Our mistake was attempting to fight from the top down while the enemy infiltrated all of our institutions. The fight has to pivot to the bottom. Patriots need to get on school boards and town councils and local and state legislatures. We need to find media and entertainment avenues to spread our message. If we are going to have any shot of taking back our country we have to build a foundation.

I do think you’re right. Of course, I realize that ca is not like other states, but it surely has led the way in idiocy and bad government.
I do think there will shootings. As in Ray Bradbury’s Fahrenheit 451, common men and women will be made into villains, and fear will overtake the society to the point that there will be no effective organized opposition.
I wish there were a way that every American could read that short novel now.
I also worry that the internet will be taken away from voices of opposition.

That is why I do believe the battle is actually best enjoined with not politicians but the media.

I live in a county where we have a group of people who meet monthly. Same group of people, usually vetted before invited to attend. Many are members. We work mostly from the bottom up encouraging and supporting each other to run for county offices.
We are successful, we have county commissioners, a school board member, tax assessor, sheriff and now we are active in getting health department board members replaced with those we support. The commissioners tell us when people leave various ‘boards’ and encourage us to step up and volunteer. A member is the chair of our county election board. Many more.
We fight constantly to keep our county red, but we keep on. Ya’ll can do it too. One person have it in their house once a month. Include food and drink (alcohol ok for us). We’ve had state/fed/local people come to campaign including primary contenders of the same party.
It’s a fight. It always is. Be a ‘Trump’. (w/most respect to our tenacious President Trump)

Clean election machinery is job one. State officials need to understand the probability of dire extra legal consequences. Need to ID Demcom muscle/thugs and address them relentlessly. Think Georgia and Pennsylvania are positioned to do something. Don’t know about Minnesota and Michigan. Anybody know when Ddeer season ends in the upper midwest?
The GOP is relatively easy to take over. But what is missing are patriots who are willing to do the BORING, thankless work that involves.
I have been precinct chairs, on state executive committees, etc. off and on for close to 4 decades. It is a thankless job. It does not provide people opportunities to get emotional highs or the instant gratification that comes from a clear in-your-face victory.
So some so-called patriots will believe they are doing their part by calling for insurrection, promoting ridiculous conspiracy theories and hope porn nonsense and just fighting and threatening those that DARE to disagree with them.
A very few will turn their attention to the long-view. Build relationships with EVERYONE in their community, give what they can and do the quiet work that doesnt get attention. And pray for God’s blessing and assistance.
The vast majority of patriots? Will continue to build and support their families, businesses and churches and largely stay out of the day to day frey. UNTIL, something ticks them off enough to get engaged to find out what is actually going on.
If the movement is being led by fools threatening/applauding violence, posting nutso theories or who predominant conservative sites with THEIR thoughts, their INSULTS which have replaced thinking, or just the ongoing relentless attack on relatively decent people who think differently, they will just switch websites, turn on a ball game or tv show from prior eras and say to hell with it all.
And THAT end result is not just what many posters are laying the groundwork for, but what they view as a victory because it showed the RINOs.
Albertus- thanks very much for your brilliant post. You are exactly right. I too have been politically active in my local NY town for over 30 years. I am a lifelong REP but in 2019 I briefly changed my party to Libertarian so I could run for town board. I did very well for a third party candidate, but lost by a huge amount to a corrupt REP who didn’t even campaign because he was under investigation for insurance fraud.
I believe that the way to go is for us to take over the GOP because our President Trump and his 100 million supporters already own it.
We need to do as you say on the grass roots level. It’s not that exciting but it’s not that hard either to start with the local committee and take that over.

I think you are on to something here. I have been active for my whole life, too, to greater and lesser extents ( lesser when raising children we made the sacrifices necessary to homeschool) including boycotting, voting, working GOTV ( thanks traitor Todd Young) etc. I think it’s better to take over the GOP than abandon it because the infrastructure is already there, as well as resources, access to being on the ballot, etc. Sure, it’s a long shot, but we don’t have many options now. We truly have to band together in our communities, regions, and states with like minded folk or “we will all assuredly hang separately.” There ARE more of us than them, by a lot!!!!

