Trump tried during the faux “shutdown” a couple years ago to have McConnell break up his beloved Cromnibus scam, but Mitch stubbornly clung to it to the point that federal air traffic control was squawking about safety issues associated with passenger air travel (likely a device McConnell had inserted into the process to ensure it’d arise if some president tried what Trump was doing), and Trump finally had to surrender and give McConnell his Cromnibus. I don’t see another path through here, so Cromnibus it is, all the spending and no accountability whatsoever.
It seems logical to me that if you don’t do your job… at least you shouldn’t get a paycheck.

So it will come down to POTUS + Military(assuming also not corrupted) + 75 M POTUS supporters to secure the USA and its wonderful Constitution against Dem/Media criminality, corruption and Chinese infiltration.
If POTUS succeeds , the actions need to be huge , swift and somewhat merciless or the USA will just face 4 more years of CNN delivered anti-USA propaganda/racial baiting etc.

I could be wrong, but I believe it was POTUS who appointed the three justices and McConnell and his gang only sent their approval of the nomination. They could have voted these Justices down if they were in the hip pockets of the Chinese, but they didn’t. The political situation in the Senate goes back to the Harry Reed as Majority leader fiasco, where Republicans, including the RINOs, were shut out of the whole workings of the Senate and Obama got his Communist approved appointees during that time. So, I am very hopeful that the now eight State lawsuit will be litigated and won.
I also believe that things will get very bad for everyone in most any other scenario, and the outcome would be a precursor to a potential Civil War that could make the outcome of the 1860 election look good by comparison. We cannot go down that path because we never want to see brothers fighting against brothers in a war again. A revolt would be necessary if the Chicoms manage to take control because we would not have enough people who know anything about our Constitution to ever be able to re-establish a Republic with the guarantees that our Republic gives to a free people.

They fixed the font color. I think they will just need to keep playing with the size and type, which I’m sure they will!
I use Firefox. In the preference settings there is a place you can choose your font and size. There is a box to check if you want your preferences to override the font used by the sites you visit.
The font is not as troublesome as whole words not scrolling or indexing to the next line, which results in words being broken due to individual line character limits instead of automatically to preserve whole words.

I agree – I think the SCOTUS decision is going to rise or fall on the ability of Clarence Thomas to persuade a majority of the other jurists to actually follow the Constitution…I think Gorsuch and Alito will join him and I am praying that Kavanaugh and Barrett will do the same. If the five of them hold, I wonder if Roberts will join them and make it 6-3or if he will go with Breyer and the Harpies and we’ll end up 5-4…in which case the Left and their MSM allies will not shut up for the next four years about the President “stealing” the election!

Justice Alito is probably keenly interested in pursuing the Texas case against PA et al. On 10/28 he ordered PA to segregate ballots received after poll closing (11/3). PA did not do so and in some instances destroyed election records in defiance and violation of PA state law that requires all such material to be kept for 2 years. SCOTUS in general should take action against PA for the violation of the order. Recall that Justices Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh already voted to hold the PA Supreme Ct in violation of PA law and its constitution for allowing the deviation from election law as established by the legislature. We understand that Justice Barrett is a ‘Constitutionalist’. It seems to me that SCOTUS is likely to find in favor of Texas after the evidence is presented. It is profoundly disappointing that lower courts across the country have shrunk from the duty they agreed to perform. Justice Roberts has also been a disappointing appointment. It will be interesting to see how Breyer and the ‘harpies’ view the compelling evidence of fraud.

Agree, but even if it was a 9-0 decision, they would still do the same.
It’s self-evident that when various government voices begin to coalesce around a given course of action, decision-making becomes uncontroversial. However, if one branch of government (or official representing a particular branch of government) becomes adamant about exercising their absolute constitutional discretion against the express wishes of the other two branches, it will force the others to take defensive action, which might include simple compromise or accommodation. In a nutshell, the government can not function in a vacuum, or whenever Congress, the Judiciary, or the Executive insist on certain conditions or prerogatives in relation to particular matters, and which the other branches do not want at all cost.
If the President were to become intransigent, for instance, in regards to a hypothetical request for a full evidentiary hearing on the merits of election 2020 irregularities (assuming no court of law accepts to hear it), and occurring in the Senate well with sworn testimony under oath, this accommodation would certainly be preferable to bloodshed, or the sending of guards to evict the President who, I would assume, would be fully protected by Secret Service. However, it must also be understood that this would be the President’s unwavering pre-condition (or some equivalent) for a peaceful transfer of power, lacking which the President will remain in office until such hearing occurs.
And lest it be forgotten, such a demand from the President of the United States would absolutely be in fulfillment of his constitutional oath, which, in the event something such as this ever came to pass, his fellow officers of the United States government would have failed miserably to uphold, much to the President’s eternal glory and to the abject infamy of the others.
(At all cost, the other branches must know the stakes and seek compromise).

It’s docketed, which does NOT mean they have agreed to hear it. Fridays are judicial conference days, they may discuss it then…or they might wait another week. This info is current as of 45 minutes ago. I realize people keep posting they agreed to hear it – no evidence of that.
So, what about the Sundance retweet a couple of comments above that says they agreed 6-3 to hear the case? Is that incorrect?
It’s incorrect. The response briefs are making the argument against whether leave to file should be granted. It’s docketed B/C the USSC has original jurisdiction in a suit between two states. Now is the chance for the steal states to respond and say “No, don’t grant them leave to file this – stay out of it.”
I think they have to hear it as the US Supreme Court is the only one that can deal with these disputes between states. At any rate, they gave the 4 states listed until 3pm tomorrow to file their opposing arguments, so it seems the Supreme Court will be looking at it.
They are looking at the motion for leave to file the suit. The steal states will say “No, we don’t agree to be sued, we are steamrolling the process and this would be uprecedented.” The suit is a proposed complaint as far as I can tell – this is what we will file if you agree to hear it, a dispute between states. What the court is looking at are arguments for whether or not the initial steps should even be allowed.

I’ve been watching that too, friends, family, that have no clue and knowing should I respond, it won’t be them but one of their friends or associates whom I don’t know, that would flag me in an instant, so likewise that platform has become a watch and learn device.
Was reading that YouTube is going to stop allowing RSBN to live stream, and they are telling people to follow their livestreaming on FB and Twitter – pretty sure when one of the 3 media giants ban someone the other two follow in lockstep so hope RSBN has another backup, perhaps Rumble?

i know all this. why is trump, et. al., going along with it instead of correcting the disinformation in a more direct and effective way that has us mask-less and living/working much more normally after 9 months? why still fauci and not frontline docs briefing us? why not fighting for other therapeutics (he was even treated w/these)?
