What happened at the Capital did not change what Pence did. He’d already planned that out.
You can call me a conspiracy theorist, but I think there was at least some group of actor-agitators who herded (possibly, not definitely) Trump supporters into the Capital to create the appearance of a “disruption”.
Where was it, this “disruption”? What was damaged/ upturned? Who was “roughed up”? (Nobody) But *GASP!* The ruffians! The LAWLESSNESS! It’s historic!

This was kabuki. Pre-planned for the purpose of giving the traitors an excuse to abandon contesting the electors, ostracizing the President (and anyone who supports him) once and for all and in order to manipulate public opinion.
Questions on what we can do since voting doesn’t matter and 90+% of DC does not represent us despite party “names”.
Besides boycotting and only buy the absolute necessities, we basically have to wait for a good portion of the other side to feel the sting of the policies and judicial decisions that will fall across the land and effect everyone. Hopefully, they will then be super surprised. I want every Starbucks and whole foods in the entire country locked down. I want inner city folks to really feel the pinch. I want every inner city bar and hang out spot to be locked down. Sorry to small business, but we do have to get serious….with what we are able to do. Hopefully, when a good enough number of the left (probably 30-40% of them) realize they are targeted too, they may come to their senses.
I am currently living about 50-60 miles from a major city. Interestingly, a nephew is in the electric construction business. Setting up electric for new subdivisions. There are 200+ home subdivisions going up 60-70 miles from this big city. 1/8 acre lots homes at $3-400k. The lots/homes sell before even graded and slab poured. He said homes will be constructed in about 2 weeks. Yes, probably shoddy construction, but I think these are in-state immigration from the big city for those with means to do so. They will of course bring their ideology with them, but even they are leaving the cities to the very poor. And I guess they are trying to get far enough out to be outside the ring of infiltration of inner burbs by “affordable” housing. They know and are getting out while they still can.
I have a home and acreage in south part of the state. Bought for less than $100k about 5 years ago. Very soon was offered double, cash. I’m sure price will only increase.
There are a few days left for President Trump to make a huge difference in the way the next four years unfold. I hope he takes kinetic action, as the actions of so many in whom we placed our trust are flat out traitors to the Republic.
Part of what happened yesterday was that Congress legitimized election fraud by not condemning it and in some cases not even recognizing it.
The SCOTUS legitimized election fraud two months ago and I’m sure any remaining election cases will be considered moot.
Congress will not fix it.I would hope Sidney would continue to pursue the election fraud but that is an expensive proposition And she is likely getting tired of getting shunned and silenced. Where do we go from here to restore our elections?
Despite what appears to be a late letter from Pence advising the President of his intentions, it came across to me that the President was getting his last shots in at the establishment, including the court, the three SCOTUS judges he put on the bench, the VP, McConnell, et al. during his remarks at the rally. I think he knew what was going to transpire. He has not worked with these vermin for four years not to know their vote goes to the highest bidder.

Absolutely wrong. Yesterday’s events derailed a democratic process. It was an act carried out, not by patriots, but by our enemies. Nobody “derailed a democratic process”. What happened in Congress before and after the peaceful protesters entered the US Capitol was about as anti-democratic as you can get. Those people on the ground, and millions and millions more at home, have had their right to judicial due process wiped out by having cases dismissed without any evidence being heard, dismissed for no standing, etc. Local/State Governments have thumbed their noses at even obeying the simplest principles of free and fair elections. We have been denied our right to demand that the Government prove it ran a free and fair election – not the other way around. Our representatives did not represent us in any meaningful way yesterday. It was a charade.
I get it that some bad actors were mixed in there. But nobody was armed, and it mainly consisted of yelling. Thanks to Antifa/BLM terrorism last summer, I am well versed on what constitutes violence. If our people had been violent (hundreds of thousands outside simply marched), the US Capitol would have been burned to the ground just like how Antifa/BLM burned down cities, looted businesses, attacked innocent civilians and private property, etc.

There is no President Biden nor will there ever be. He and the politicians can pretend all they want, it doesn’t change the fact that there was no lawful election in Pennsylvania or in Georgia – AND EVERYONE KNOWS IT. The federal government is menacing the States and the People with this charade.
In addition to all else, it will be critical to fight for election integrity in our own states. We have more influence over our state legislatures, and they call the shots.
As an example, election laws can be written such that not allowing proper oversight (pollwatchers,etc) triggers an immediate full audit of those ballots overseen by the legislature to ensure compliance. Chain of custody can and should be required with laws already written dictating how they will be handled.
Point being, the state legislatures DO have constitutional authority, and they CAN take control of the process, and can write into law what the consequences are for violating it, and make all questions of implementation reviewable by themselves, not by judges.
Politicians favorite pastime is passing off responsibility to executive branch and then pointing fingers instead of properly writing laws. We can and must hold them accountable for free and fair elections.
I think the only way to have an honest election is paper ballots with a carbon copy for the voter and a website that shows the vote was cast and who you voted for.
Vote in person with proper ID.

