A woman was shot while climbing through a doorway window in Washington DC today. It appears from the video, a woman attempted to climb through a side-door window; she was shot from inside the hallway and fell back into a small group behind her.
In the image below she is wearing a red and white backpack, climbing through a broken window next to a doorway when a shot is heard. She falls directly backward as people, including two uniformed police officers, attempt to render aid.
There were two uniformed police officers directly behind her who seemed surprised at the gunfire. [Twitter Video Here] Reports are now surfacing that the young lady died in the hospital following a single gunshot to the neck.

The officer had to have authority to carry the loaded firearm inside the Capitol building. Who gave that authority?

Right now, Giuliani, and a whole lot of others, better hope Trump gives them a pardon before Pence invokes the 25th Amendment. Even then, whether a pardon, from a madman, would hold up in court.
Yes, the only chance we had was with Pence – once it got to that level, because the method of objecting requires both houses (all members). Had Pence simply rejected dual sets of electors from the several states, neither President Trump nor China Joe would have had 270 electoral votes.
This would have put the election in the House where – only under that type of circumstance – does the House vote as State delegations and not individual members. There is no path this way that Pence chose.
The only other way – before it got to Congress – was to get those State Legislatures to undo the damage and certify for Trump or at the least decertify Biden. But they dragged their feet, waiting for their Governors to call them into session.