We are not associated with any association. We are just (mostly) conservatives. We are not the county GOP or Republican central committee although there are people in that group who attend our meeting.

This was a great comment to read in these times. Too often I get bogged down in the big picture and forget that ultimately, all politics is local. Folks like myself need to get off the couch and participate in more effective ways; even in my district there were way too many races without an R candidate at all, and after this last election season there may be even more appetite for third party candidates (from both directions).
You know how I met the lady who has these meetings? Husband and I were in front of a house we had just bought, staring at our dream home pre-closure. A neighbor walked out and struck up a conversation. I recognized their last name and asked, Isn’t your wife running for mayor?”
His answer, “Well yes, sort of she’s not campaigning she just signed up to make the other guy spend money.” Loved that. And it further got her name out there. She’s been on boards etc. and an influencer ever since. haha.

If you live in a blue State and run as conservative for the school board, you have NO chance to win an election. The Teacher’s Union has an iron fist and union tactics to prevent your success. If you were to succeed, you’d be the lone wolf and have no power to make changes from within. It would take a revolt by informed parents to have any hope of success.

Security guards were sent home around 10am ET that day
So either Trump’s secret service is inept or they were in on it.
Secret service should’ve been checking security at the capitol they would’ve discovered security were told to go home; and at the entrance point of the breach there was only 1 security guard on the whole floor.

The president and the uniparty
I was there, watched that battle at that archway for close to 2 hours. From what I heard, this is not where the breach was at. This is the west side, thought I read that those who breached went in a door on the south side.
I was up higher on the wood stairs with a perfect view of what was happening below. I do have some pics and video, but only on my phone, and battery went dead before final shut down by police. The one advice I didn’t take, more batteries!
Yes, very cold, this battle was a push/pull thing, a couple of feet in, police would push back out. Items passed up from crowd below to help break through, including a sledge hammer, about a 15′ piece of metal hand rail, sticks, poles and even a 12 foot orange step ladder.
Most of these items were pretty much passed right on into the police and not used. There was a very determined group that was hell bent on getting inside. They were beating on police while getting beat on themselves, sprayed with pepper and tear gassed. They continued. Don’t know if they were Antifa or not, they endured a battle, as did the police.
The window to the left of the archway finally smashed and people were going in there, but looked like it wasn’t complete access as they would come back out, one time with a door of all things! And police didn’t seem too concerned in that area. I do not know if that was the access to the shooting.
I hadn’t heard of a curfew, or the breach, but shortly after this video stops, the police got serious. Several rounds of tear gas, the whole upper was completely covered in tear gas, the police came out in force of that archway, pushing and clubbing people who lagged. More tear gas, more police, and the crowd quickly dispersed, less than 5 minutes the upper area was cleared, including myself.
Back down on the ground tear gas continued and the police moved in very forcefully, and set up a perimeter. At this time, thought best to leave and did so, walking back to subway station down the mall, which was very deserted at the time.
The whole day, this was the only violent act I saw. Peaceful protest, songs sung, prayers said, people just showing up. What the media has said is not true, as you all know. As i returned to my hotel, many calls/texts from kids and friends concerned for my safety. Was safe all of the day, but did experience tear gas for the first time. Stuff does the job, especially to all of us not prepared.
Returned home late last night, ofrf to work today, but will try to upload pics and videos tonight.
Wherever there were breaches whether at the entrance of the building or the entrance of an office.
The point being there was a group who entered in the capitol building on one floor and quickly surrounded ONE LONE SECURITY GUARD who was the only one on that floor. Backup eventually came but by then it was too late they had already breached the capitol.
I don’t know how many rooms or offices were breached that day once the initial breach. The main important point is how any of them were able to get free access into one of the most heavily guarded places in the nation.

