This is spy information the FBI/CIA would otherwise need a Warrant naming you with evidence of criminality for probable cause.

they do not want to be subjected to independent juries, especially with class actions where they cznnot wear down individuals. When company misbehavior only costs each consumer an amount which is less than it costs that consumer to hire a lawyer and sue, the company can bully those few who seek to stop the misbehavior.
But in class actions with a jury trial, the total recovery is larger, sufficiently large that lawyers can be hired to confront the bad behavior.
There should be state laws preventing “waiver” or “terms and conditions” which prevent the right to a jury trial. This permits consumer-enforcement against bad behavior such as deceptive trade practices that crooked prosecutors or AGs will not stop.
Comment about immigrants getting the moneys and will be subject to robberies, etc. Led me to think. How many families are held hostage by the cartels so $$s are sent back. And also leads me to wonder. $$$s are sent back to home country supposedly to families while the workers live in squalor here in US. “A good family man sending money to his wife and kids.”…..how much of the send back money is really going to protection rackets so their families aren’t harmed and of course paying off the cartels.
90% of it will go to financing the rest of the families crossing – and so forth and so forth.

Human beings are fallen and sinful beings. The idea that we are basically good is contrary to the teachings of Jesus Christ.
What is our internal road map for being “good?” From what source do we gain our moral compass?
A young child does not have to be taught to be BAD. A young child has to be taught to be GOOD.
All humans are fallen and without hope if we do not believe in the Son of God, as Our Savior and repent of our sins.
The idea that people are naturally “good” is the worship of self that denies any needed connection to the Lord who created us. Original sin separated us from our God who created us. We were not “born good.”
Human beings must find salvation outside of our own limited concept of right and wrong not connected to our Creator.

I just read that President Trump’s Save America PAC has $88 million. That is great. Today, I wanted to donate using the WinRed webpage but it will not accept my credit card. I had the same problem over a month ago, WinRed would not accept my credit card. So last month I send a personal check to President Donald J. Trump, 1100 S Ocean Blvd , Palm Beach, FL 33480. They have not cashed the check. I am stymied, high tech system, high tech problems.
Is it winred or is it your bank/credit card company that won’t allow the transaction?

I challenged my very liberal mom to this… we were texting and she was basically telling me I’m into conspiracy theories. My reply to her…. Pretend for a moment that you were concerned whether or not China interfered in our election. Pretend you wanted to hear both sides of the story and decide for yourself what you believed.

I watch The World According to Ben Stein whenever I can and tonight, the crew brought up a rather interesting idea… they’ve teamed up with Media Action Network in an attempt to encourage President Trump to take on MLB:
