The EO does mention seizure of property or assets of foreign powers interfering in our election but I don’t know what that looks like in action. I sure hope Trump wins this. We really need him to rout the deep state as well.

Welcome back Stillwater. You have been missed.
It seems the rate of construction has slowed a little they stopped posting at approx. 470 mile complete. Going from 10+ miles per week to around 8 miles per week. I suspect completion of contracts along with harder terrain. I imagine the RGV would be also be slower having to build levies and raised foundations as seen in the Border Patrol videos.
One good thing though. Pre construction dropped from 157 to 87miles. It would be interesting to hear what Fisher’s Pre construction, under construction and completed numbers are.

I think you are right about the reasons for slower construction in the RGV. I’d love to see how Fisher builds levee walls. I’d also love to see the breakdown of each phase of construction though I heard Tommy Fisher say a while ago that he has an agreement with the government not to talk about Gov. contracts. Other contractors probably have the same agreement as well.
I just found some great (and unique) wall footage which I’ll probably post later this week.

I am not a plane guy. But why a prop plane? Budget, maneuverability, or overall function?
I’m no expert but my guess is the prop planes are slower and better for circling an area. I seem to recall CBP AMO also uses those (or similar) planes for flying into hurricanes. Maybe they are less costly to maintain as well.

Mike Kelly Pennsylvania constitution case might merge with the Texas case
The Supreme Court did NOT decline to hear the Pennsylvania case: they denied the request for a court order overturning PA election BEFORE HEARING the case.

According to Gateway Pundit, the Az legislature has invoked Article 2, section 1.
They are refusing to certify the results, say the Rep Gov Ducey KNEW, when he certified them that they were false, and say they will appoint Trump electors, directly.
You KNOW this will be challenged, and like the Texas case it goes DIRECTLY to SCOTUS, cause it involves excercising plenary power granted under U.S. Constitution.
And, it GOOD that its a State with a Republican govenor, so the accusation that its partisan, won’t work.
Hah, hoist in their own petard! If it was a Dem gov, and Rep legis, they could SAY it was partisan.

This one COULD be “The ONE”; The State Legislature HAS the authority, no question.
So, only question is, is their action REASONABLE?

So, in order to detirmine if the Legislatures action was reasonable, the SCOTUS is going to have to look at the evidence the legislature looked at.

Mind you, SCOTUS doesn’t have to rule the election was fraudulent; they just have to rule on was it reasonable for the legislature to conclude it was fraudulent, and therefore refuse to certify.
If they do, thats 11 electoral votes for Trump, AND a SCOTUS green light for other states legislatures to bypass govenors, and do the same.
Very simple, straightforward case, and one that doesn’t have the SCOTUS deciding the election, just affirms that the State legislatures can.
All it takes is ONE legislature to do its job, others will follow. They will relish feeling their oats.

Cranial nerve 5 controls your tongue’s motor function and is within 1/2 inch of 7. Yet I have never heard of a condition that effects it. With both nerves being so close to one another, it seems to not be systemic, rather mechanical. The question is, what pinches #7.
Other than Vit B, I do not believe there is a drug that could help. But in know mechanical, neurological conditions like a bulging disk, Vit B has shown promise.
I had 4th nerve palsy. Woke up one morning and had double vision. Couldn’t figure out what was wrong. After numerous doctor visits, MRI, CAT scans, brain angiogram, nothing was found and docs dx as 4th nerve palsy. Like Bell’s palsy it resolved in about 3 long months.
A good friend of mine, and engineer, got hit with Bell’s Palsy. I don’t see what the hell it has to do with anything.

What happens of SCOTUS is a dead-end? Will MAGA take it lying down? If the shoe was on the other foot Antifa would be burning down entire neighborhoods and the media would be in 24×7 hysteria.
If SCOTUS is dead end, I would expect PDJT to invoke the Insurrection Act. He has made clear that his job is to uphold the Constitution and laws of the United States, and if he has to act militarily, I think he will.
There are indications of lots of military flights and movements of troops in recent weeks, as if positioning for potential future action.
It’s becoming clearer and clearer that China is behind all this and may have plans to attack the US.
So this is not going to die on the vine if SCOTUS punts – it will just mean a change of direction. PDJT has said he was not sure if SCOTUS would hear this. I think he is waiting until they have the opportunity to step up to the plate and fulfill their obligations as the highest court in the land. If they don’t then he no doubt has a Plan B. Just MHO

