It’s easy to con people like this into doing corrupt things, and then also easy to keep it relatively quiet — even without blackmailing them — because the corrupted targets typically don’t go around sharing this information with others.

Given all the court losses by multiple plaintiffs, there is no redress for voter fraud via the 3rd branch. Looks like we will have to pray Ratcliff delivers the facts on the 18th.

If anything, this should motivate them to overturn the election. I can’t. Just in my circle of friends a nurse said that 100 or so students have come down with bacterial pneumonia from mask wearing. This is the question that I keep coming back to when it comes to EO 13848.
Who is going to enforce it? People keep talking about military tribunals, but there’s not a mention of those in the EO. Actually, the next thing after the DNI report Dec 18 is for other departments to provide a response 45 days later.
There penalties in that EO are harsh and far reaching, but with all the resistance members still embedded throughout the gov’t, who brings that hammer down?

We supposedly have had definitive proof for weeks – actual machine proof and proof of players involved so at this late in the game, shouldn’t there be a court case scheduled with SCOTUS? I know we’ve had to go the path of the lower courts and I think we’ve exhausted all that.
On top of that, if PT has nothing left but to invoke EO – I fully believe that the Chinese will get into it. They have billions if not trillions invested everywhere in our country and they WILL protect that – especially if they know not ALL the military would be loyal to PT. “It was then leaked in mid-September to the newly-formed international bi-partisan group, the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China- and that group is made up of 150 legislators around the world.
“It was then provided to an international consortium of four media organisations, The Australian, The Sunday Mail in the UK, De Standaard in Belgium and a Swedish editor, to analyse over the past two months, and that’s what we’ve done”.
Ms Markson said it, “is worth noting that there’s no suggestion that these members have committed espionage – but the concern is over whether Australia or these companies knew of the CCP members and if so have any steps been taken to protect their data and people”.

The RNC has been calling my house at least once per day, often times more. I know they’re looking for money for those senate races. I haven’t answered because if I did I’d say things that would make a sailor blush. The person on the other end of the phone is a volunteer that has no control and it wouldn’t be fair to them. How the Supreme Court committed an egregious dodge on the 2020 election
If the Court had taken the case, then it would have had to decide the merits of the constitutional arguments. No such luck.
On December 11, 2020, the U.S. Supreme Court dismissed the Texas suit by ruling that Texas did not have standing, or the right to sue. SCOTUS dodged the substantial constitutional issues just as the Pennsylvania Supreme Court dodged the substantial constitutional issues in the Kelly/Parnell case by dismissing it for laches.
The way Pennsylvania and the other four states conducted the election for president of the United States affected all fifty states because Pennsylvania and the other three states conducted the election for president in an unconstitutional manner. This diluted the votes in states like Texas that followed the Constitution. Texas filed suit because it is a presidential election. By stating “the manner in which another State conducts its elections” (emphasis added), the Court seems to believe that the way Pennsylvania conducts elections affects only Pennsylvania, as if the election in Pennsylvania involved only local elections.
But Texas was litigating a presidential election.
SCOTUS did not even cite any legal authority, such as a Supreme Court case, to justify dismissing on standing.
Standing means that the plaintiff has the right to file suit to redress an injury or claim.
The Supreme Court test for standing in federal court is as follows:
1.The plaintiff must have suffered an “injury in fact,” meaning that the injury is of a legally protected interest which is (a) concrete and particularized and (b) actual or imminent.
2.There must be a causal connection between the injury and the conduct brought before the court.
3.It must be likely, rather than speculative, that a favorable decision by the court will redress the injury.
If the Court had taken the case, then it would have had to decide the merits of the constitutional arguments, and there would be a majority and a minority opinion. This would require each justice to state the reasons on the merits of the case.
Our country deserved a decision on the merits to have a definitive ruling that Biden either was elected in a constitutional manner or was not.
You do not have to be a constitutional attorney to understand that the Court took the easy way out and did a disservice to our country.
The easy way out was to dismiss for standing, just like as the Pennsylvania Court dismissed for laches. The judges in both cases did not want to deal with the real substantive issues.

That SCOTUS declined the Texas case is extremely disappointing. I was among those confident it would take up that case in which the ursurpations are obvious. The Pennsylvania case you mention filed by Mike Kelly et al is still pendng in the US Supreme Court although the request for injunctive relief was denied. It is docketed at 20A84. Somebody commented earlier that the 3 Trump appointed justices may not want to appear overly eager to support him. It may be that the Justices Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett are looking at other election appeals already on the SCOTUS docket or due to soon arrive as appeals from GA, MI, WI, AZ will be better ‘vehicles’ for their ruling. The Texas case focused on political macinations were are repugnant but not sensational. It rested on the standing issue which is somewhat arcane. The Mike Kelly case, and the others, present the same political machinations without standing and with the causal ingredient of fraud being more prominent. By rejecting Texas, the Trump appointed justices have demonstrated that they do not slavishly do his bidding. In any event, what do the justices intend to do about the other election appeals? Hopefully it will involve exposure of fraud. I do not believe the 12/14 Elector event is irreversible.

My wife and went to the DC “March for Trump” Rally yesterday in DC. (My son and I went to the November one as well).
The difference between the two was this:
The November rally was ONE event where EVERYONE congregated at Freedom Plaza, listened to about an hour and half of speeches, marched as a group of hundreds of thousands of people down PA Avenue to the SCOTUS, listened to more speeches, and then broke up.
Yesterday, there were events all over DC, the two big ones being the Jericho March on the Mall and the March for Trump again on Freedom Plaza. While there was some crossover with supporters (and Flynn spoke at both), these were two separate events with different speakers.
The net effect was the huge crowds were never concentrated at one location. Groups milled about all over the city. Some people listened to speeches. Some marched. Some fought with Antifa later in the day (the Proud Boys were there in huge numbers and kicked ass last night).
This video gives you a flavor of how decentralized everything was. (This doesn’t focus on the speaking events but how people were just milling about while the speeches were happening in the other two locations. The music is annoying in the video, but if you wait until the end, you will see a good shot of just how many people were there.

With Swalwell, then a dimwitted ambitious nobody city council member in California, the play was easy – the honey trap. He’s clearly in love with himself, so an attractive young college student becoming enamored with him was perfectly normal to him. “Get in line,” he likely thought.
With Hunter Biden, having grown up the son of a Senator and a lifetime of capitalizing on that fact, the honeypot gambit wouldn’t work. A history of drug abuse and, considering he left his wife for his brother’s widow and cheated on her, likely means he’s been bedding other women with regularity his whole life. His actions imply each was meaningless; something he was entitled to. Whereas Swalwell probably spent most of his life’s nighttimes alone to that point, Hunter hadn’t. A different tactic was needed to reach the same objective.
