“A Criminal Like Trump”: Federal Judge Tosses Aside Judicial Restraint In Public Interview

President Donald Trump has been criticized by Democrats and Republicans alike for his recent spate of pardons, including corrupt ex-congressmen and the father of Jared Kushner. I was one of those who immediately criticized those pardons as manifestly unjustified and inimical to our legal system. However, none of that makes the comments of senior U.S. District Judge Robert Pratt of the Southern District of Iowa any less troubling. Judge Pratt gave an interview slamming the pardons in a departure from judicial ethics rules barring jurists from engaging in such political commentary.
I have previously criticized Judge Emmet Sullivan for using his courtroom to air grievances against President Trump. Platt however dispensed with any pretense of judicial function in airing his grievances over the pardons. He told the Associated Press that “It’s not surprising that a criminal like Trump pardons other criminals. But apparently to get a pardon, one has to be either a Republican, a convicted child murderer or a turkey.”
Pratt was discussing pardons that included former Ron Paul campaign chairman Jesse Benton and campaign manager John Tate, who were convicted at trial of concealing $73,000 in payments that went to a state senator. Again, my concern with the comments is not the merits but the messenger.
Pratt was appointed by President Bill Clinton in 1997 and remains an active judge on a reduced docket as a senior status judge. As such, he remains subject to the Code of Judicial Ethics. State judges have been sanctioned for yielding to such temptations to vent their opposition or criticism to Trump. Federal judges however have engaged in such public commentary without sanctions.
Pratt’s comments raise serious questions under three of the most basic canons of judicial ethics barring judges from engaging in political activities and positions.

It is my fervent hope that something happens, Pence, SCOTUS, SOMETHING to keep Biden from being certified the winner. This election was stolen, at least that is what I believe.
However, I am trying to understand why people think that people who decide who gets a state’ electors will necessarily give those votes to PDJT just because they prove fraud.
If a state has 200k in fake ballots, the decision maker should just throw out the state’s electoral votes, that is not proof those fake votes were for Biden. We assume it and we believe those were fake votes for Biden, but our belief is not proof. So a decision maker should think the state’s results are corrupted and throw out the state’s votes completely and not award them to any candidate.
Which would still give the election to PDJT depending on which states’ votes are thrown out.
But not sure why people think saying a certain number of fake ballots were fraudelent would mean that PDJT should get those votes.
Although, that would be an outcome I would be grateful for!
I believe the spike of ballots on the middle of the night did go for Biden. That’s the fraud that can be proven with the data. The President wins the contested states by removing those votes.
That might work if it can be PROVED that the spike in votes were tied to the COUNTING at the same time of the fraudulent ballots and that those ballots are not mixed with others. And would have to be PROVED in all states thrown out.
Saying there were 200k fraudulent ballots PROOVES that the spike at 3am was caused by THOSE PARTICULAR ballots is harder to prove. each fake ballot has to be tied to a PARTICULAR fake vote…not from a total.

Pretend PDJT was certified and Biden’s team was contesting the fraudulent votes as being for PDJT. You would INSIST, rightly, that they have to prove those fraudulent votes were for PDJT. Theories based on math is not proof. It is a good argument but is not proof. And everyone single person here would INSIST on proof not theories that sound convincing but dont have actual proof.
Why would it be necessary to prove individual votes were corrupted when mathmeticians and other analysts have demonstrated vote reassignment and regression of count totals (which should never happen, ever), not to mention the obvious rules, both Statewide and local, that violated State Law and ballot integrity. I think there are grounds to replace a State’s electoral votes with those of that State’s legislature. Worst case throw out the entire State Electoral vote but that shields the public from understanding how big a victory this was.
I hope what you are saying happens. But people have to start thinking like a judge wanting proof of the fraud not social scientists who make a convincing case based trends/occurrences, etc.

While it is prudent to question events, there comes a time when one has to come to grips with the truth. You are sounding like a person in denial.
You are confusing “proof” with evidence. And that mathematical evidence is powerful enough to convince any reasonable person that fraud occurred.
To this day, that type of mathematical forensic evidence is used to convict many white collar criminals and extortionists in US courts.
As I said, proving fraud is much easier than proving it was fraud that only or primarily benefited Biden. That is why FRAUD could deny the electoral votes from the state but it would require PROOF that it swung the election from PDJT to Biden before they could justify giving the electoral votes to PDJT. So Pence could refuse to count the VOTES from the state based on fraud alone.
Again, I am happy for any miracle that stops the obvious steal.

I thought the idea was that because the voting/elections in the challenged states were not legit then NONE of the Electoral Collage votes for those states would be put in the pot. Then when the ‘legit’ state votes are counted the one with the most votes wins – reaching 270 will not be a factor. And given the votes total using the ‘legit’ states will result in PDJT winning more than Biden.

