Question: If you were up to your neck as a no-goodnik in the election thievery and your future was guaranteed exoneration in a Trump loss or guaranteed 10-20 yrs in federal lock-up if Trump won, would you take a guaranteed immunity offer before January 6th?
State your initial frame of mind, your answer, and your state of mind after answering.
The logical answer is “take the deal”.
This crowd doesn’t think that way though – they’ve gotten away with so much for so long, they’re invincible. Why else would they even try this?
Road to Serfdom describes the process of how things like this stolen election evolve. The parties involved are a mix of evil, greedy & amoral, scared, and dumb. They aren’t the object of the question. We know no one will take the imaginary offer, because the DC odds makers have Biden at 100%, and therefore, everyone is home free.
From the opposite vantage point, we have a law abiding population who remain restrained, feeling a mix of pessimism and hopeful optimism, but restrained nonetheless. There is a sense that, as if one had walked into this scenario from 20, 50 years ago, the President is NOT going to abide a stolen election. Like hell, he’s not. Is the President so impotent that the nation’s premier election can be rooked so brazenly and he won’t so much as fight the fraud and the treason? In my view, Trump has not yet begun to flex presidential power.
Do not ask me what he has available, because I am tapped out as far as constitutional avenues which also happen to be deterministic. Sure, we can hope others step up and play supporting roles, but that’s a roll of the dice. What I describe is a wholly certain outcome wherein the President declares the evil done will not stand and then moves decisively to remedy the situation and stiff-arms anyone who so much as dares whisper protest in his direction.
I believe that President Trump is doing everything he possibly can to avoid it, but ultimately he will have no choice but to impose martial law.
Seneca, what do you see in Trump that leads you to believe he would take such action? I am asking with all due respect and sincere curiosity because I don’t see that in his character or in his past behaviors. Not to mention he cannot trust anyone to carry out his orders.
On the contrary, he has remained silent and taken relatively no action to restore law, order, justice in our institutions or on our streets even when his own deplorables are attacked, mowed down, shot and even killed. I am not saying he wasn’t up against a wall, just stating I am not seeing the avenue of martial law for this man based on his past behaviors.
IMO, PDJT learned early on that he was surrounded. We the people, even here at the treehouse, don’t know the half of it. The betrayals right out of the gate, spying, Sessions, McConnel, Mattis. This POTUS never even got his cabinet. And even when he realized some who were aligned against him, even more were hiding and his options were limited. I don’t see one agency or branch who ever supported this POTUS, so it is doubtful that they will now.
I agree with your opinion. My doubts started in March. Of course its easy to ridicule and question his actions from a position of a nobody. But when the shutdowns and mandates started I was shocked with the lack of push back.The bad guys learned they could roll right over us without the worry of consequences. Senate needs to override with 2/3 of the votes, or veto stands.
I know, it can be confusing. The override vote was not on the Omnibus bill. It was on the NDAA bill funding the military. When a bill is vetoed by the Executive, Congress may vote to override. The override nullifies the veto and the bill becomes law. President Trump kept the Omnibus bill for awhile, then signed it without changes, so it also becomes law. Part of what the President signed was to continue funding the government short-term, so another government shutdown was avoided.
The talking and tweeting about line-item changes after passage (rescission) has no solid leverage behind it. Matters such as revisiting section 230 or possibly increasing the size of the payments will all have to follow via separate new bills.

