i have seen evidence, we all have, that Dominion machines can be used to later election results.

Vice President Pence can and should accept the electors for Trump in the five swing states that have sent electors for both Biden and Trump because enough irregularities and over votes and outright cheating have been proven to occur in all of these states elections.
I believe It is now up to Biden to prove these votes are not fraudulent , especially the suspiciously high spike in votes for him in all 5 states after the five states closed down counting. Rudy has presented the case to the Legislators and the evidence is convincing.

I think your speculation is valid derwood, and Pence does not impress as much of a risk taker, but the “people’s voice” occasionally is heard, to fright our lawmakers and in blunt terms, by overwhelming proof of fraud, force them to do the right thing. The fact that they have gotten away with fraud for so long does not change the fact that this time they are caught.
Hopefully, Georgia lawmakers, along with Arizona and Pennsylvania will decertify and give their electors to Trump so Pence will really have no choice here. Trump has been under constant attack while in office and to be fair, has accomplished much in his first term that benefits the nation. Did you watch the video to the end? He explains what can be done. You can alter the data. Altering the data in the poll book can be used to commit as much fraud as hacking the machines themselves. You can see presumably who on the rolls has or hasn’t voted, so you can know in states like PA where the Gov did away with all forms of ID requirements, who to send your fraudsters in to vote in place of. You could add names to the poll book and vote under them. There’s plenty of possibilities.

Further audit of machines would look at the adjudication…how much…One witness said out of 130 thousand ballots 106 thousand were sent to adjudication….unacceptable %. There is no disputing the fact that the Dominion voting machines are wi-fi capable; a two second google search will verify that. There is an option to disable this feature in jurisdictions where Wi-fi is not allowed. That feature can be turned on or off at will.

I think incomplete information would be a better description than disinformation, which has a nefarious ring to it. The speaker implied that the voting devices are daisy chained together, so access to one is access to all. He also implied that the potential exists to alter the data.
He was unable to demonstrate either because he is a white hat who would be prohibited from altering the data on an active system (the machines are currently supporting the senatorial special election), or because he was unable to do so. The latter would make one lean more toward “disinformation” than “incomplete information”.

The electoral votes will be counted at a joint session of the Senate and the House meeting in the House chamber convening at 1:00 p.m. on Jan 6. The President of the Senate will be the presiding officer i.e. VP Pence.
VP Pence will open and present the certificates of the electoral votes of the states in alphabetical order.
The certificates from each state will then be read out loud by tellers (each chamber appoints two of its Members to be the tellers).
After each certificate is read out, the normal procedure is for VP Pence to call for objections, if any. However some lawyers believe that VP Pence has the constitutional and un-contestable authority to make his own decisions on the validity of electors.
Therefore, if he is brave enough, it is MHO that he has to use that authority at this point of the process by stating, for example, certain votes shall not be counted because such votes were not “regularly given” by an elector, and/or that the elector was not “lawfully certified” according to state statutory procedures. If he does that then he would not call for objections but would move on to presenting the certificate for the next state on the list. If he follows normal procedures and calls for objections then I think he precludes exercising that authority at a later stage when the House and Senate inevitably vote down any objections after debate.
After the votes of each state have been read and after any objections have been resolved, the tellers will record and count the electoral votes considered acceptable. When this process has been completed, VP Pence will announce whether any candidates have received the required majority votes for President and Vice President. If so, that “announcement shall be deemed a sufficient declaration of the persons, if any, elected President and Vice President of the United States”. Hopefully VP Pence will have disqualified sufficient electoral votes such PDJT has the majority.
As above, I think that there will be no opportunity for objections if VP Pence exercises his constitutional authority to not count votes that were not regularly given and/or lawfully certified. However the validity of that constitutional authority is controversial and I doubt that VP Pence will be brave enough to use it, therefore I’ll cover the objection procedures in another post.

When an objection is received , the joint session is suspended and each house meets separately to debate the objection and vote whether to count the electoral votes in question. Both houses must vote separately to agree to the objection by simple majority. Otherwise, the objection fails and the electoral votes are counted.
The debate on each objection is limited to not more than two hours, during which each Member may speak only once and for not more than five minutes. After 2 hours it shall be the duty of the presiding officer of each House to put the main question without further debate.
When an objection has been resolved then the opening, certifying and recording of each states’ votes proceeds through the alphabetical list unless interrupted to consider further objections as each state’s certificate is presented in turn.
Normally a House/Senate joint session is finished within 1 hour however it could go on for many hours if there are many objections requiring 2 hours to debate each one. Such joint session shall not be dissolved until the count of electoral votes shall be completed and the result declared. No recess shall be taken unless a question shall have arisen in regard to counting any such votes etc in which case House may direct a recess not beyond the next calendar day at 10 a.m. But if the declaration of the result shall not have been completed before the fifth calendar day then no further or other recess shall be taken by either House.