This live-video was taken after 4:15 pm, more than two hours after the shooting inside the Capitol. Most of the people on the Capitol lawn had already left by that time. This video shows the police clearing the Capitol steps and lawn area after 4:30.
Many of us did not arrive at the Capitol Hill from the Ellipse until close to 2 pm. By that time, the shooting /killing inside the Capitol was already done. Most of us didn’t know what happened until the curfew text message hit our cell phones at 2:47 pm.

Supposedly Corey Lendowski was on with Bannon yesterday and said that he has spoken with the President at length and he is fine but just “dog-tired”. Corey suspected that he has been putting out taped messages because he doesn’t want to face a hostile press corp in person. I can certainly accept the exhausted part but I still feel some significant unease about some of the mannerisms/speech patterns of the person who has spoken since the President’s early return to the White House on New Year’s Eve…
And it’s still just heresay. Not saying Corey is dishonest, but who knows what pressure he is under to “ease our minds”. Who knows. Not trusting anything. We will see what pops up throughout the day.

Read on another blog that he was planning to go to Camp David for the weekend. The the NOTAM for the Camp David flight was cancelled. On the same blog they noticed increased air traffic activity around the military base in Abilene Texas that indicated someone important was flying in. Have no way to verify any of this. It sounds like Q theories, but his “stating” he will not attend the Jan. 20th inauguration, doesn’t sound like he is doing anything like the Q followers believe. Deep down I have hope that the Q theories come true, but from the look of things I have my doubts.

This is my first post although I have been a daily follower for a long time.
I was at the capital building up on the scaffolding on the right side of the building from around 3pm to 4:30 pm. There were cops just chilling above us, masked up and holding gas canisters. We saw what looked like a police being dragged out of the front door. The crowd all started chanting “Let him go! Let him go!”. The cops above did not take any action and seemed not to be concerned at all. Does anyone have a recording of the patriots chanting this?
Like I said we left around 4:30 and everything was still pretty peaceful minus a couple of police shields somehow being pulled out from the front door. Once I got back to the hotel room I checked The Gateway Pundit and they had an article posted around 2:30pm about the Babbit shooting. How could that be? Wouldn’t the police present have taken action to disperse the crowd immediately after the shooting? Nothing like that happened. The people present outside the capital did not know about any shooting and the cops present did not act like a shooting had just happened. The people outside at this time also didn’t know that the capital had been breached. I was there and no one was entering the capital between 3:00pm to 4:30pm.

1) We have 75M ready to go voters. far more than any other party and something a 3rd party NEVER had going in.
2) The GOP is rotten within, virtually top to bottom. What have many of us said about the FIB? Nuke it and start over as it can’t be changed from within.
3) GOP plays to many games and we would waste valuable time dealing with backstabbing. Clean slate is the way to go.
4) We have our leader and spokesperson in PT who can speak first hand on the dirty, corruptness of the GOP.
5) With 75M and PT messaging we focus on two things – state recalls and our brand / messaging centered around using that graphic Sundance has posted many times where is says because this isn’t working.
6) IMO our honest and truth message that puts Americans and restores our American values and freedoms will suck millions of old middle road Dems and GOP folks over to the Patriot Party and with 80-100M voters even with vote fraud the left would have to cheat far beyond what they did in 2020 that it would be obvious to a 10 year old. (The planks of the Patriot Party are virtually everything PT stood for and did during his 4 years)
7) IMO now is the time and we should unite that at 12:00 noon on 1/20/21 the 75M MAGA supporters commit to switching their voter registration from GOP to Independent AND if you haven’t done so already those on social media commit to cancelling their Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts.
8) with PT connections we greatly expand OANN or build a new MAGA news network and social media Patriot Party apps after all Sundance’s new site seems to be secure or worst case all move to Parler or GAB.
9) Finally because we all know the left socialist policies will not work and only cause harm and despair for millions, the left can’t help but play into the MAGA or Patriot party’s hands with a simple message………

