Your “devil’s advocate” post caused me to go to Bing and search for “John Brennan 2015” and look for videos. There were several public appearances by Brennan including one where he is listed as also appearing on the same show as Jeb! I did not bother to watch it because I don’t care what either one thinks. Brennan was CIA director from 2013-2017 per Wiki. So Haspel could speak publicly if she so chose.
Thanks for looking! Ideally, Haspel is having a hard time making it to her public appearances because she is stuck in Guantanamo, but unfortunately that’s very unlikely.

Haspel hasn’t been the public figure that Brennan was, but she was doing the talking circuit somewhat.
With all the rumors floating around, I imagine it would be in the Deep States’ interest to have her out in public. What better way to demoralize the people that believe she was arrested and is in Gitmo singing?
The fact she’s been a complete ghost since visiting with McConnell lends more credence to her being dead or incarcerated.
And there have zero leaks around what’s going on with the DoD, Haspel or anything associated with Trump’s EO. From either side. When that happens, it’s usually Trump who wins. Maybe that holds true here. Maybe it doesn’t, but it’s not insignificant to consider. Quiet before the storm?

All Barr needs to do is get a few people under oath in PA, MI, WI and AZ and simply ask the question, “Why did you stop counting and reporting votes on election night?” That’s literally all he needs to do and the lid gets blown off this thing.

Something like 70% of deaths were/are in nursing homes and long term care facilities. Plus, we have been intentionally misclassifying deaths. The head of the Illinois health department made that clear back in April.

The nursing home deaths are especially galling and tragic in my eyes because I experienced, first hand, flu and cold outbreaks in 2017-18 at the facility where my parents stayed before they passed away. The staff was stretched to it’s limit to keep the patients isolated and safe, with even the “poor and unpopular” staff members giving 100% effort. I could only imagine what happened when those Governors and Municipal Politicians dumped known sick people on Nursing facility Staffs barely able to care for the “authorized” patients already on hand.
Plus no one is allowed into the homes to SEE what is actually going on.

At least my brother, sister and I were able to visit my parents after following some simple nursing home protocols at the time (2017-18).
The really tragic irony is that the nursing home was located in Western PA and was one of the homes in the news when China Virus was at hit peak.

It appears death rates remained unchanged because all the causes of death that spike in the spring and fall were just lumped into “covid death.” So there was no spike in heart attacks or respiratory illness in the spring, and no spike in flu this fall. Add to that the fact that they are including “probable” cases (whatever that means) in with the actual positive test results.

There are folks having difficulty seeing their posts. I haven’t had a problem in a week because I check the little box that says “save my name” below, and I do that whenever I log into CTH from a different device or browser.
I also fireproofed CTH in DuckDuckGo browser so DDG doesn’t wipe the site each time I reload a page.
Anyway, they’re posting “test” to see if they can see their posts or not. I bet their browsers are set up not to recognize sites that don’t use cookies to track them, and are learning the hard way how the system is set up to track our every keystroke and movement.
It just occurred to me this morning… I think we’re seeing so many test comments because of the great number of lurkers and visitors that don’t post regularly or at all.
Folks seem to be having to “sign in”, getting a site Cookie with the Remember Me checkbox, to see all the comments.
I think most folks just want to read everything.

Barret was too darn lazy to get involved. Sorry and not buying the case in progress excuse. These Justices have sizable legal staffs who can bring them up the learning curve pretty fast. I agree with Tom Finton on this one, as allot of people burned political favors to help McConnell.
As for Kavenaugh. he as already used the process th card and has a very short memory when comes to the people who wanted to wreck his life.

I think you’re right about them being ready to rule on it. I’m not confident in the outcome. See: Obamacare/Roberts, which was a slam-dunk and apparently Roberts got “flipped” at the last minute. The other conservative justices flipped their lids if media reporting was accurate at the time…a total betrayal by Roberts who wound up writing a bizarre opinion that was completely different than the Libs’ and the Conservatives’ writings.
I do think we’ll know very quickly where this is going, and the whole fight either continues or it all ends by Friday.

