Step 4) on Monday (tomorrow) state officials will officially certify their electors. Any person who certifies electors from by fraudulent means is now 100% responsible for that certification and could be implicated under EO13484 and the Insurrection Act.
Timing is everything.
IMO Tuesday will be a good day to begin rounding up so many who are complicit in this coup including IMO many within government.
And people wonder why PT hasn’t fired people. Why fire when you may be able to arrest them?

I don’t only think it is our last chance, I think it is our only chances. I also think the EO is our only solution for “Draining the Swamp”. Relying on Dumbbell Durham and Fat-ass Barr is about as productive as picking fly-sh*t out of pepper.
The EO goes right to the heart of; compromised, corrupt, crooked, convoluted, criminal, complicit and treasonist. The real reason these people “hate” Trump is because Trump cannot be bought-off and can expose everyone for what they chose to be. I think regardless of any SCOTUS outcomes, the EO has to happen. Only way to truly drain the entire swamp. Treason and sedition have to be dealt with regardless of any election rulings by SCOTUS. Miller may have equal influence having actually been a warfighter on the ground and in the heat of battle. The next coming weeks will be a good tell on how the election is resolved and where West Pointers fall with respect to supporting the Constitution. If the Supreme Court punted on the Texas Case on a technicality, I doubt they would have the balls to overturn the election if they heard it.
And here’s my question.
If Texas never had standing in the first place, why did they ask for a response from the defendant States? Why wasn’t it immediately thrown out? This stinks to high heaven.

Idaho is looking pretty saavy right now. The Gov refused to join the TX lawsuit saying he was uncomfortable with the idea that States could sue other states over election procedure. For example, could California sue Idaho into oblivion every election because they discriminate against minorities by requiring ID or b/c mail ballots, or whatever lame excuse they can dream up?
Now, I’m thinking, okay, but TX was talking about massive fraud and the last minute unlawful changes that did not get legislative approval. You’d have to be a real legal beagle to know whether or not Idaho was right to abstain, but given the SC ruling, it seems they had a point.
But you make a good point. If there was no standing, why did everyone play along and pretend that the TX case was the biggest thing since sliced bread, especially when tiny little Idaho could see there were issues?
MY civil rights are violated by state officials who con their voters into thinking they are honestly counting their votes. So where DO we go to complain about the fraud in other states when our FBI and Justice department are completely compromised? Our government is compromised way beyond belief.

FTA: They need to go back to the Supreme Court and argue that the Judiciary Actof 1925 is UNCONSTITUTIONAL because it created discretion to hear cases when theSupreme Court is the ONLY court created by the Constitution.
The Supreme Court made it abundantly clear that “The Supreme Court alone possesses jurisdiction derived immediately from the Constitution, and of which the legislative power cannot deprive it.” Stevenson v Fain, 195 US 165, 167 (1904). In Reid v Covert, 384 US 1, 41 (1987) this Court quoted Lord Coke: “God send me never to live under the law of conveniency or discretion.” The jurisdiction of this Court was created by the Constitution. It requires an amendment to the constitution to alter that jurisdiction, not a statute passed by Congress. Therefore, the Judiciary Act of 1925 is unconstitutional.
The only court required by the Constitution is the Supreme Court and every Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States are required to take two oaths before they may execute the duties of their appointed office – (1) the Constitutional Oath to defend it and (2) the Judicial Oath.
Therefore, anyone can see on its face that the Judiciary Act of 1925 is unconstitutional for it violates their oath to defend the constitution when they have the discretion to not hear cases. Previously, the Supreme Court ruled and ignored this time when it defined “discretion” by saying “the term ‘discretion’ denotes the absence of a hard and fast rule.” Langnes v Green, 282 US 531, 541 (1931). This means that those in power do not have to obey any law, even the Constitution. The Supreme Court also said, “it is obvious that discretion does not exist where there is no power to act except in one way.” Jones v SEC, 298 US 1, 18 (1936). When judges and politicians claim discretion, they claim to be ABOVE the law of men.
The Supreme Court refused to hear a case that is squarely within its jurisdiction has condemned the nation to the only solution will be violence. They had an obligation to rule. Even a ruling against Trump would calm the situation to some degree. But the refusal to rule means there is no rule of law which is the cornerstone of civilization.
The arrogance of these people who will NEVER know hardship is just amazing thinking they can recreate society. They are responsible for all the suicides taking place because people lost everything. In Japan, there were more people who died by suicide than COVID, and these people just smile. They NEVER considered that at least 40% of the workforce cannot work from home and what would happen to these people. It was all about getting to ZERO CO2.

There is a major point folks are missing regarding China Inc.’s involvement in the US. They are under the control of the same financial puppet masters as who controls the Uni-Party in DC. Essentially China Inc. is just another economic entity in the global economic system. Just like Sorros, they are being used as a major conduit of influence and control via flow of cash and blackmail.
Just as with the US Uni-Party, the puppet masters could care less what methods of control are used inside the borders of China Inc., for them to keep control over the populous of China Inc.
The US elections were a pure and raw display of power as the puppet masters just proved they can elect whom ever they want and allow margins of control to what ever percentage they deem necessary.

I strikes me that the Democrats thought they had to select and install Dominion within certain Democrat controled States. The ‘fly in the ointment” was the tenacity of Donald J Trump. It was not coincidental he did multiple rallyes on multiple days exactly where Dominion was deployed.