I have considered the funding issue of a new party. It is true that Trump funded himself, but the remarkable thing in 2016 was the vast number of small donations that came in to help fund his campaign.
So why could we not do something similar to form the new party? Put it out there that there is a need for small donations to eliminate the possibility of large corpoations taking control. Create a fundraising goal with the transparency of exactly how the money wil be utilized. It could possibly create a good initial foundation. I bet that many people would be willing to undertake such an effort. Once success is seen, funding will continue.
In addition, I would submit that the Reps underutilize technology. Once the foundations are in place, it costs much less to do electronic communications than printing and mailing fliers.
We recognize that we are in a war to preserve our nation, but aren’t we still talking like victims of assault rather than troops who need to regroup and reclaim what is rightfully ours?
We can destroy their foundations because it is done at the local level. All we need to do is reclaim the local level and move up.
We can present actual opposition to the Democrat communists. I suspect they would not know how to deal with such a situation.

Long before the election and again after the election both McConnell and Romney went on air and said there is no evidence that mail-in-ballots result in voter fraud or that there is any evidence of voter fraud occurring. When President Trump set up the commission to investigate voter fraud after the 2016 election McConnell and other GOP members denounced it. We will not defeat the GOP from within the party.
I agree that it is difficult to overcome a rigged election.
I would like to suggest that this coordinated effort was accomplished because of and by people at the local levels, not the upper leaders. This is where we take back our nation. We are the ones who get in there and decided which method of voting is used. We watch for fraud and aggressively uphold the laws.
We act and speak as though we are continuous victims. We are not. Yes, they overcame us viciously, but all we really need to do is take control at the local levels and push for removal of the known fraudulent machines.

