I say, Deny them services. Why should government have water cooler refils and vending machine refills – I don’t have any. Fact is my business is about done. Stop delivering fuel oil, no to office supplies, a gov car breaks down – sorrry fix it your self, food delivery, hall mats, uniform cleaning, the AC isn’t working – too bad. No entry to this restaurant it is closed to you, a cab? Sorrrry, I have another fare. Same goes for home and personal service. No lawn care, no snow plowing, no home food delivery.

He discovered how it started out in the late 1850s and in only a few years became the dominant party and elected the POTUS.
This was done without the internet, twitter and even phones.

I asked him if he knew what it was that got the people so upset, something that brought them together in such strength..
He speculated possibly slavery, but we do not know and can only guess.

Social justice – A radical and retarded bastardization of the silly and nonsensical theory of postmodernism meant to fool the most uneducated and gullible to believe a grand conspiracy theory, that can never be proven nor debated, is the cause of all their ills making them victims of oppression. Rational discussion is impossible because words have no meaning and truth is not objective.
Actual social justice is what makes the United States of America so special, it is the basis of the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution, the backbone of American exceptionalism. The modern day “social justice” movement, therefore, sounds benign and good to the general public that has been conditioned to focus solely on its own material self-interest. Being against social justice is likened to being pro cancer. This is a perfect example of manipulating language and words to mean something completely different than their true definition. The hijacking of language is a threat that must be immediately rejected in any debate of ideas.
The modern day “social justice” movement is dangerous because 1.) This absurd philosophy has become invasive in our schools, at all levels not just universities. Students are taught to learn, ie. memorize propaganda. If there ever was a reason not to negotiate with terrorists, a terrorist who can’t articulate a cause is a prime example.
Today’s “social justice warrior” is indeed a manipulated bigot seeking to divide people into victim groups, also known to the left as voting blocs. These disparate victim groups then are rallied together to either vote for leftist politicians promising freedom from some imaginary oppression, support totalitarian policies in the name of justice, or used to terrorize civil society.
President Trump was a threat to the political class on many levels. The MAGA movement is a direct threat to prevailing virtue signaling based on the modern day “social justice” ideals. The MAGA movement is comprised of people from all races, backgrounds, economic classes, and political beliefs. It is based on the real meanings of equality and justice. Equality of opportunity, not outcome as determined by individual responsibility and justice determined by individual accountability. It’s a movement that needs to build on these values of inclusion, values that are the essence of America. President Trump was a spokesman, we must carry it forward to determine the future of our country.

