are liable for any downstream effects of these experimental vaccines for imposing such short sighted, company-wide protocols .

The next steps will be dependent on the FDA granting approval of the “vaccines”, which cannot be mandated by law as long as they are EUA.
Once the “vaccines” have full FDA approval, the govt may make them mandatory for all.

Vaccine approvals normally take at least 2 years considering longer-term data. The FDA may be planning expedited approval. We the people need to get involved to slow this down and demand that proper studies be completed first.

I have read that there can never be FDA approval because they violated the required protocols regarding control groups and ascertaining the antibody status of those who got the shot prior to getting the shot. Well lets see the VAERS database has more adverse events than all past ‘injections’ combined since this database has been up and running. That is on top of doctors stating that the adverse events they put in early this year are still not in the ‘official’ database. In addition doctors have been pressured to not put adverse reactions in the database. After all its perfectly normal for some young healthy person to die of heart attack two days after the injection, yah right. West Point now has Political Prisoners.
West Point is subjecting cadets who refuse the vaccine to be quarantined in their rooms 23 hours a day for a total of seven days. The military academy labels these cadets as, “susceptible” to getting Covid-19, while at the same time refusing to test them for the virus. Their mandate is to just isolate them from society rather than seek the truth by testing these, “anti-vaxxers” for the virus.
West Point has a total of 4,400 cadets. Initially, 700 cadets refused to take the experimental vaccine, which is not approved by the FDA. Because the numbers were so high, West Point gave a briefing to these students explaining the “benefits” of the vaccine. After the briefing, fewer than 100 cadets remained unvaccinated.
The unvaccinated cadets must wear masks at all times, have their meals brought to them, and are “allowed” one hour outside per day. Within that one hour, cadets are not permitted to check their mail, go to the PX (on-base store), have a regular doctor visit, go to the gym, have visitors, or go anywhere. They are also shamed and bullied by other cadets. All because these cadets did their homework and decided the vaccine wasn’t right for them.
Keep in mind, these are 17 to 22 year olds and it is absurd for them to even get the so-called “vaccine’.

The other ritual is 100th night your 4th year when branch selections are made based on class rank.

CAL OSHA is apparently going to monkey further with mask standards. Workplaces already are following CDC “guidance” and intend to mask the non-vaxxed while restoring full life privileges to the vaxxed.
First, any OSHA-like board that is a rule making body can be held to account when they tread into this mess. Mask science is largely science, because it can get you sued when you make or do not make people wear masks for their workplaces. That is because the airborne particulates or vapors have chemical and/or physical properties that masks must be specifically designed against.
So, long story short: anyone who issues a mask ordinance can be held liable in a court of law for the outcome of wearing the mask. The mask must be described in technical detail in regards to the following:
1) face seal quality
2) contaminant, particulate or vapor
3) porosity vs. size of contaminant
4) concentration of contaminant
5) duration of effectiveness
6) other technical details–you get the picture
When it becomes clear that no one will answer to those technicalities, when challenged in court the mask order will be (should be) summarily enjoined, and (lawyers jump in here) if the opportunity to provide relief is denied, then the complainant can be compensated for the duration of the order in accordance with rights deprived under color of authority (yeah, yeah, COA been bandied about endlessly, except this is a Rule Making Body with Enforcement, so any officer on the board participating in furthering a scientifically, technically baseless mandate is acting outside of policy yet enforcing it under penalty of law == COA).
Take these notes related to the technical questions above and circulate them widely to every state so that every OSHA is faced with the same citizen questions/complaints: prove the masks are “workplace safety gear” and then mandate training for company and worker in proper mask technique, HAZMAT, and safety.
DO IT. It is probably the only way the mask issue will be taken off the table.
This applies to corporations that are “following guidance” as well. They are mandating “safety gear” which has no proven utility/efficacy. Ask your corporation to produce the utility/efficacy documentation underlying their “safety equipment”. Then ask them on what technical basis is allowed the differentiation of vaxxed vs. non-vaxxed treatment/liberties. Absent double blind, gold standard trials of efficacy, no one can say with certitude that a vaxxed person is a differential viral vector than an unvaxxed absent a blood test for persistent immunity, case by case. That’s impossible to effect, so a mask ordinance is DOA.

