Just my second time posting – (laptop). I am more of a reader than a poster. This site is my go to site and I have been in awe of the information from Sundance and the many posters. I have told many people about the Treehouse and have had many thank you’s for doing so. May God continue to bless President Donald J. It’s not just Fort Collins, it’s all over the state and for that matter the country. I’m sorry for these FoCo business owners, hope they can afford to stay open and locals will support them as they can. Same thing in the gentrified area of Tennyson St. in North Denver where many business owners are having to shut down and close doors permanently due to cflu. Yesterday, yet another eating establishment casualty on Tennyson closing January 1. Those with money will continue to thrive and invest while the middle class will be forced to shutter. It’s hard to imagine how many mom and pop stories like this around the country. 37 Trump votes used in the equal sample run had been “Switched” from Trump to Biden. In actual algorithmic terms this means that a vote for Trump was counted as 87% of a vote and a vote for Biden was counted as 113% of a vote.

I think everyone is waiting for someone else to get things started. The problem we all have is that we have families and jobs. I get the whole “sunshine patriot” thing, but people are genuinely fearful of being demonetized by the American version of the Chinese Communists’ “social credit” system. How do you go protest, for example, then you get doxxed and it’s not just you that gets fired, it’s your wife? Or, like the gun manufacturers and NRA have faced – the banks refuse to do business with you so you not only don’t have a job, you have no access to money to support yourself.
Then you try to get some community help on GoFundMe, and that gets canceled by GoFundMe. Yes, there are other sites, but those are paid for with credit cards. How long before those credit card companies bar site xyz.com from accepting donations using their cards due to “terms of service” violations?
What people are going to figure out is that this sort of thing just makes you an easy target. The real battle will be the guerrilla warfare that is the only option available to insurgencies. That’s what #resistance was. They engaged in irregular warfare against Pres. Trump. That’s what the impeachment/Russia hoax was – a bunch of mostly invisible enemies engaged in soft warfare. CV19 is irregular warfare. China can’t beat us is a straight-up fight. So, they unleashed a bioweapon on the world.
While I agree that civil disobedience is needed. HOW to do that without destroying the people we are trying to help is the problem we need to solve.
To me, that means targeting not the government buildings in the government centers. It will mean doing something traditional conservatives are loathe to do: going after the bureaucrats themselves at their homes, their workplaces, etc.
In LA, for example, there have been protests at the home of the head of the county Health Department. These county health people have the power to shut down entire economies…but they keep their jobs at full pay and are deemed “essential”. They do not fear becoming victims of their own policies.
That is a problem. But I think American citizens are starting to realize that they can’t get to Gov. Newsom…but they CAN get to the people implementing Newsom’s policies.

I agree. We all need to do what we are able, and assume whatever risk we can. Some of us may only be in a position to offer support to those who can do more, i.e. the brave whistleblowers who have stepped forward and are losing jobs and enduring threats.
We have more power than we realize…Fox News had a rude awakening, and other organizations may as well.

Since we are no longer logging in to WP to comment here, that functionality is gone… for the time being.
I’m hopeful that in time, the ability to easily review your comments/replies will be implemented, but for now we’ve just got to slog through pages and pages of comments to check back on previous comments/conversations.
SD hasn’t mentioned yet whether this will be implemented, but we do know they’re working to get email notifications for new posts set up as a top priority.

IMO, this is a very important and hopeful turn of events.
A majority of the Supreme Court agrees to look at the Constitutional legitimacy of the Pennsylvania vote count.
Note the word “majority.” That’s key.
This, to me, means a majority of the Supreme Court is examining carefully, not only Pennsylvania voting, but the entire election and whether or not the election conforms to Constitutional guidelines.
The “majority” know what’s at stake here. And they are up to speed on and staying abreast of the issues.

I reluctantly checked it out (Faux repulsion, nothing personal against the Judge) and she DID give him the business in her opening monologue… sounded a lot like stuff I’ve read here.

I don’t think he was completely clear. If all the swing states certify? What happens if all judicial remedies fail? Can the election still go to the House of Representatives? My gut sense says no and that’s where the insurrection act comes in.