At the GA hearing the video was enlarged and showed the four poll workers putting the same stack of ballots (that came from the hidden black suitcases) through the scanners multiple times. It was clearly and irrefutively shown that they did this in the time frame from 11 to 1:30 am. I saw it with my own eyes. The hearing is still recorded on RSBN network.

That is when the Joint Congress meets for the Electoral vote counting done by the head of the Senate – VP Pence. If he discards the electoral votes of the contested states with unConstitutional election processes, then neither candidate reaches the required 270 votes to win. It will then go to the House for a 1 vote per state count for the Presidency. I don’t know how long all that will take, but the Patriot protest outside will begin in the AM outside the Capitol building. They will see we are there!

I was listening to Lin Wood on John Fredericks’ program this morning and he said that he doesn’t say anything he can’t prove. Given his background and skillset, I think that’s a trustworthy statement. I don’t think he’s so stupid that’d he’d say things he doesn’t have evidence to support.

According to reports, a 46-year-old woman was subsequently arrested by police for filming the video and has been charged on suspicion of a public order offence.
While the footage shows the inside of the hospital to be virtually empty, UK health authorities have continually asserted that the NHS is at risk of being “overwhelmed” as a result of rising COVID-19 infections.
Completely fits in with the latest “I know somebody who died of Covid” (as if that represents the true scale). Here is my own story – I know of TWO people who have died from Covid – or did they?? The first an 84-year-old ex lawyer I knew (real bastard) – anyway upon a bit of investigation THIS is his story. The guy was in BAD shape physically, had isolated in his mansion for 8 months, NEVER leaving. Anyway, he suffers a transient ischemic attack (small stroke) and is rushed to hospital. Gets a test and is stuck in the COVID ward. 3 days later his test returns positive. Now was he truly positive when he came in?? – we know he was NOT exhibiting symptoms on admission. So, a day later he suffers another, then another and dies a day later. “HE DIED OF COVID” – REALLY????. The other, a lady (72) DOES have Covid, is admitted and deteriorates, now here is the kicker, they PUNCTURE her lung while inserting the ventilator, and she dies of INFECTION. Again, the official “buzz” – “O poor …… – she died of Covid, it’s no joke, better wear three masks, and NEVER let the kids out your sight.” BS piled upon BS piled upon BS, until we have the world’s biggest BS sandwich.

The TIA that got him TO the hospital IS a symptom! He would have been ordered a head CT first (fast modality to ascertain any subdural bleeding), and an MRI after stabilization (detailed images in stroke protocol). Those images are sufficient to diagnose COVID. If they couldn’t sufficiently halt the micro-clotting that caused the strokes in time, then yes, he died OF COVID.
As for the 72 year-old, yes, procedures involve risks. But if they had not tried, she would have had the “pleasure” of slow suffocation instead. Doctors don’t advise ventilating unless it’s absolutely necessary and the condition is dire, since many patients never come off them. What caused her acute breathing difficulty in the first place? That’s what she died of. The infection was an attendant (contributing) cause. The “of” in “died of” is ordinarily whatever starts or determines the chain of events, NOT the last problem that develops prior to a death. There will be a review board for any personnel that participated directly in the intubation.
Now about the woman recording in a supposedly empty facility, it’s not even relevant to our problems here. The NHS in the UK employ different labor protocols than in the U.S. It’s a nationalized health care delivery system. They can close or open hospitals at will, and move all the staff to outbreak “hot spots” rapidly as needed. We can’t do that so easily. We have 50 separate sovereign states, and a variety of unions to negotiate with. Normally staff here must VOLUNTEER to go, get permission from the boss, and obtain an exemption from the state they go to, since they won’t have a local license to practice.