You are correct that the problem is postmodernism. Here is the best intro that I have found to date. It will take 12 minutes, but is well worth it.
Allow me to take your “great start” forward.
Postmodernism is an ideology that evolved from Marxism in the literary criticism discipline of the Academy. In the 1960’s, after the crimes of the Soviet state were beginning to be exposed, and after Alexander Solzhenitsyn arrived in the US, it was hard for the French academics (center of the Marxist school) to maintain that nothing happened. So they magically transformed themselves into postmodernists.
There are some short videos on youtube where Noam Chomsky explains in detail. He lived it.
Which begs the question, why did these Marxists become post-modernists? Here Jordan Peterson fills in the blanks. The overriding reason why someone becomes a postmodernists is “INCOMPETENCE”.
These people realized that through their “novelty” of Marxist literary critisicm, they got fame, notoriety and MONEY. They realized that if they went back to an Aristotelian (classical) framework within their profession, they would need to become COMPETENT. 2500 years of knowlege is needed to be understood and mastered) in order to come up with something original (in essence what PhD’s should be doing – expanding the body of Western knowledge.)
Yet these people did not have the requisite intelligence for the positions that they held. So they become resentful. They become driven by RESENTMENT. Here is Steven Hicks on that:
So what is to be done if you are an Obama or a Zhou Bi Den? You can’t “construct”, so you “deconstruct”. Criticize for the sake of critisism. Competence, well that’s “logo centric”, which is patriarichal, which is racist, sexist, …. fill in the blank.
So from this footfold that Marxism got in one area of society, it spread into all areas in society.
Case in point, recall the text exchange between Lisa Page and Peter Sztrock where Lisa says something to the effect that their greatest asset (?) is their INCOMPETENCE. If the FBI was a meritocracy, these people would have never been considered for their positions in the first place.
Now think about an entire system that is based around meritocracy such as in the US. Where do people like Lisa, Peter and JoeBama fit in? Low level service sector jobs? Remember Ross Perot’s comment about Bill Clinton in the 1992 debate about bagging groceries?
So concuding, what we are witnessing is the end of the line of a DISORDER that injected INCOMPETENCE into the blood line of a societal order that by its very definition needs to be underpinned by COMPETENCE. All societal orders must be based on some minimal level of COMPENTENCE of the individuals who manage it.
If one starts injecting INCOMPENTENCE into the system (Affirmative Action, hiring quotas, preference for academic admissions, etc.), what you in essence are doing is introducing a lot of INCOMPETENT people into positions of authority. These people quickly figure out that they are INCOMPETENT, and adjust their behavior accordingly. And that behaviour is to hold on to their “stations in life” at all cost. (Incidentally, this is what is known as the Dunning-Kruger Effect).
The perfect example of this is the government and the FED. They can’t balance their books, so what do they do? Issue debt. A crisis comes along, and what do we do? Print more money! The government amasses debt because: they lack the COMPETENCE to manage the monetary system that they have been appointed to manage.
Which brings me to President Trump.
If I was to explain what happened to President Trump in his first term, I would say that he found himself in a situation where a COMPETENT President thought he could use his management skills to “lift all boats” as President Reagan used to say.
What VSG Trump didn’t realize is that nobody in government is interested to “lift all boats” because they realize (whether consciously or not) that they lack the requisite COMPETENCE to actually do this.
All they can do in fact do is grift off the system.
And for these grifters, Trump was the existential threat.
And in my humble opinion, this is the essence of why we are where we are today.

I used to work in government (in Canada) and this whole theory of incompetence being injected into the system and then essentially perpetuating itself is SO true. Nobody could be fired for incompetence. Can’t do your job? That’s okay, we’ll ‘accommodate’ you elsewhere. Which meant, we’ll move you to another job you can’t actually do. In this situation, any competent managers give up in despair because they have incompetent staff thrust upon them. So they eventually leave. And those who are incompetent stay for life and a very handsome pension. This is exactly why I left the system….it made me sick to watch it happening.
Additionally, many government jobs are patronage jobs given by the democrat party. And these people are stupid to begin with; just sayin my opinion.

Anyone with a functioning brain exits the system, which further accelerates the decline of the system. Unfortunately, this phenomenon is leading to the downfall of the fundamental systems upon which our society is based, at every level of government and throughout the public services.

It was SO bad where I worked that someone who became unable to do their job because they lost their driver’s license following a criminal DUI was just moved to a totally different job for the duration of his penalty (a year or so). Then got to go right back to his old job. The strain this sort of crap places on everyone is crazy.
Also why the Fed govt hires so many outside contractors to do fed employees’ jobs– bc you can hire from the outside and pay for competence …and fire for incompetence which u cannot do to a fed employee.
Trump did change this recently– got OPM to identify about 80% of fed jobs that could become “at will” employees who could be fired. Biden has likely nixed this EO already.

My 30 years in government came to an end recently. Forced out. Never promoted. I loved field work, however.
When President Trump appointed Neilson to head DHS, I contacted her, although I knew there would be consequences.
Among the problems (easily fixable btw) I urged her to establish a “red phone” system so that in the event of an immediate national security threat, any field officer could get a message to the WhiteHouse, bypassing the usual blockers. Nope. They did not like the idea at all. And we Americans pay for this.