In May 1932, jobless WWI veterans organized a group called the “Bonus Expeditionary Forces” (BEF) to march on Washington, DC.
Suffering and desperate, the BEF’s goal was to get the bonus payment now, when they really needed the money.
The veterans set up camps and occupied buildings in various locations in Washington, DC. The largest camp was a shantytown on the Anacostia Flats, across the river from Washington’s Navy Yard.
By summer, at least 20,000 people had joined the camps, with some estimates putting the total number above 40,000. Many were joined by their families. But the camps attracted an undesirable element as well.
President Hoover later claimed “the march was largely organized and promoted by the Communists, and included a large number of hoodlums and ex-convicts bent on raising a public disturbance.”
Using scrap wood and other salvaged materials, the protesters constructed a vast field of shacks in view of the Capitol dome, prepared for a siege of Congress.
On July 28, Attorney General William Mitchell ordered the DC police to remove the protesters from government property, including 50 protesters occupying buildings along Pennsylvania Avenue. When police arrived to move them out, a riot erupted, and police shot and killed two protesters & the Army was called in to restore order.
General Douglas MacArthur led the Army troops, along with his aide Major Dwight D. Eisenhower and an able tank commander, Major George S. Patton.
Under President Hoover’s orders to drive the protesters back across the Anacostia River, the Army was in position in the late afternoon. Once the order was given, the troops advanced with tanks, fixed bayonets, and tear gas to drive away the crowd of veterans back across the bridge.
Hoover twice sent messages to MacArthur to not cross the bridge, but MacArthur ignored them and continued pressing into the BEF camp on the Anacostia Flats.
10,000 people were driven off by the cavalry with tanks and tear gas. Then the infantry followed, setting fire to the shanties. DC’s hospitals were overwhelmed with the wounded.
Operationally, the exercise was seen as a success by the Army. The Bonus Expeditionary Forces had been dispersed permanently.

I’ve never really believed this story. A computer can be repaired (e.g. by swapping out the motherboard) in a matter of hours – plus maybe one day waiting for FedEx. The repair order will contain a phone number to call to remind the customer to come and settle up. The repairman wouldn’t poke around on the content of the drive and would have no need to. He could have “imaged” the drive’s content if he was suspicious of something. I think that this is a poorly-conceived cover story for a “plant” of data which could be genuine or fake or some combination of both.

The NY Post had a brief bio of the suspected Nashville bomber. Apparently he graduated high school in 1975 and took IT jobs in the Nashville area. However,
the term IT or Information Technology was not used until 1978 at the very earliest. And the first personal computers were just being sold, in small numbers, with limited capability. The internet would not come into use until c1990.

The interesting thing about this GA situation is that a “smart” thermostat was the gateway to China by linking to the Dominion machines. It was identified by a Microsoft engineer who alerted the forensic team.
How many of those trojan horse “smart” appliances, made in China, are being used by China to spy on agencies and select people? They all have a serial number and can be traced. I have made certain I don’t have any “smart” anything if I can help it because they can be remotely controlled. It is frightening that 1984 has come to life. George Orwell was way ahead of his time.
This goes along with witness testimony that the Dominion machines were also directly connected to the internet. Under Oath, the Dominion people lied about it and claimed they were not connected.
I saw today that another researcher found that ballots in GA given to predominantly R districts were printed with the registration off He showed a side by side comparison of the two types of ballots. Use of these mis-registered ballots caused the Dominion machines to register a read error so that the ballot had to be hand entered. In other words, the machine operator determined who was going to get the vote, not the voter. This explains the outrageously high error rates of 60+%.
It is ironic that the media-rats and the D-rat stooges call the claims of election fraud a conspiracy theory. However, all the evidence indicates a Conspiracy FACT, not a theory.
It is clear this massive fraud to steal the Presidency and likely the Senate was indeed a Conspiracy planned over a few years, involving both domestic and foreign actors aided and abetted by the media-rats who made certain, THEY were the only ones giving out election results so they could promote the lie that Joe D-mentia “won” and eliminating anyone who disagreed. To the end, I’m perplexed by the class of people within the Republican Party so hostile to the President – the Never-Trumpers.
Feudalism is a system that accommodates the class of people who want to share power, to be close to power, without the responsibilities. The vassal class owe everything they have to their lord and master. Every capital has their courtier class, who seek to gain privileges mostly through the good graces of the ruler. Kings routinely have insisted that their nobles be physically close a good deal of the time, to avoid or expose plots.
Washington D.C. is now a place packed with the vassal and courtier classes. Bureaucrats with impressive titles and high salaries, who serve little utility to the country. The salaries of bureaucrats exploded while Obama ruled, and the bureaucracy is now mostly-populated with vassals to the Democrat Party.
Capitalism and liberal-democracy are systems that have served the earnest common man well. An honest day’s work for an honest dollar. Contrast that with the neo-feudalist system that is rapidly being foisted on us. A guaranteed minimum income is now a major plank of the Democrat’s platform. The welfare state plantation for some, becomes indentured servitude for most. The most radical Democrats want the end to private property included in the Great Reset theory.
