PHOENIX — The Arizona Democratic Party filed a lawsuit Thursday aimed at halting the state Senate audit of 2020 election results in Maricopa County.
The suit, brought forward by Maricopa County supervisor Steve Gallardo, alleges the audit is led by partisan contractors hired by the Republican-controlled Senate.
Gallardo, the lone Democrat on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, said he was also concerned about ballot security and confidentiality.

AUDIT UPDATE: Maricopa County Superior Court has ruled that AZ audit will be paused at 5PM today (to allow for appeal) until Monday 12PM IF plaintiffs provide $1million bond for damages. Judge said "The audit will proceed" but he wants to review policies and procedures in place.

The GOP needs to go immediately to the AZ Supreme Court to invalidate this lower court stay. It was the Supreme court that dismissed all the MCBOS attempts to stop this audit. Also wonder the political affiliation of the MC Superior Court judge who made this decision. In addition why do the auditors (GOP) have to provide a $1M bond for supposed damages (to what?) when the Democrats have committed damage to the entire electorate of the State of AZ by election fraud that the audit will prove? In closing the judge has no reasonable authority to comment on or change the parameters of the review. That is the total responsibility of the auditors and their professional consultants to determine and validate. Then the Democrats can try to disprove the factual information provided by the audit. Bottom line is that this action is the usual Democrat MOA of circumventing the law (lawful and legal actions by the State legislature) by judicial intervention.

The lawsuit argues, for example, the Senate has not set up proper security to protect ballots, voting machines and voter information. Again, the judge wants to ensure the recount fully complies with Arizona law and asked for more information by Monday morning on the audit’s policies and procedures.
If Gallardo or the Democratic Party post a $1 million bond, the audit will be paused at 5 p.m. For security reasons as cited? How the heck is this deal to do with security and protection of machines, votes and voter information?

I spent several years doing branch audits for a major bank. When a teller was out of balance occasionally, I would chalk it up to human error…but when there was a consistent problem, I would start looking for patterns. More often than not, it ended up being someone who was “skimming” small amounts of cash on a semi-regular basis, hoping to not get caught! But they almost always were because auditors know what they are looking for and people do not realize how easy it is to spot once the pattern becomes evident.
The really tricky ones to catch were the “paper embezzlers” who would not take actual cash, but would simply use the numerous operational accounts available to them to “reverse” fees or charges to customer accounts. When someone who deals with hundreds of customers a month reverses a few thousand dollars worth of fees, it just looks like “business as usual”…but then occasionally I noticed patterns and started digging more and discovered that the vast majority of “fees” were going to a handful of accounts, almost all of which had some connection to the employee in question. And whenever I started asking questions and got push-back or obfuscation, then I KNEW I was right to be concerned. This “push-back” from the Democrats feels just like that!!
It is total desperation at this point. IMO, what worries the complicit the most is the prospect of having to face a Military Tribunal.

Why would the oligarchs not cough up 1M$??? It would be peanuts for them to fork over 10M$ to postpone for even just a day. They have almost limitless funds to protect their fraud. Maybe they aren’t that worried about the outcome of the audit, or perhaps that it won’t be completed.
Our folks need to be very sharp and alert to anything suspicious. I sincerely hope that they have wargamed all potential permutations. And that all volunteers have been meticulously screened. Security and emergency services needs to be very sharp. There should be zero room for mistake to capitalize on.