To summarize the Dominion Vote Stealing (this is in addition to the convention ballot stuffing):
1) the stealers have a general idea of how the election will turn out. For example 1 million votes will occur with 52% for Trump. They know they need a certain number of switches to get Biden over the top.
2) So Dominion will create a ‘virtual’ city/state that will provide the needed ballots. A percentage of the real ballots like 70% of the 1 million will be allowed to be counted naturally to hide the steal. The other 30% will be hijacked.
3) To hide the hijacking, Dominion will distribute the virtual ballots in various precincts over time so that they aren’t easily observable. Precinct get ‘selected’ to provide specific fake results (for example 157 for Biden, 13 for Trump ratio that falls in the precinct size). After some time, a different or multiple precinct(s) will be ‘selected’ to add that same ‘virtual’ ratio tabulation. Less than 2% of the tabulation updates will be the ‘virtual’ updates to obscure the steal.

How this was caught/observed in the tabulation updates:
1) the Dominion vote stealing algorithm is trying to switch a very specific number of votes. So the algorithm splits up how to distribute the vote tabulations very predictably. Edward Solomon calls it a ‘wheel’. If you need an 80/20 ratio split, you can branch that into many tranches – 70/30, 80/20, 90/10 etc. If all updates had the same split, it would be too easily detectable.
2) Solomon observed that precincts would have the same percentage of the Trump/Biden vote ratio percentages that would come in from a precinct, but then those exact same total percentages would start coming in from other precincts, and then other precincts would do this – sometimes for days. Once he observed this, he could flag all the anomalous updates, and saw that this built out the ‘wheel’. Having the anomalous updates, he could then reverse engineer the algorithm.

In summary, it doesn’t appear that there are any additional ballots that are printed. Simply that when a tabulation from a precinct comes in, if Dominion has ‘selected’ it, Dominion changes the vote tabulation to the predetermined total. Dominion then ‘selects’ another or multiple precincts to return the same tabulation percentage until it achieves the necessary numbers of votes it needs to switch until it has achieved the programmed number.

Plus, Air Group 3 from Saratoga filled out Air Groups 8 (Hornet) and 5 (Yorktown) to fight the battle of Midway, while Saratoga was undergoing repairs.

We know that with PT’s EO 13484 it requires by Dec 18 a written report from DNI Ratcliffe documenting if there was any foreign interference in our 2020 federal election.

As we go through this current attack on our country, our freedoms, jobs, wealth, health etc. it reminded me of a verse a pastor once preached on.
Matthew 11:12 “And from the days of John the Baptist until now, the Kingdom of Heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.”
A he expanded, the Kingdom is constantly being attacked violently, and those that want to retain the Kingdom must forcibly take hold of it, never relent, with a great purpose and determination. Violently.
Now I’m not saying to go commit violence, but that we must take hold of what we hold dear and never relinquish, with every ounce of our strength, in a massive show of force.
My opinion, taking to the streets and places of power in huge numbers would have better effect than letters and relying on the judicial system as it stands to uphold the justice that is needed. We must gather ourselves, we truly do outnumber those who are trying to control us, and take our stand.

I was listening to the audio of Sidney’s hearing over at Stella’s Place. She mentioned “military intelligence” we have of proof of the fraud, as well as all the affadavits, the video and other things. So, maybe they do have the actual count but cannot come right out with it because it will show their “intelligence” ability to surveil to everyone?

GA judge (Timothy Matten) just shot down the complaint filed by Super Sydney in GA. . He said the case must be litigated in state court, the Plaintiffs do no have standing, they waited too late to file suit, that the 11th Circuit would reverse him if he denied MT Dismiss, and that there is no remedy to undo the election or to decertify the results.
Another emergency appeals is now likely.