This is an unresolvable “wedge issue” so long as absolutist positions will not yield, even for a little while. Overturn Roe v Wade as wrongly decided. Hold that regulation of abortion is one of the many non-enumerated powers left to the states and to the people. Not a federal issue now, as it wasn’t before Roe v Wade.
I don’t know for sure, but my understanding is that rape/incest were considered allowable exceptions. I don’t agree with it but it does make sense as a concession to kind of help people get past some of the emotions of those issues while still being pro-life and not have the whole works get mired in that one thing.
Something to keep in mind, as you personally are thinking it through: when there has been rape or incest or trafficking, abortion is generally sought by the perpetrators as a way to cover up what’s been going on. So you’ll hear of trafficked women who have had multiple forced abortions. It may seem counterintuitive, but in many cases, a pregnancy carried to term can actually be salvation for the mother, because it makes it pretty darned obvious what had been going on (that had up to that point been kept secret–and those abused are very good at keeping their abusers’ secrets!) and so gives the mother a chance to get meaningful help, including being brought to a place of safety.
On a somewhat related note ,Theresa Burke, the woman who started the ministry “Rachel’s Vineyard” which provides healing retreats for women who feel traumatized by their past abortions, noticed (and this isn’t scientific data) that in roughly 60 percent of the women who came to these retreats, there was sexual abuse in their lives. Often, they wanted to talk about that. So she actually started a new ministry called “Grief to Grace” to more directly address the psychological issues related to abuse. My personal take from this information is that abortion is in many cases the culmination of a lot of hurt and a lot of dysfunction along with motivation (on the part of an abuser or victim) to continue to cover it up and pretend it’s not been happening. The women who were basically raised healthy but maybe made a mistake in high school or college that landed them pregnant tend to be the ones with good family support systems and who naturally take responsibility for their lives and that results in the choice to carry their pregnancy to term and with their families, raise their child.
These are some angles for you to do some homework around (don’t just take my word). All this to say that abortion is a more complex issue than initially seems. It is often “sold” as a way to help or even rescue women who are in bad situations, but in my considered opinion, the actual impact (and sometimes intent) often times is to keep these same women in situations where they are getting abused, or if not currently abused, in a cycle where that past trauma is still affecting them and causing them to think in not helpful ways.
Abortion has swirled around my life since I was 8 years old. I have suffered from abortion related issues twice in my adult life. I think if I was a woman I would NEVER have an abortion, even if I was raped, but that’s easy for me to say, isn’t it?
Women who are in a situation where abortion is even considered as an option need a lot of love and support, and in many cases, the reason abortion even momentarily strikes them as a good idea is because of a real or perceived lack of support and resources. What they need is actual support, and abortion does not provide that for them.
I hear you about it being “easy for me to say” and maybe being reluctant to impose your views on a woman in a tough situation. Just know that you can offer meaningful support in a way that doesn’t condone an act that with a little research you will discover is actually quite harmful to the woman. Women who get abortions are in my opinion just as much victims as their babies and so it’s not helpful to blame or judge them. I strongly prefer pro-life legislation that puts the burden of criminality on the one performing the abortion and never the one receiving the abortion.
And I am so sorry to hear that you have suffered from abortion related issues. As you’ve experienced, abortion isn’t just a woman’s issue. It is a wound that impacts all of us. Many many heartbroken men out there who fathered children under less than favorable circumstances and whose voices weren’t heard concerning letting their child live because the choice to abort has been set up to be only about the woman. At the same time, I have encountered so many situations in which a woman was pressured to abort by a jerk boyfriend who refused to take responsibility for a natural consequence of his action (not just hers). So, really, abortion winds up being the worst of both worlds. Generally abortion clinics don’t check if a woman is making a free and fully informed choice, i.e., is she being pressured into this in any way, so jerk boyfriends (or pimps!) putting pressure on their girl friends (stable girls) to abort often get what they want. And the political pro-abortion lobby consistently opposes legislation that would provide mothers with information or insist on a waiting period. But men who value the life of their baby and actually want to take responsibility for raising him/her don’t get a vote if the woman is determined enough to abort (or is pressured into it by others in her life).
In summary, abortion is a big mess, and not even a good idea in those tough situations (rape/incest). However, from the point of view of building a political platform or party, I think allowing the rape/incest exception works fine because it helps to bypass all the emotions around those issues and keep everyone focused on the task at hand, which would be to build the party and platform and advance its principles. And that focus can save a lot of lives as statistically, abortions done due to rape/incest form a very small percentage of all the abortions done. It’s also helpful in not letting the pro-abortion movement get everyone all bent out of shape and caught up in “legislating based on the exception.” If abortion in all cases but rape/incest were to become illegal tomorrow, the vast majority of abortions would not happen. Once that is accomplished, then it would make sense to revisit the rape/incest exception and determine if that should remain.
If the woman has a brain, she gets a rape kit done and has herself cleaned up, if you know what I mean, immediately following the crime and before there is a baby.
The opposite of that concern for the poor lady carrying the rapist’s child is why should the child, who had no say in the matter of its conception, be murdered to placate the “feelings” of the woman? Is being conceived a crime that carries the death penalty?

But the rape/incest arguments FOR murdering unborn children only address less than 2% of all abortions. Most abortions are for idiots who “got caught” while engaging in sin.

Register them. It’s not like a 2/3 majority is needed. If you have the money you’ll have a spot on the ballot.
Some states make it impossible. They require a candidate to have so many signatures in each voting district collected by either a state resident or some states require that the ones collecting signatures live in the district. And you have to get lots extra because the uniparty goes through and challenges signatures.
And there are other equally difficult hurdles put in place by the uniparty.
Then you have the judges that throw other parties off ballots illegally as they did this time for the Democrats in several states.