I believe you are right. Let’s hope so, because if you are not and the SCOTUS allows the fraud to stand, I suspect that there are a lot of Americans who already have lists made out for what they intend to do to “express their displeasure” with this fraudulent election. A lot of people have been waiting for our Constitutional system to work and prevent this fraud from installing a President. If it doesn’t, I suspect all Hell is going to break loose and there is no way on Earth America’s law enforcement resources would have any hope of quelling it.
Earlier this year I saw a leftie march with some people carrying a sign saying, “Ungovernable.” If the fraud stands, I am pretty sure that we as a nation are going to see “ungovernability” like we haven’t seen since the First Civil War.
I pray SCOTUS does the right thing. There will be blood if they do. There will be one Hell of a lot more if they don’t. All those people didn’t buy up all those guns and all that ammo for nothing.

An interesting legal theory has emerged that per the 12th Amendment, the President of the Senate, that is, Vice President Pence, when he is opening and counting the ballots of the Electors, has an implied obligation to reject faulty or invalid ballots as well as choose between slates of Electors sent by the Governors vs those sent from a dissenting Legislature.
This might contradict the so-called “Safe Harbor Provisions” of the 1887 Electoral Count Act dealing with Electoral College procedures, but the proponents of the theory, John Yoo, law professor at UC Berekely, and Thomas Delahunty, law professor at St Thomas University, say the 1887 law may be unconstituitional since it contradicts the 12th Amendment. Likely an attempt to utilize this interpretation would involve a trip to the SCOTUS, but fair to ask would Democrats use this tactic if it would give them the Presidency?

Mr. President, I am writing you this letter in that it is clear that you are just as much a combat veteran as any of us serving in the combat arms, in that you are fighting the battle an old colonel warned us about in his words repeated below. In 1969 (the year “VOLAR” [all volunteer army] came to be) an old mustang (He had 34 years of service at the time, had served in every conflict since 1935 in the ranks of private through platoon sergeant and lieutenant through colonel. He was one of the few soldiers I ever knew with two awards of the combat infantry badge and two battle stars on his jump wings) honored a group of us young punks (four captains/one major all recently returned from tours in Vietnam) gathered at the downstairs bar of the Fort Gordon, GA officers’ club with a few words of wisdom and a few very intuitive predictions regarding America’s new all volunteer armed forces. In a very low, raspy, voice the mustang stated:
“1. The all volunteer army (VOLAR) was concocted by the nation’s cowardly rulers in concert with the military/industrial complex to appease a nation of cowards!
2. Considering the level of strategic and tactical incompetence demonstrated by America’s civilian and military managers (notice he said managers, not leaders) in every war/conflict in the 20th century, America’s young people unfortunate enough to serve in the military will be squandered with ever increasing frequency and at ever higher levels.
3. The principal factors determining strategy and tactics in future force development decisions and in execution of future conflicts would be those most enhancing to the profit margins of the military/industrial complex.
4. One day; after many decades with very few Americans having had any real association with the military community, the nation’s rulers will decide that not only is the all volunteer force with its legions of crippled and wasted veterans too expensive to maintain, but the nation’s lack of a ‘national character’ would permit the most cost effective disposal of all of those not deemed essential to operate an arsenal of wonder weapons designed to maintain the highest profit margins for the military/industrial complex!”
The old mustang’s final comment was just as correct then as it is today. He said;
“Gentlemen just like every period of conflict in this nation’s history, when the shooting is over the nation’s rulers will piss on us and then sweep us under a rug like a pile of dirt!”
After that night I went to my quarters and started composing a poem. Twenty years later I included the poem with a dozen lessons learned in the prelude of a yet to be published book titled: Rape, Pillage, Plunder; America You’ve Been Had! That book has not been published to date because it contains still classified material that implicated in serious crimes many senior members the Carter administration, a first term senator (J. Biden), and a state attorney general (W. Clinton). The only positive change in the American political environment since 1969 has been your election to the Presidency!
Sir, if you and the American people are robbed of your second term I am convinced the old colonel’s words will come to be for not just soldiers and cops but for many Americans, unless we stand and fight!

I do believe the SCOTUS will end up following the constitution on this debacle . They have no choice . To do otherwise would nullify any credibility they have as a body with us sworn to uphold the constitution . Just taking a wild guess that the remedy might be to declare the states which have refused to follow the constitution be declared unable to be certified by having circumvented the election laws and therefore having no recourse but to have the evidence be brought forth by the House of Representatives for a full hearing before the American people , only then can the elections be declared null and void in those states and the electoral majority be awarded to the injured party due to disqualification of those states from the electoral college .