Exactly correct. I have been involved with a corporate safety program. To summarize, no safety equipment can be required that has not been tested and proven to protect from the hazard. Safety shoes, hearing protection, eye protection and many others have gone though rigorous testing and have been shown to always do what they say. They can not require a mask that is not tested and approved by some regulating authority.
Of course, they could get a “wink and nod” approval knowing it did not work but the liability for that negligence would be huge.

I recall an article within the past few weeks that a significant percentage of CDC flunkies refused the vaccine. I don’t recall the exact percentage, but it certainly was more than a few.

The employer won’t ask. The employer will provide a means to self declare. Declaring receipt of the vax then accrues liberties not allowed to any other employee.

The vaccine does not give you the virus. It gives you antibodies. People who have had the for-sure COVID virus are recruited as blood donors to get hyper-immune gamma globulins to treat people with the virus.
The mRNA “vaccine” does not give you antibodies.
It gives you mRNA, which causes your body’s cells to generate a covid antigen (a covid spike protein, aka S-protein). The S-protein then triggers your immune system to produce antibodies targeting that one S-protein.
The S-protein concentrations resulting from the “vaccines” are the troublemaker. Causing excessive inflammation and autoimmune responses affecting blood vessels (epithelial) and other vascular tissues, platelets, etc., which are associated with all kinds of serious adverse events including strokes and clotting. Also affecting other tissues and organs where the S-protein may concentrate, including neurological, this is apparently why some are experiencing seizures and organ failures after “vaccination”.
Since even a layman can piece all this together, why are the government medical authorities trying to sweep it under the rug? (CDC is summarily dismissing VAERS data on the post-“vaccine” fatalities and serious adverse events without even investigating, and trying to convince us that there is no causal link.)
I had the vaccine. I also had the two day kick in the butt response immediately after. When allergy season hit, my allergies were in super high gear. Allergies are immune responses in overdrive. Then I had a beginning of a return of the auto immune hearing loss that I have suffered in the past. I immediately got in to a specialist and he agreed that it might be the vaccine. If it became serious, we knew the treatment. It is now abating. and I am almost back to what is normal.
My wife has had no new conditions.
Based on my experience and the variability of humans, there is no doubt in my mind that the vaccine can trigger unexpected conditions and some can be quite serious while others may just be minor bumps in the road.
One person’s experience is not worth a lot. Eventually we will know how much damage this has caused. It is almost certainly greater than zero. How much greater remains the question.
I think Japan is over cautious beyond some point.
I could go along with a brief period, say 2-6 months to settle out mRNA and the highest levels of spike protein.
Japan is mostly no-BS, compared to the US, in such things.

Some things warrant taking extra steps to ensure they do not occur. The “vaccines” are in early experimental stage, many aspects are still unknown including how long the mRNA stays active and the spike protein antigen full effects including adverse events involving inflammatory, autoimmune, epithelial and blood disorders including clotting.
There should be a ban on blood donations from covid “vaccinated”. But that would shut out 2/3 of blood donors now, and be a tacit admission that the “vaccines” may not be as safe as the authorities assure us.
We are told we should trust the authorities, even as new information about their lies is revealed on a daily basis.

Help. Today my employer–a large multi-state hospital system–completely sidestepped my direct question about any discussion they may be having about mandating 100% employee vaccination or lose employment, ala United Methodist in Houston. Our webinar was cut off before I could press further.
WHERE or TO WHOM can I go to fight this? I suspect they will wait until the FDA gives full approval before issuing a mandate. I live in Idaho; anyone have names who can provide legal assistance, should it come to this? I want to be prepared….Thanks in advance
Inquire along technical lines: does antibody presence confer employable status on the employee?
Make them fall back to “science” to make their rules. Give them the opportunity to take that path and then decline it. It will lay groundwork for future lawsuits and means rea will be set by their early decisions.
Don’t get into vax talking points, stay neutral. Antibodies is non-specific. Let them tell you which antibodies are which and which are “worthless”. Get it all in print.