You’ve articulated this very well Ellis. I’ve been saying for ages that in order to understand the problem before us, we have to understand postmodernism and how that’s driving the thought process of the left. And it isn’t just the radical left involved….they’re just the most obvious group.
Without realizing it, even more moderate people are sucked in. Think of how many people you personally know who might not be out marching in the streets or burning buildings but who *without critical thinking* support the concept of ‘climate change’ or BLM. Think of how hard (if not impossible) it is to change their mind. They vote accordingly.
For me, one of the classic examples of this, are vegans who won’t touch an egg because that would be ‘wrong’, but are rabidly pro-abortion. No amount of logic will sway them in their thinking. The fundamental problem with the postmodernist paradigm is that you simply can’t rationally debate someone who doesn’t know why they think what they do. They have no base line morality….its all relative. I personally don’t know how you build an ethos on forever shifting sands, but I suspect that’s why so many of them are so messed up. ‘Thinking’ with no guard rails seems like a pathway to madness.
A really good book on this subject is ‘Explaining Postmodernism’ by Stephen Hicks. It answered many if my questions about why we’re in such a mess as a society.

You engage by not accepting any premise they present. You engage by taking back language and the true meanings of words, you don’t permit their definition of reality. Essentially, ridicule is how you engage these people.
The other way to engage is to attack the brands of corporations that endorse this nonsense. Not just boycotting them, but literally associating a brand with the absolute worst of these people, ie. BLM is a racist terrorist group and Coca Cola has condoned their behavior. Use videos of the violence these maniacs have participated in. Go viral.
Losing trust from consumers in a brand is extremely difficult and expensive to ever gain back.

The Huff Post, for instance, ran a side by side comparison of President Trump’s Inauguration vs Bronco Bama’s. Bronco Bama’s photo has him at the podium vs President Trump’s was taken 2 hours before his actual address.

When the left talks about “free and fair elections,” they mean something completely different than what normal people mean by free and fair elections. To the left, it’s similar to when they talk about equality. Whereas equality to us means equality of opportunity and equality under the law; to the left it means equality of outcomes (with the elites excepted from this “equality” of course).
Leftists believe that a relatively large number of residents (they don’t believe in citizenship) who never or rarely vote in elections would have voted for leftist candidates/causes if they had only voted. For decades, the left tried everything they could think of to get this phantom “lost” vote to the polls – using buses, paying for votes, etc. – but were always convinced that “the vast right wing conspiracy” and “white supremacy” had suppressed x-% of their lost votes, which was unfair and “undemocratic.” In essence, their ideological enemies were cheating democracy.
Therefore, when the left and its Uniparty funders/parents decided to fully ramp up the most blatant and brazen cheating – what we consider to be cheating because it is, because we are not divorced from reality like they are – the left does not see it as cheating. In their minds, they are making the elections freer, fairer, and more democratic. An equality of outcome.
Their violence is speech. Our speech is violence.
To the left, “free and fair” means “Heads I win, Tails you lose”.
They also label our silence as violence.

I tried Duck Duck Go (DDG) as a Google substitute. But after a short while, discovered, among other things, they were very anti Trump. In the end, gave it up and went back to Google.
I’d been thinking about getting out of Google for a while and when they turned off their “Custom Range” history search that made me switch. DDG had that feature; but, their history hits seemed to be heavy with anti Trump slants.
Unlike Google, DDG does not collect and sell information about you. That was a plus. But, their ordinary search results seemed, to me, to be inferior in quality and number.
I found a way to do a Google “Custom Range ” search. That kind of pushed me back to them, also.
Duckduckgo says they don’t share your data and they don’t. They just pass it to Google and Google shares it. Get a new browser. I am using Qwant.

Any culture can exist as long as the sub-cultures within it all subscribe to the overlying cultural bounds i.e. the Melting Pot concept.

Cultural products that are conducive to the “good life” are not necessarily products of “high culture”; oftentimes, they can come from “low culture.” 2. While there are right or true answers when it comes to cultural achievements and models for society, the process of arriving at those answers will always be very difficult, complex, fraught, etc.
To me, the most important weapon against both cultural relativism/postmodernism and technocracy is counterintuitive thinking. One of the most terrible things about leftist ideas and modes of thinking are how intuitively seductive they are. The only or best way to break out of that seduction, and ultimately addiction, is via counterintuitive thinking; unfortunately, it’s a difficult skill to cultivate and now our universities are making it a lost artform.