That Antifa/BLM can stage operations such as occurred Jan. 6 is a travesty, and a huge blot on the FBI. As a known terrorist organization (yet not identified as such), to be able to come so close to the seat of our government, and to have free rein to enter the Capitol building while acting as over-grown trick-or-treaters is patently absurd.
The issue of First Amendment rights, the press, censorship, was not dealt with by the Trump Administration. This is the first time in our history a president of the United States cannot have access to media for public statements.
This problem should never have been overlooked by DOJ, but, as we know, they too have been co-opted and are controlled by forces working against our Constitution and Bill of Rights.
The President should have the power and authority to compel media to carry his statements to the public.

Look, Biden and more specifically, the Harris presidency (I think within 6 months she will be president) is going to be a disaster and will officially bring about an end to America as it is known but in the end, Trump turned out to be a poor president and it was all from his own doing. The communists were going to enact their coup plans after he won regardless so he could have chosen to not act in such a manner that turns many off and he could have had MORE people support him and made their plans even more transparent.
Not a single one of his current supporters would have not supported him if he acted more like a grown man so ALL he did was cause many to dislike him because of how he acts. Remember, not everyone that isn’t a supporter of his is some far left nut. Many are moderates but just couldn’t stand how he acted and they just got tired of the 24/7 Trump drama and his personality. Just imagine if he didn’t rub so many the wrong way (many of his supporters even say he has a bad personality!) and was liked by most except the diehard leftists and they tried to pull what they did. It wouldn’t have worked! This is why so many liked obozo because he presented himself in a way that didn’t rub most the wrong way. It wasn’t his policies or anything of that nature since he was and still is a worthless piece of crap.
Trump also had the ego problem where he would lie or embellish about the stupidest of things (inauguration size) and it just added to the narrative that got spun for him of being a compulsive liar even though he often told the truth for the important things, unlike obozo who lied about important things. An example? When he was trying to brag that the U.S. was testing more people than the rest of the world combined. It was NEVER the case and the numbers were there to show he was lying but he did it anyway. Things like that add up in the minds of people and it made people not like him. Then you had him trying to take credit for things that he didn’t actually do instead of just congratulating the people that were actually responsible for it. He’s simply a very petty man.
To go with his refusal to ever change how he acted and calling people silly names, he is going out with a whimper. He could declassify everything in his final 2 weeks and try to blow it all open but nope, he’s just going to slink away and in doing so, telling the true patriots to just go home and sit on their hands and accept being boiled like a frog, like he did yesterday. The problem of course is that he does NOT care about the people. He cares about himself, perhaps his family, and that’s it. If he truly did care about the country and truly does know what is coming, he’d be looking to have everyone raise hell now instead of just accepting it. He’d look to declassify things and try and help blow up the swamp. All that happened in the last 4 years is the swamp got MORE powerful than it was. He didn’t drain it but helped fill it up a bit more.
NOTHING is going to change in the future with people being passive. There is no reasoning with these psychopaths that have taken control of the country and they aren’t going to change their mind in destroying the country because they see those on the right will not raise hell like antifa and BLM do. Prayer isn’t going to get the country out of what is coming. Voting when they can blatantly rig as shown in Nov and even perhaps in Georgia 2 days ago isn’t going to do anything, if they even allow voting going forward. Contacting your worthless representatives in Washington will not do anything because they don’t care about you either. RAISING HELL and putting fear in the minds of these swamp creatures is the only way something might change.
Trump talks about law and order but there is no law and order because law and order has been compromised. All he is saying is that the sheep should keep being abused and have their rights and freedoms taken away while the swamp and those in positions of power can get away with doing everything they are doing without ANY punishment. All he’s done is PROTECT the very people he claims he is fighting against. The country was founded by fighting and it will only be saved or better yet, brought back (probably beyond saving right now), by fighting. People need to quit buying into the media narrative that raising hell is bad and that you are some extremist. Doing so plays right into their hands and keeps the populace held down thinking they are powerless.
Then you have the fact he didn’t do as much as he should have and he just helped make some areas worse. He made the stock markets, which he correctly called a bubble back in 2016, an even bigger farce and bragged about it. He commented on the debt back in 2016 yet in his 4 years, more was added to the debt than any previous 4 year period and almost as much as what was added in 8 years under obozo. He never came up with the obozocare replacement he constantly said he would. H1B visas increased under his watch. He endorsed finding a way to keep the unconstitutional “DREAMERS” in the country. He comments on the country “never being a socialist state” yet last year he kept pushing for bailouts to wallstreet companies and then pushed for the huge handouts to the people, things that are socialist in nature. He continually made horrible picks in his administration (people he then trashes after firing them, acting like it wasn’t HIM that picked them. Pence included) and his poor supreme court picks. Did he make even one good pick in his 4 years other than McEnany?
The one really good thing Trump did was trigger the leftists and worthless media to show how biased and corrupt they are but as nice as that was, it didn’t really amount to much. They still won in the end.
The fact is, he was simply an overall poor president and not the hero the country needed or the hero some of his diehard supporters make him out to be. He did help wake some up but he could have woken up so many more if he would have just not acted like such a clown a lot of the time.
I know many here will disagree because they refuse to ever criticize this man and can’t separate him from their patriotism yet look at reality and you’ll see I am correct.

