I think by now most folks have realized that legal corrections /remedies to the Big Steal will not be afforded to the American people.
The justice system in the USA is completely corrupted and broken. This is just fact and anyone who fails to admit that to themselves is a fool ( the corrupt FBI , corrupt Flynn judge, corrupt/inactive AG, weak SCOTUS).
These next 2 weeks will reveal if the only real concrete response to the Big Steal will be executed via the POTUS EO.

I am a clerk for one of the Justices on SCOTUS. Today was like nothing we have ever seen. The justices are arguing loudly behind closed doors.
The Justices met in a closed and sealed room, as is standard.
Usually it is very calm, however today we could hear screaming all the way down the hall.
They met in person, because they didn’t trust telephonic meeting as secure.
Chief Justice Roberts was screaming
“Are you going to be responsible for the rioting if we hear this case? Don’t tell me about Bush v. Gore, we weren’t dealing with riots then! You are forgetting what your role here is Neil, and I don’t want to hear from the two junior justices anymore. I will tell you how you will vote.”
Justice Clarence Thomas says “This is the end of Democracy, John.”
When they left the room, Roberts, the Libs and Kavanagh had big smiles. Alito and Thomas were visibly upset ACB and Gorsuch didn’t seem fazed at all.
Sounds like Roberts is playing the final card. Riots if we don’t get our way. Sound familiar?

All 3 were President Trump appointees. The President stood by all 3

second time President Trump nominated her, she handled the
negative pressure well. The point being: President Trump stood by
all three of them when the heat was on and he was being
advised to withdraw their names. He stood tall and strong behind
each of them. In the Texas case all he asked them to do was
stand by the Constitution. All 3 of them folded like a thin pancake.
They betrayed him, the country ad the Constitution. That is
why President Trump thanked and praised Alito and Thomas.

the reason TX has no standing was because at the moment of filing, technically TX had not been harmed since the official filing of electors by the 50 states had not occurred until TOMORROW the 14th.

I said it the other day, and I will stick to it. I think Trump wanted the Supreme Court to show themselves MOOT under the Constitution. He would have taken the other route if given, but this path gives him more power to clean the swamp.
The Supreme Court has gone on the record as saying that States have “no Standing” to challenge the vote. The blue states even argued for that dismissal in their overzealousness. I think this Supreme Court moment is akin to the moment in Star Wars when Obi-Wan Kenobi let himself be killed so that he could become more powerful.
Now, when Trump wins, the Supreme Court will not be able to interject themselves without rendering themselves hypocritical and MOOT. In essence, however this plays out, the Supreme Court has taken themselves out of the equation of relevance.

Not ready quite yet to stop voting burnetto, however, I also have never liked or trusted Barr. I am old enough to remember the actual happenings of Ruby Ridge and Waco, 2 of the worst assaults by the DOJ in our history. And Barr was neck-deep in both.

Once more we are waiting with baited breath for someone, anyone, to step forward and save the day.

It is not reported that the FBI, DOJ or DNI-ratcliffe has taken ANY INTEREST WHATSOEVER in the michigan dominion machine software which the court has ordered secret. It is reported that it switched votes, and was connected to foreign websites.
If true, the FBI/DOJ/DNI should have been on this immediately and taken custody of the machines, for examination and web tracing.
The FBI/DOJ is corrupt, and trying to hide alleged vote fraud. But If DNI-ratcliffe was going to report foreign involvement on the election by December 18, this would have been at least examined by competent, honest government investigators. An honest DNI would have been on this ‘like a squirrel on the last peanut on earth’ (per scott adams)

Just an observation on “justice”: Earlier in 2020 we had riots all over the US in the so-said name of justice. Now we have clear evidence of injustice in the form of a stolen election, but those same voices are silent.
Worthy of pondering: how does one convey the message of injustice in a meaningful way to, say, the Kenosha rioters? What kind of simplistic infographic would work here?
