I postulated a few months ago that some of these states’ nursing home deaths were fraught with ‘stolen identity’ people.
In other words, the nursing homes had elder citizens in house who were generating income for the ‘state of being taken care of’ via government benefits.
But, when those people actually died, the ‘system’ did not want to remove that persons income stream from their coffers, so they did not report the deaths, and substituted a ‘live body’ with undocumented entities in the dead person’s stead.
Enter the China-flu, and now there are a bunch of newly dead amongst all the dead who had been put on ice and not declared as casualties , except if they could be categorized as China-flu deaths, and garner yet another government pay-out scam.

The Galapagos Islands (part of Ecuador), Argentina, Peru, West Africa, and North Korea are just a few sites of the documented thefts of recent seafood worldwide by China. It seems that the only recourse will be to sink the Chinese militia armed fishing vessels or capture them in their criminal acts.
China is trying to steal international fishing rights in the South China Sea by building artificial islands manned by the Chinese military.
China is buying leases to strategic shipping ports worldwide to monopolize commercial shipping routes. The Chinese are clever fox predators rampaging through a worldwide chicken coop that has only recently become somewhat alarmed and is waking up to the global threat, thanks partly to the COVID-19 virus and China’s blatant attempts at shifting blame elsewhere.
The CCP loves to steal intellectual and military property or information and make knockoff products in China and sell them worldwide to countries that couldn’t care less about patent laws, which are rarely international in scope. The CCP steals whatever civil rights there are still left in China, with the Uighurs and Tibetans being the most glaring examples. Bribing universities and professors with money contributions has paid off with further intellectual theft and a favorable view of the CCP. Chinese spying tentacles reach out worldwide and exist in all the powerful nations of the world.
Never trust a thief or do business with one is an old truism to which the relatively peaceful world is only slowly waking up. China, led by the CCP master thief, is plundering the world without concern for the devastating long-term worldwide consequences. The Chinese insatiable appetite for food has also been mirrored in an insatiable appetite for the CCP’s ideological and economic domination.
Don’t punish a thief for his theft, and the thief will become more brazen in his actions and steal some more. Maybe Taiwan is the next big meal since Hong Kong legally became a part of mainland China without a shot being fired. The imprisonment and persecution of dissidents in Hong Kong is a daily occurrence.
International moral economic leadership and might are necessary to counter international theft by the Mafia-like CCP, and I am not convinced that the U.S. and the E.U. will be providing enough of it in the near foreseeable future. The CCP deserves immediate punishment and ostracism by the worldwide community of nations. The CCP will not change its thieving ideology and actions, but our attitude and actions toward it must change while there is still time to do so.

The biggest difference between the ‘current’ illegitimate uniparty US Government and the CCP is that most of the 50+ richest crime families and cartels in the US just purchase government officials utilizing various funding schemes rather than ‘also’ officially serving in government, the party or elected office.
In addition, before “We the People” get a chance to vote in the primary, the ‘money’ primary has already occurred to down select to the Candidates we then get to choose from. If any Representative gets out of line once in office they will face a better funded candidate in the next election. If you don’t like it, good luck in front a what are mostly also corrupted Judges and State defenders with nearly unlimited budgets consisting of printed currency and taxes. Most middle class people will go broke before they receive justice, or worse, if you are deemed a risk to Kleptocracies money and power, forced to go broke defending yourself against fabricated or esoteric violations all while exculpatory evidence is illegally withheld by a prosecution with unlimited funding.
Again follow the money. Any successful restoration of the Republic must begin with MAGA based funding; true 2nd party or GOP takeover. Further if we ultimately lose any semblance of an honest voting system nationwide, peaceful strategies that can reverse this decline into an illegitimate government nationwide at all levels, range from slim to none.

And, yes, 1st priority must be to fight tooth & nail to restructure our election system in all 50 states so fraud CANNOT occur. In many states, the election laws/regs are sufficient. They r simply not obeyed… and there are no consequences for failure to obey the law. All voter registration lists must be updated every 6 months, every month in an election year.
The dominion (& similar) systems and smartmatic software must be discarded nationwide … likely via litigation, public outcry and a massive campaign to let the American People know our elections ARE a scam.
No one will stand in line for hours to vote IF there is probable cause to believe our vote CAN be switched to a different candidate or deleted. That is an outrage.
Voter rolls should be deleted after each Presidential election and everyone re-registers every 4 years. It would also be helpful if no polling location were allowed to count its own votes. Seal up all accepted ballots in locked and tagged boxes and then transport them to a different polling place at least 50 miles away for counting.
Agree 100%. We need to at least focus on the 29 States (302 EC votes) with (GOPe + MAGA) majorities. The first thing they need to do is take back the power of certification. Second they need to put in place penalties for districts that don’t follow election laws, up to an including casting out the entire set of results for State wide or National offices for serious breaches (>1% of the vote cast for example).
We can’t let corrupt cities swing State and National elections. Clean up your act or be disqualified, you have been warned in advance. Judges can go pound sand BTW if they have a problem.
Any voting system with a vote flipping capability, that can be hacked or is unable to read a ballot correctly 100,000 to 1 should be illegal by definition. Lastly all mail in ballots must be requested with cause, and anyone that hasn’t voted in the last election should be sent a notice to reapply or be removed.

I think they decided to avoid a major constitutional issue thinking that this would all go away–that taking up the case meant making an unpopular decision for one side. This is my non-professional understanding:
It concerns one of President Trump’s key election lawsuits against Pennsylvania’s Secretary and the various Pennsylvania counties: Number 20-845 on the Supreme Court’s docket….you can follow the various filings from the participants under that number.
It was officially put on the Supreme Court’s docket on 12/23/20.
It could have been dismissed but wasn’t.
Yesterday, Jan 27, the last of the defendants finally submitted their response to President Trump’s lawsuit No. 20-845. They are a slow bunch of workers at those Pennsylvania counties.
Yesterday, all of the submitted information was distributed to the Supreme Court Justices for the Conference to be held on 2/19/21.
That conference will decide what their next actions will be.
If there is still justice to be had in the Supreme Court, they should hear the case which should allow for submission (for the first time) of the evidence of the HUGE fraud committed against President Trump and the American people.
This is just one of 30+/- 2020 Election Fraud lawsuits still undecided. At this stage NO court has even looked at the evidence of the HUGE fraud committed.
Again, that is just my non-professional opinion so investigate yourself to verify the status.

So here is the thing about Hedge Funds and other vehicles for the wealthy. You have to be an accredited investor with investable assets of $1MM or better yet $5MM and proven and expected annual income of $200k/$300k joint.
This establishes you as a “sophisticated investor” and makes you eligible to invest in a private vehicle. That Private vehicle made up of sophisticated investors is typically exempt from registration with the SEC. This simply means no audit or regulation.
There have been tax changes since 2009 that have shrunk this industry but the key is lack of registration/regulation. George Soros is not deciding to buy Home Depot over Johnson and Johnson.

Assuming we restore the Republic one day, we need a Constitutional amendment that forbids the Congress from passing a law that they also exempt themselves from. As I recall, when Republicans gained control of congress in 1994 with Gingrich’s “Contract For America” one of its key points was that congress had to abide by any law or regulation made for the American public. He’s also made it plain several times that “there are things I’m not allowed to say” and has said that several times in relation to the stolen election.
For those paying attention he absolutely knows it was stolen, but has been threatened with cancellation if he says otherwise.
He probably figures it’s better to have some degree of voice (with “I’m not allowed to say” as code for “yes this is absolutely true”) than be completely silenced.