Here’s an old woman who has never been to war, but I feel like I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and I imagine most here do too. It takes some time to adjust to the idea that our overwhelming landslide victory was brazenly, blatantly stolen and there turned out to be not a single venue which would correct this steal – our country, gone, just like that.
But upon thinking about it, where we think we are now, we were already in 2008. Remember how many times people tried to sue to have the Obola declared a non natural-born citizen, but no one had standing?
How many judges over the years declared that foreign national babies of illegal foreign nationals dropped here were to be given our birthright, American citizenship?
How many judges have given preferences to illegal aliens over Americans? Declared that we had to pay for their education, health care, SNAP, save them from the natural consequences of their failed invasion when they get stuck on a wall or in the river, even recently the felon who was deported – again – and a judge ordered him sent back to the United States to prey on American citizens some more? One activist judge declared the CA Save Our State initiative which passed easily to be unConstitutional; it wasn’t. (And it would have saved the State.)

A Citizen and a Natural Born Citizen are two different designations. It’s a tragedy that people with bad intent have obtained citizenship for themselves or a family member when the lines are interminable for those who love our country and wish to come here and contribute to our success It is also a tragedy that the two different designations are seen as equivalent or interchangeable. They are not.
A Natural Born Citizen is born to parents who have US citizenship. You can read a lot about it and why there are logical reasons for this REQUIREMENT for a President. Obama’s father was not a US citizen, and neither of Kamala Harris’ parents were citizens at the time of her birth. If both parents were not US citizens, the candidate is not eligible to be President. This is not about a birth certificate. This is about indisputable facts about a parent’s status as a US citizen. Don Jr., Eric and Ivanka are not eligible because Ivana was not a US citizen when they were born. Is there anyone else out there who doesn’t meet this requirement? Is anyone – say, maybe a Constitutional lawyer- willing to question a candidate’s eligibility based on easy to prove facts?
If no one is paying attention to the details at the beginning, or just looking the other way intentionally, we cannot trust the results of an election ever again.

A modest proposal.
Since laws and constitutions have been dispensed with Texas should follow Pennsylvania’s example and allow ballots to be accepted after Election Day. And since Texas is so much larger than Pennsylvania they should allow ballots to be accepted much more than three days after Election Day. It’s only fair, right? I propose January 19. Nineteen is a nice number.
Texas has more than twice the population of Pennsylvania but not even twice the number of electors. Proportionally Texas should have 46 electors. While forty six is a nice number it’s rather small and Texas is big. Texas is so big that six Pennsylvanias could fit inside Texas! Forty six electors hardly seems enough. Hmm… six times forty six equals two hundred and seventy six. Texas should have 276 electors. It’s only fair, right?
Now for this business of counting electors’ votes. Since Texas will submit their electors on January 19 it makes sense that the electors should be counted on the 19th. Texas can deliver their electors’ votes in the morning and the count can take place in the afternoon. Then after a good night’s rest Texas’ choice can be inaugurated president of the entire country on January 20 at 12 noon. The combination of being the second largest state by population and the second largest state by land area puts Texas far ahead of any other state. It’s only fair that Texas’ choice should prevail.
Since laws and constitutions have been dispensed with this proposal is very reasonable.

The thing I’m really struck by is how quickly this coup escalated after President Trump challenged the blatant election fraud. Two-thirds of the country has no reliable way of earning a living, or they depend on others to be a patron of their professional activities, that are, or have recently become, unmarketable.
The socialists have the world just where they need it to be: highly dependent on largesse in all its forms, i.e government subsidies, grants from non-profit orgs, private donations, legacy gifts et. In essence, a great many professional skills today are no longer marketable enough to invest in them as a career. And, owing to abandonment of anti-trust enforcement, most new small business- starts will be doomed to failure, not due to lack of demand or quality, but due to a cost/benefit analysis that simply cannot sustain them. The positive recent trends in our economy were obliterated by the socialist, Covid plot, sending us back to pre-Trump, Obama days.
And much of the Love of Biden comes directly from the knowledge that trillions will be going to everybody’s gift bags: states, counties, municipalities, foundations etc. What’s not to love? Right?
Had Trump been given a second term, he could have conclusively reversed all these horrible trends.

And … the day before the election he defied a presidential EO to delist three Chinese companies from the NYSE. The day after his wife lost (couldn’t possibly be he wanted her to lose?) he said he would follow the EO and go ahead with the delisting.