Nobody is going to arrest anybody, and nobody is going to do anything.. If we’re lucky, they’ll hold off on the 25th amendment and we’ll be able to enjoy a great president for another two weeks before the country takes it’s inevitable trip into hell.

There was something off to me in Trump’s speech yesterday. I still can’t quite put my my finger on it. But one things does stick out. Why on earth would he tell supporters to walk to the Capitol and he would walk with them and then not walk there himself? Why tell them to do that? Surely he had to know what a risk that was or how dangerous it could be. So why did he do it?
You leave out or ignore the most important element. There has to be a willingness to act by major elements within at least 2 of the 3 Branches of Government, once the evidence is produced. The president gambled there were enough good people left within the 3 Branches of Government for him to prevail, he lost the gamble. I watched it live, but never saw a transcript, perusing the threads.
I listened to parts of it. It was a re-hash of the same information, there was no big reveal. Then he stated it was up to the VP to send questionable electors back to the state legislatures. Then he started hedging on whether not Pence would do that.
I’m guessing that something big happened that changed his plans. It seems unlikely that President Trump would actively encourage millions of patriots to spend time and money to travel across our nation, risking criminal interference, only to give a campaign grade speech. I don’t understand everything President Trump does and I don’t need to. I trust him.

One of my coworkers cousins and her family are in DC right now and say the rally yesterday was not violent Trump supporters. One thing I have noted is that yesterday was a downer but the real date of concern/transition is January 20. Sadly, you’re wrong. I’ve been listening to people talk today, and the lukewarm Trump supporters, by and large, have now been peeled away for good. The only people who “aren’t buying it” is a relatively small group of people who take the time to find out the facts for themselves. Most people are lazy and just believe what they see on TV. Even many Trump supporters.

There is a difference between “lionizing” someone and pointing out that they were wrongfully killed.
How does LEO know she’s unarmed? She was part of a mob who has breached the building and is now breaching an interior room. Apparently a person with bad intent is entering the room. It’s unreasonable to wait any longer to repel the attack.
I don’t like that she was shot, but it was not an unforeseeable consequence. What did she intend to accomplish? I don’t know. But what was accomplished? Congress had the excuse they wanted.
The Democrat’s SA was there to “borrow” Trumps crowd and use it for their own ends. I suspect she allowed herself to be led astray and become fodder for their scheme.
Police officers don’t shoot someone unless they KNOW that the person is armed and has threatened them with harm. Police aren’t allowed to shoot and kill someone who is trespassing, rioting etc just because they MIGHT be armed.
There are other ways to “repel an attack” besides shooting and killing the perpetrators. By the way, entering the Capitol isn’t necessarily an “attack”.
There were armed police just behind the woman who was shot. If she was such a threat, wouldn’t they have stopped her?
And let’s not muddy the waters by discussing the wisdom of entering the Capitol and giving Congress an excuse. Whether she was “fodder” or not, she didn’t deserve to be “cannon fodder”.
Police can’t just shoot people whenever they think there might be a threat.
All I’m saying is look at from the point of view of those inside the building whose job it is to protect the occupants.
I don’t like that she was shot and died. Of course not. But I don’t see that it was a wrongful act by LEO. Now if she and the others remained outside the building and LEO started shooting that would be wrongful. But that didn’t happen. They broke into the building and are breaking into an interior room. Nothing good is going to happen. It’s entirely foreseeable that something bad is going to happen.
Police cannot shoot unarmed people. They know that. It most definitely was a wrongful act by law enforcement.
Police officers are charged and jailed for shooting unarmed perpetrators. It happens all of the time.
Watch the video. She had not even climbed through the window when she was shot. She was still in the outer hallway. You tell me how this woman was a threat to police.