I will echo the statement of others that we need to really become active at the grassroot level and push for corrective actions, specially for counting and verifying ballots and outrooting fraud. To give into to despair and do nothing is exactly what the DC elites want you to do.
Cancel your netflix accounts, stop shopping on Amazon, stop giving big tech any money through which they fund your own destruction, and start taking simple and small actions, even if that is to just attend meetings for your local reps, do just that.
We cannot have valid elections until voter ID laws, signature audits of mail-in ballots (most countries outright ban any kind of mail in voting) are enforced, and suspicious systems like Dominion are thrown out. If we can get state legislatures to take corrective actions in the next 4 years, we can get another DJT like figure, if not DJT himself in 2024. But the fraudulent systems need to be stamped out, or else the deep state will just keep “electing” their own puppets as our so called representatives.

I do not count the Tea Party as a real effort. They were not organized around any consistent principals. Tea Party candidates were not vetted. They disagreed on more than they agreed. Been a very busy week for me. What have I done?
1) I use credit cards for points and such. I pay off all my credit cards each month anyway but I am now not using my Mastercard and AmEx cards anymore because they cut off Trump and I have told them so. I am using cash or debit or VISA depending on the circumstances. That took quite a bit of time because there were automatic transactions to change.
2) I have an Apple computer but I will not buy a new one again. I have found some used ones I can upgrade to when I need to. I have to have a computer but Apple will get no new money from me. I have told them why.
3) I have canceled my Amazon Prime and spent a lot of time researching alternatives from small local businesses. I am pleased to report that I have thus far been able to find just about everything via Etsy/E Bay and using Amazon to find a source and then bypassing Amazon and going directly to the source. I have switched to KOBO reader.
4) I never liked the whole Apple cloud and my stuff talking to each other behind my back via the cloud so I have replaced my iPhone with an Android. This required creating a Google account just for the telephone but I have disabled almost everything Google related and installed Gab and Brave to use on the telephone. I mostly use it for actually telephoning and for reading on my new Kobo ap not other stuff like reading email. Not perfect but will work until there is a Gab telephone version for Canada. Bonus, now my telephone can’t talk to my computer. Plus if I am required to start having the damn COVID ap I REALLY don’t want my telephone talking to my computer.
5) I am leaving certain stuff like weather on my Safari. I also left my official government stuff on Safari. So the daily COVID bulletins from the Government of Manitoba and such I use Safari. If I need to look at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation I use Safari. All the other stuff including this site I am using Brave as my browser and Qwant as my search engine. This leaves two separate trails for my browsing history. One is very government and official source compliant. I have heard search history may become something required for insurance and such. If so I have a version for that.
6) I have reviewed and expanded my garden plans to grow more food myself this year. We’re going to put in a permaculture “food forest” on part of our property.
7) We are researching a nice little gator type vehicle which will allow us easy movement off roads on the many local trails for hunting, fishing, berry foraging, and gathering firewood and such. Our extremely rural area is criss crossed with these trails for farmers and for recreation. We intend to learn all of them as well as we know the local roads.
8) We are going to install a small tiny home style guest house. Never know when someone might need to come for a visit. Family is concurring with this.
9) Continuing my prepping so we can function of the electric grid goes down or the supply chains fail. All the usual stuff in that department.

You have to read the article. It’s by the brilliant constitutionalist John Eastman – who by the way blasted Pence at one point for taking the most extreme position on this issue.
Pence was not asked to reject the electors. He was asked, by both multiple States (4 or 5) and the President at the Rally – to send the electors back to the States so that they could review and certify the Correct Set of Electors.
Pence – for whatever reason – chose to throw President Trump, and the Country, under the bus.
And just want to add – yes, you are correct – it does not change the outcome – but what John Eastman is pointing out in the article is the mischaracterization that Pence was asked to reject the electors.
Recall the President was blasted – of course – as trying to have Pence take an Unconstitutional Action – which is not the case. But of course to suit the Marxist Media and the Uniparty’s purposes, that’s how it was characterized.

This is probably a change of subject matter but, if I were former President Trump, I would be very careful about hiring a defense lawyer who is highly recommended by Lindsey Graham and Tim Scott.
