Good question. At a minimum the Federal government is failing in its constitutional duty to protect our economic and national security interests. Texas and/or Arizona should act by closing their borders and let the Supreme Court rule on the constitutionality. All red states should prohibit release of illegal aliens into their states. If the Supreme court fails, at least then we know where we stand and move on to the next solution. This invasion has nothing to do with immigration. It is a planned assault on out life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. How far we have fallen.
Excellent ideas. I wonder why the red states are not doing it too. Why accept these invaders into their states at all? The feds need to keep them in their custody. No state should be forced into taking them in.
The federal govt. controls the land so many miles inland from the actual border, correct? Maybe the border states can set their militias up just beyond that point and refuse any illegals entry into the state. I don’t know what the laws are, but it seems the states should have more say in all this.

Technically they can’t change the Constitution. It takes 3/4 of the States to amend. They will ignore it or try and twist its meaning into something it is not. The scary part is the only thing standing in the way of them ignoring it or bastardizing its principles is the Supreme Court which at this point is basically just a spin of the roulette wheel on any given constitutional issue.
If the USSC fails in their duty, it is up to us and there will be a civil war, which would likely evolve into WWIII.

It will be a twisted logic of Edited History, legal definitions of words in the Amendment as well as existing cases, twisting precedents and emotional sob stories.

Just had a chat with a family member who is the CFO for a health center in Arizona.
She recently attended a meeting regarding something called ERA (Economic Rental Assistance).
Apparently her organization is one of the groups tasked with disbursing 15 months worth of free rent money to the poor, including illegal aliens.
At the meeting she asked how they were to determine whether or not applicants were qualified.
She was told that they were to simply take the applicants word for it, no proof was necessary.
When she asked about citizenship qualifications, she was told not to question the applicants, just to take their word for it.
When she asked about the obvious opportunity for fraud, she was told there would be no fraud.
Apparently, the funding is coming from the federal government to the state and is being distributed by an organization called Wildfire.
They’re calling it “health care” funding by claiming that free rent is a social determinant of health and people who don’t have to worry about rent can better afford to take care of their health.
However, there is no requirement that applicants have an underlying health condition to receive money.
The money can be paid to the landlords or directly to the applicant.
The money is tax free.
They’re calling it economic stimulus.
Oh, about that claim of “no fraud,” she said they are already encountering massive fraud.
I’m told there is no monetary cap on the rental assistance.
It’s a time cap of 15 months.
If you tell them your rent is $200 per month, you will receive $3,000 total.
If you tell them your rent is $2,000 per month, you will receive $30,000 total.
Oh, did I mention that you’ll also get $300 per month for utilities?
I plan to apply for the program.
I’m also moving into Trump Tower for the next 15 months.
The catch is that you get only one TV channel and it’s CNN 24/7.
You should apply – everyone in that area should. And we should find out if our states/city have it. Bankrupt the system.

I’m told that the feds allow for a 15% admin fee to go to the groups disbursing the funding.

I was once told that at a school board meeting over a bond issue.
The state was paying for half of a building project that we didn’t actually need.
We couldn’t really afford our half without a tax increase and I argued against the project.
Board members kept telling me that we couldn’t afford to pass up the “free” money from the state.
I tried explaining that every other school district in the state was also getting the “free” money for their pet projects, which we were helping to pay for, so the money wasn’t actually free.
“But, if we don’t take it someone else will,” they cried.
And the cycle of debt gets deeper and deeper.

You are right. Why does skin color overrule actions? They are the ones committing acts that violate the laws yet they are being excused for it. Why? Why are people afraid to be called names if they tell the truth? Why shouldn’t people be given consequences if they break the law no matter what race they are? Our society demands that all live under the same structure of law.
The social pendulum has swung violently from the early suppression of blacks to allowing them to do whatever they want and giving them rewards for it. We cannot be afraid to insist on and point out, behavior that hurts everyone. Somewhere we must demand a more rational approach to all this and no one ever should be excused from wrongdoing or judged on the basis of their skin color. It’s unfair to every person.
Add to your list that Americans pay for their life from cradle to grave. That is what I find to be the most reprehensible.