I suppose, for example, that legitimate objections could be raised for, say, 30 states. Which would require 60 hours of debate and the joint session has to continue until all have been resolved one way or another … which at. say, 3 debates a day would require 10 days … perhaps enough time for the swing state legislators to be persuaded to take action … but I’m not really being serious.

So, what will happen on January 6th is a joint session of Congress. And all of the electoral votes have now been sent to Washington DC. They will be opened by Vice President Mike Pence and read aloud for the joint session of congress. And if two House members object to the vote for Joe Biden, just two, then everybody takes a break. They split up then the Senate and the House divide. They go debate and then they ultimately have to vote to decide the outcome of this election. Now, here’s where it gets really interesting. Each senator gets one vote. Now we know, we’ve been talking about what we’ve just been talking about how important it is to hold a majority in the senate but we do right now have the majority in the senate. And don’t forget the vice president also counts as a senate vote. And then as far as the House is concerned it is each delegation. So that doesn’t mean each House member gets a vote. It’s each delegation, so each state ultimately gets a vote.
With Dual Electors there is no reason for VP Pence to accept either one.
The only way to resolve this is for the State Leg. in question to to assemble, hear evidence officially as a body, and vote a single set of Electors, ideally ‘before’ 20th.

the solution has been, and remains, in the hands of what Jenna Ellis and Rudy Giuliani are trying to do, get these individual State legislatures from Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and long shot of Georgia to quickly, before January 6, hold special sessions and change their certification of the previously certified electors, there is not a thing, legally, VP Pence can do.
The work being done by Giuliani et.al. is pivotal, as we saw in yesterday’s Georgia committee hearing; establishing ‘proof’ of the potential for election machine tampering. The work Atty Powell is doing is giving heft to the size of the fraud that Giuliani and Ellis are steadily presenting to the States.
My hope, there’s that word again, is that today the long awaited report that was due 45 days after the election comes out. Show, now, the ‘we got them, we got them all” now, so that over the long New Year weekend these politicians sitting on the fence, whether in D.C. or in the swing state Legislatures, wake up and realize game over, so that when VP Pence does his thing on January 6 it’s a no-brainer and Pres. Trump and VP Pence are in line with taking their oaths of office for the second term that the majority of people voted for.

Im looking at total deaths in 2020 compared to previous years, and according to the only available data, 2020 is significantly worse than any prior year.
Okay. I’ve been to the CDC site too. What I could see did not show all categories of deaths. It could not have because when I took the tedious time to add all their numbers together from the categories it did show, they did not come up near to the ‘total death’ numbers. Then I realized, just as with these covid deaths that are reported on a certain day but often happened days and weeks before, the CDC will tell you if you read that they are pro-rating numbers on those totals. I’ve heard the counter argument that the numbers are only going to be off a few weeks. Okay, maybe they are in a typical year. But this year? Why do you trust a government organization (CDC) who has deliberately set its parameters for covid death diagnosis to be interpreted so broadly as to be based on symptoms and not an actual PCR test (which is inaccurate enough as is). I have had hospital nurses tell me flat out the doctor just calls the death covid. They are being allowed to very loosely interpret this.
Heads of government agencies are not the only ‘experts’. While they may have some expertise, it comes with all the baggage of being a political appointee.

Assuming the CDC data is correct and we do have a significant increase in deaths, I am betting that we will see a significant drop below the averages next year , after herd immunity or vaccine application is fully deployed. The drop below average would be attributed to the fact that many people dying would have died in the next two to three years regardless. Just looking at a 12 month snap shot is misleading.

The death rate is a bit high for the 2000’s, but not for the 1980’s. 1986 through 1990 all had higher death rates than 2020. And 1950 right through 1976 were all higher.

Your premise is incorrect. Check the chart, then check census data. The growth rate in 2020 is 1.12% and the growth rate was in negative territory from 1989 through 2008. It has been positive for the past 12 years. According to the census bureau, overall there is a net gain of one person every 23 seconds.

If a senator and a member of the House object to a swing state’s electors, this goes nowhere because the House (or Senate too?) vote on it and the Dems will win that vote, thereby stopping the objections (unless enough Dem members have a come-to-Jesus moment and join GOP members in the vote.) So, getting a senator and a member of the House to object is a good thing to do for the historical record and for putting Dem House members on the spot, but it is not a viable path.
Pence deciding to count the fraudulent electoral votes means Biden will be inaugurated. Pence deciding not to count them means the fifty House delegations vote, giving PT the win, unless a few GOP delegations cave in and support Biden (which, sadly, would surprise no one.)