That’s not legal advice. It’s the reasonable man approach. Simply ask questions that you are quite allowed to. How they answer determines your/their path forward.
And do *not* answer any of their questions about your personal healthcare. Doing so gives consent to use that information. Do not consent. Make them keep asking, because HIPAA and ADA apply here until they trick you to relinquish your privacy.
These people are imposing punitive workplace restrictions based solely on private health information that they have *no* right to receive.
Also Ivermectin + D3 levels as likely **superior*** in adequate dosage, could be a discussion.
I doubt the FDA can give full approval without undergoing the traditional passage of review and testing. After all, it hasn’t passed the success mark until it passes the success mark. It will likely stay EUA until testing demonstrates it is WAY out of the bounds of traditional acceptance criteria or the need diminishes.
Playing by the rules, following protocols, etc.? The goal posts have been moved so often by simply rewriting or disregarding what they please.
EUA to FUA could happen overnite with no additional testing, observation, etc. , based on what we have seen the past 18 months. It’s a whole new world where the old rules don’t apply, I’m afraid.

How many people have been studied/vaccinated and how many more do you require? We are at hundreds of millions of doses given, already.
Most drug trials go through many years of rigorous studies before ever being offered to humans. Nothing is known about safety or efficacy at this point, beyond “I survived the jabs.”
Past studies in fact indicate mRNA experiments are lethal. Previous test subjects have all died. With safer treatments available, this should never have been authorized to test on humans, especially with that history.
It is said the vaccines confer no immunity. So they are not really vaccines. It is said the vaccinated have milder symptoms if they get Covid-19. Guess what? So do 99 percent of unvaccinated patients. And the other 1 percent get better with other early interventions.
The spike proteins in the vaccines may prove lethal when provoking a supersized immune response down the road. They are already known to cause problems in the brain, heart, lungs and to interfere with reproductive organs.
Exactly their can be long term effects, plus different effects for different people.
What doesn’t make sense is that this experimental jab has already ‘officially’ caused many more near term bad outcomes than all other injections in history. One has to think this will be matched with many bad long term issues as well.
All mind you, for virus that is safely treated with existing medications. Which legally prevents the experimentation in the first place.
Pure madness.
The minimum trials should be at a minimum, two years. I read one trial is scheduled to end in 2022 and another in 2023.
But since the FDA already overlooked safer treatments to issue their emergency use authorization, and also overlooked previous failed mRNA experiments, and accepted the term “vaccines” although the spike proteins offer no immunity from Covid-19, I do not expect the FDA to do the right thing here. They must be under tremendous pressure to approve these bioweapons before the schools reopen in fall.
Actually given all the corruption I fully expect they will ‘approve’ it at some point, even if 10% of those injected start dropping dead next year. The disdain I have for them is off the scale at this point.

If there were a reliable test for covid antibodies, those who were naturally infected and produced their own antibodies could show that proof and no vax would be required.
We now need (at Warp Speed) a reliable covid antibodies test to skip the vax
Maybe we could have the test cycles ramped to point that we all have the antibodies?
Now THAT would ruin their narrative…
The T-cell test is the best, but also consider that you only form those ‘if’ your innate immune system gets overwhelmed.
Their is strong evidence that those with a strong innate immune system, which tends to true the younger you are and the better nutrition/health levels you have, can easily handle the virus without forming these memory cells. Thus for this group you will have no symptoms and no sign that you even ever had the virus.
Given how infectious this is virus was designed to be means that a herd immunity above 70% is required to end its spread. We can also see the infection and deaths curves dropping at a significant rate beginning in Jan, well before wide scale injections I might add.
So we likely hit that herd immunity at least a few months back in the US. Thus its safe to say that we are done with this round until the Davos/CCP Satanic cabal releases another gain of function virus on us.

