It’s way past time for all that. Congress meets to certify the Electoral College on Wednesday! We’ll be like the Miami Herald, counting and recounting Palm Beach County ballots well into the Bush Administration trying to prove Al Gore really did win Florida 2000.
What needs to happen is the state legislatures must certify the Trump electors. They’re about out of time. Lots of letters being sent from legislators to Congress, public statements being made, but without a bona fide certification I don’t think anything will come of all the noise.
At most, there will be a 2 hours of debate for every contested state and then the House and Senate will vote to certify the Biden electors. I don’t see Pence asserting latent constitutional powers of the VP over the counting of votes to throw out the contested state electors. He might surprise me, but I’m not holding my breath waiting for Stealth Pence to save the day.

Ummm … unused paper ballots, from the Nov. 3 general election, printed by an Arizona company that supplies election materials, addressed to the department of elections, and stored in their warehouse? Not sure why these are considered “counterfeit” based on that criteria. Although the rush to shred them after the state senate wanted to inspect them does seem suspicious. One of the responses on the thread is a Georgia election official. He states these are “emergency ballots” which state law requires to be on hand for every election, nothing underhanded about it. Perhaps the rush to shred them is to conceal that a number of them are unaccounted for and missing.
We shall see…. maybe. I take your skepticism as a reasonable position.
I can see a “limited” number of “emergency ballots” as a necessary part of an election to provide for unknown conditions. But. Pallet Loads? That isn’t reasonable. 13,000 lbs of ballots per pallet? That’s a lot of ballots. Somebody needs to put this in perspective, and that, right soon.
It’s government at work: Emergency ballots are expensive, but law says the county must have them and so the county does. And after the election all the unused ballots are waste and go to disposal. The only thing suspicious here is the timing, and it seems odd that they sent them out at 10pm.
And this evidence, as damning as it is, will lead to…nothing.