There is a Bell Curve in all things amongst all peoples. All people differ, and races differ too. To imagine that humanity could be spread in groups over this wildly varying globe and remain essentially separated and isolated from each other for so long that huge physical differences arrive in the form of size and conformation and features and habits and skills, producing vastly differing cultures with a massive range of accomplishments and competencies, that somehow the only thing that actually differs amongst the races of man is the color of their skin is an avoidance derived childish fantasy.
There is no “supremacy” involved in recognizing the vast differences in how different races want to live, what they gravitate to, what they consistently choose to do, or refuse to do. I am not prepared to offer a taxonomy of the human family and am as uncomfortable as anyone being honest and frank in this stew of deliberately manipulated racial animosity, but we cannot keep pretending and playing our politically correct parts in the face of the utter destruction the pot-stirrers are seeking to impose on us.

There is no end of accommodation made for them in our society and it is never enough, their obsession over their place in the universe will always be the fault of others and they will always be comfortable extracting compensation and “justice” from the rest of us.

I pray my speaking and debating improves, please agree with me in that prayer. The one thing I do always say to all my adult children, “we need both sides for balance, you can’t cancel one side.” They usually do agree with that.

On Thursday, President Joe Biden announced that his administration has designated $235 million to fund projects in the West Bank and Gaza and resumed funding for the U.N. Faulty Covid death numbers explained
For many of us who have had ties to the scientific standards and procedures connected to recording fatalities there has been a serious sense of doubt about the numbers of Covid 19 deaths reported by the media, courtesy of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The numbers have appeared to be somewhere between marginally overstated and grossly exaggerated. Finally, these instincts have been supported by a peer-reviewed scientific paper.
On October 12 of last year, a 25-page paper in Science, Public Health Policy and The Law was released that explained, in detail, the foundational reason for the publicly announced fatality numbers and the mechanism by which they were derived. This paper, authored by ten members of the scientific community is titled “Covid-19 Data Collection, Comorbidity & Federal Law: A Historical Perspective.” At the heart of the issue is the CDC and its methods for collecting and reporting the data, a model which was changed radically in the face of the current crisis.
In 2003, the CDC authored and released guidance documents used by the forensic community titled Medical Examiners’ and Coroners’ Handbook on Death Registration and Fetal Death Reporting along with “Physicians’ Handbook on Medical Certification of Death.” These have been the standard for the certification of fatalities, nationwide, for seventeen years. However, in March of 2020 things changed.
The National Center for Health Statistics released Covid-19 Alert No. 2 which changed the way deaths with connections to Covid 19 were reported and tabulated. The revealing line in the alert is in the last paragraph: “Covid-19 should be reported on the death certificates for all decedents where the disease caused or is assumed to have caused or contributed to death.” [emphasis added] This changed the parameters for the inclusion of deaths from Covid, raising the numbers substantially.
A table in the October study titled “Comparison of Total Covid-19 Fatalities Based Upon Different Reporting Guidelines” demonstrated that deaths through August 23rd of 2020 were higher by over 16 times as compared to the traditional definition. If the reporting of these deaths followed the CDC guidebook from 2003, the number of Covid deaths would have been 9,684. However, utilizing this new reporting and classification method that exclusively applied to Covid-19, the number of deaths is 161,392.

The ugly part of the Billions in “stimulus” money given to illegals is that they will be remitting 15-20% of it back to their home country. In 2019, there were reports that remitted funds actually comprised >2% of the GDP in the home country of illegal immigrants.
When looking at economies of scale, that is relatively a allot of “tax” money to those governments .
At 15% of the $2 Billion in NY alone, that is about $300 Million spread around 2-3 home nations.
President Trump’s efforts were sending about the same amounts of money to those same home nations to fix their problems and keep their people. Now we have the people and are paying off the governments as well as sending them taxable dollars via remittance.
I noted yesterday that I bet much of those funds go back to cartels and protection rackets so the immigrant families won’t be targeted.

This is common among legal immigrants as well. I recall talking with my Grandfather and his brothers who came over from Italy in 1916. After they cleared Ellis island, they actually had a plan for raising funds to bring over the rest of their family members and relatives.

Individuals who receive the Moderna vaccine are more likely to experience post-vaccine reactions and side effects, new data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shows.
Published in the online journal JAMA, the study gathered patient data from the CDC’s V-Safe surveillance system that documents adverse reactions to the COVID-19 vaccines. The data collected reflected episodes of injection site pain, fatigue, itching, and headaches, among other effects.
Anaphylactic episodes and other allergic reactions were not included.

“The public understandably has been concerned about reports of rare, severe allergic reactions to the Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccines,” said [Institutional Medical Fraud] Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the NIH. “The information gathered during this trial will help doctors advise people who are highly allergic or have a mast cell disorder about the risks and benefits of receiving these two vaccines. However, for most people, the benefits of COVID-19 vaccination far outweigh the risks.”