If the feds aren’t going to require it, the civilian side won’t be able to justify requiring vaccinations either. This guidance, should stop mandates and requirements dead in its tracks, nationally.
No, it’s sneaky. The only thing that stops this coercion is “voluntary” masking and social distancing for all. Or else mandating the same safety guidelines for everybody.
We can’t know what the vaccines do yet. It’s way too early to make this determination AND THEY KNOW IT. That’s why they don’t come right out and issue mandates that would make *them* liable. They only toss out “suggestions” to make someone else liable when they implement real policies out of bad advice.
The government is still making a distinction for only the vaccinated, and that is where they cross the line.
They are now lifting the mask mandates for a protected “vaccinated” class only. And employers who implement this ill-advised and illegal “guidance” incur all sorts of legal liability: HIPAA, ADA and Nuremberg Laws. Not to mention that making vaccines in any way a “condition” of employment, confers all liability for any vaccine fails on the employer.
This is probably why they are pushing it so relentlessly, knowing all the problems coming down the pike and wanting someone else to bear all the responsibility.

Speaking of asking about vaccines….. I have been to a dermatologist and an imaging center in the past week. Both asked about vaccine (as part of forms that you fill out). I am regretting answering…..I should have just written Private or left it blank. Wonder if they would have denied seeing me??
Side note: They were fully masked, plexiglass shielded, chairs spaced apart, and big signs everywhere about wearing a mask– do not take it off! And wear it correctly! All while blaring the MSM—which was mostly talk about “vaccines”!! I felt like I had entered a freak zone and could not WAIT to get out of there!!! ??

With the imaging, if one has been vaccinated you could get a false positive for cancer- I was asked about the vaccine before my mammogram and they told me why they were asking. Same for my husband when he got his culito checked. Not sure why a dermatologist would ask you tho….

The Feds are advising agencies to *segregate* employees based solely on their vaccinated status, by imposing workplace restrictions based solely on that status. Bad move.
This policy violates HIPAA privacy laws and ADA by broadcasting an employees personal health status without their consent, via masking and distancing. They may as well wear a scarlet letter for all the world to see.
Coercion: This policy also subjects the employer to liability for coercing employees to submit to medical experiments to avoid punitive workplace restrictions. That’s illegal. All liability for any vaccine side effects becomes their responsibility as well.
People are legally free to decline to participate in medical experiments. The fact that some employers require a narrow excuse.. ie religious exemption or doctors note.. takes away the freedom to just say no.. because we do *not* consent to be human lab rats.
We don’t need a pre-approved excuse or doctors note to simply exercise our *right* to say no thank you or NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.
In the case of getting written statements by the company about them taking *all* responsibility for the jabs going sideways, it would be a good idea to ensure that the actual parent company take that responsibility, since smaller parts of the conglomerate can go belly up in a heartbeat.
I think these woke companies and their workers comp and liability insurance companies will bear the brunt of these ill-advised “policies.” In fact, their take-down is surely part of the Great Reset. And we thought those Covid-19 shutdowns were rough. Just wait.

Here we already have the Excelsior vax passport that will allow you to attend big venue events if you have the shot. Big business is enforcing that one.

Former New Yorker here, born and bred.. Recently up to NY (Rockland Cty) for a death in the family.. No masks at funeral home (Dutchess Cty)… No masks in RC local stores (small/large) required, you could walk in sans any problem. It was a mixed bag with people, some had/some not..
Here in NC mask mandate has been relinquished, same as above in RC.. Schools still *making* kids wear masks! Kids had their own prom without *schools* interference.. Way to go kids!!!
Living in the communist state of Oregon, this week I have been in three different stores that still have the mask required sign at the door and I haven’t had an issue not wearing the damn mask. Most of the mask wearing sheep wouldn’t even look at me, they even turn and head the opposite direction. It’s great to have freedom to breath again.
Here in the Democratic Peoples’ Republic of Washington, you have the option of not wearing a mask if you have been vaccinated, but nobody checks ‘yet’, so off it comes. So for now its breath the fresh air and see more human faces.

Unless you are attending a college or university. In RI, you must prove you have been vaxxed or else you must wear the mask and get tested frequently to attend class.
Rhode Island has a vaccination registry. Unless you opt out all vaccines given to children and adults are recorded in it. Ready for the hacking. School nurses had been using the registry to “check” the vaccine status of adults. School nurses are authorized to review vaccine status of school age children ONLY.