In a separate transaction announced on June 4, 2010, Dominion bought Sequoia Voting
Systems, which is, according to Dominion, “a major U.S. provider of voting solutions serving
nearly 300 jurisdictions in 16 states.” John Poulos of Dominion heralded this deal as “another
important milestone in Dominion‟s efforts to provide election officials in every region of the
United States the widest array of comprehensive and innovative options when it comes to
election solutions.” Before the Sequoia acquisition, Dominion had worked with Sequoia in
New York State for over three years, and had hired away one or more senior officials from
Sequoia, including Edwin Smith, who now is a member of the Technical Guidelines
Development Committee.
Dominion represents that, “as part of the transaction, Dominion has acquired Sequoia‟s
inventory and all intellectual property, including software, firmware and hardware.” But
Sequoia could only sell to Dominion that which its owns. When Smartmatic sold Sequoia to
an investment group led by Sequoia‟s management team, during an investigation by the
Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) into the identity of the
person(s) who ultimately own Smartmatic and its ties to the Chavez government, Smartmatic
apparently retained ownership of the software used in Sequoia voting systems to cast and count
votes, licensing to Sequoia that software, which Smartmatic develops in Venezuela.
Efforts to date have not succeeded in determining the ultimate owners of Smartmatic or the
extent to which Smartmatic and the Chavez government of Venezuela have influence over U.S.
elections through Smartmatic‟s control of the software that counts votes for Sequoia (now
Dominion) voting machines. Concern is that Smartmatic‟s sale of Sequoia “was fraudulent,” “a sham transaction designed to fool regulators.”
Dominion apparently will employ Venezuelan-run Smartmatic‟s propriety software in at least
the Sequoia voting systems that it now owns. Dominion also is engaged in Internet voting
outside the United States, and could employ Venezuelan-run Smartmatic‟s propriety software
in Internet voting in U.S. elections.
Not only is it not known who owns and controls Smartmatic, we do not know who owns and
controls privately-held and Canadian-based Dominion. Does Dominion owe Smartmatic on
the Sequoia loan or earn-out? How was Dominion able to finance these Diebold and Sequoia
purchases? Who is going to finance Dominion‟s work through the November 2010 election?
I personally have no doubt whatsoever based upon what has been presented by forensic analysis and by reports from Rudy and Sidney along with the previous, widespread reporting by security experts about the long standing, inexcusable insecurities of voting machines that the 2020 election was massively compromised.

Seeing the Courts and all of their decisions, plus the latest (that I am aware of) that the Supreme Court will hold hearing after inauguration–in their estimation, clearly of Biden–it would appear that the course of action is the following:
Pence selects the Trump electors in the disputed states, and Trump is officially over the electoral threshold. Insanity ensues within the DC orbit.
Pence, being a pensive guy, has probably looked long and hard for a justification for something so bold. Well, all he had to do was look to the Courts. They won’t TOUCH a case unless demonstrable harm has occurred (don’t ask what demonstrable means if they won’t provide a forum for demonstration). Thus, the Biden ticket needs to experience a setback before the courts can or will hear any argument of theirs. Wonderful.
So, Pence gives them what they need for a proper judicial hearing: a Trump inauguration. Set that argument for February 14, and let’s hear all of the details from both sides.

It wouldn’t be for Trump to show anything. It would be for Biden, and it would occur–if it did at all–in Trump’s 2nd term.
In my opinion we have been focused way too much at the top of the structure and not enough at the bottom. It’s obvious to me that voting nationally (President, Senate, yes even HOR) is compromised. We can however focus our efforts locally. The building needs to be redone from the ground up. Starting at the top of the building will not do any good at this point. Let it go and focus our efforts on school boards, city council, boards of supervisors. They in turn can pressure governors who then in turn can form a solid point of impact at D.C.
We can point out DC’s deficiencies and we should continue to do so but we really need a focused local effort in towns and cities across the States to work on fixing the problem we have.

For example if you are arrested in a Democrat city which accounts for most cities in the United States you will be judged and tried by a Leftist judge and a 100% minority jury. This is the horror most White police officers are faced with. You will be found guilty regardless of the Constitution and the judge will sentence you to the maximum. If you shot a minority assailant in self-defense you will sued in civil court and financially ruined. I am holding out hope that you are correct. The President has to know that if the Left is successful in stealing this election that he and his family will be hounded for the rest of their lives. I think he is currently weighing the options very carefully because IF he is backed up against a wall and decides to release EVERYTHING he has on all of the leaders of the Swamp, it will bring about a Constitutional crisis the likes of which we have never seen…so I think he is trying to avoid having to take that step. And the truth is that IF he gets to that point, Big Tech and the MSM could shut him, and ALL of us down, rather than allow him to expose the depth of corruption, of which they have played no small part!
He has the Emergency Broadcast system, AND there are a few foreign allies whose leaders would release to the world the President’s evidence of sedition and crime. If other countries were reporting and showing released proof to the public, our media would have to respond.

As if we needed any reminder; there is an AP story I just saw that notes President Trump’s unexpected early return to The White House. It references this coming on the heels of Senator Josh Hawley saying he will challenge the electors. Clearly concerns these vermin. Here are two different paragraphs within a “news” story circulated nationwide:
“The Republican challenge is a futile attempt intended to keep Trump in power, and a path the president has pursued after his campaign lost scores of legal challenges to the election outcome, including at the Supreme Court, and the Electoral College certified Biden’s 306-232 win.”
”Neither Trump nor the White House explained why he decided to shorten a vacation that had been expected to end on Friday.