We will have to take to the streets if Trump can’t get the SCOTUS to act on all these volumes of evidence for the 6 States where he has dredged up the affidavits, videos, written documents, recorded conversations, and has filed lawsuits with thousands of items of legitimate evidence. This is massive, but what we can see is only the tip of the iceberg. Twenty-eight States used the Dominion voting systems in this election and all of the results for all of those States are subject to fraud investigations.
I am also sure that the same ballot harvesting schemes that have been exposed in these six States were used in the 2018 mid-term elections and even in at least California in 2016. Indeed, California was responsible for Clinton’s entire popular vote margin in that election. They counted votes in California for three weeks after the election to get those totals.
This is the most fraudulent election scheme in the sordid history of election fraud in our Country, by far. We have to fix this mess, no matter what it takes, and we better realize we will have to take back our Government in every potentially fraudulent place, down to Podunk, Colorado if we are going to see any reform of our election laws. Exposing the ass hats who have made political careers out of election fraud schemes will be required combat. They won’t leave the theater without a battle. Just the way it will be, in my opinion.

Haven’t posted in a while with the site changes but wanted to comment on the WI situation. I still think this may be the “easiest” state to flip to Trump with it’s 10 EVs.
The legislature is having hearings on Fri – both chambers in WI are strong R majorities and the members are pretty conservative. WI has tough absentee voting requirements regarding “request for mailing” as well as an “indefinitely confined” definition which was horribly abused. There are clear election violations without even having to go after the “middle of the night ballot dumps” in Milwaukee that could quickly erase The 20.5K vote margin between Trump and Cadaver Joe.
If this got to the WI Supreme Court (which I don’t think it has to) that body is also 4-3 conservative.
If we can get one state to flip others will follow IMO. No one wants to be first.

I was thinking the same thing. I’d like to see this peaceful protest march on the government.
Returned to CA State Capitol yesterday for the Stop the Steal protests, attended the first two but missed last week having gone to Santa Cruz to see family and friends for Thanksgiving.
Again, low turnout, maybe 2-300. About 60% women, a few children, and I’d estimate about 50% of those gathered being of Chinese heritage. A handful of Proud Boys. A few children, a few of of us old white men. No masks.
Had arrived early, and driving around to find parking saw a few hundred Law Enforcement stationed the Capitol grounds. As I drove by the front early, maybe 10 people had already gathered. Not many and was thinking it was an inordinate number of police present to crowd size.
To get in, you now had to go through 2 barricades lined with police, their faces masked, sunglasses and helmets on, automatic weapons in hand, and definitely felt an intimidation factor as a well armed officer would, seemingly begrudginly, allow you entrance.
Inside, more officers. Lots. Two groups of mounted police of 5 each on huge horses, a brigade of police on bicycles, groups of officers walking through the crowd with their shot guns in hand with tear gas cannisters, a police chopper overhead circling. No sharpshooters on top of Capitol building this week, no drone flying above the small crowd.
As protest proceeded, Sidney Powell and Lin Wood were being broadcast, a small band of Chinese musicians played Star Spangled Banner etc., a few speakers spoke, the most loud and passionate being those of the Chinese women who had experienced communism. Flags flew, signs waved, Pledge of Allegiance recited, prayers said.
Peaceful. Protest.
Until Antifa showed up. A group of maybe 100 approached from the north. They too, masked, helmeted, shields in hand, Antifa flag flying, blocking an intersection. So taunts were shouted across the neutral zone of the barricades, and that was fine. Till the projectiles started flying from the Antifa group.
These included glass bottles, Christmas ornaments filled with paint ( I hope), eggs, M-80’s, smoke bombs and rocks. No bricks! A steady stream for about half an hour.
The police just stood there. These things were not only directed towards us, the police were in direct line of fire as well and there were several police cars struck with objects, and they had to dodge as well as us, the things thrown. Yet no move was made to stop the obvious assault.
When I asked the group of mounted police why they did not go and stop the plainly violent law breakers, their answer, ” We are doing as we are told.”
Hmmm. Where had I heard this before? Stand down orders in effect apparently. The only police action was the bicycled officer unit moved in and used the bikes as a movable wall to push us back from interacting with the Antifers.
The Antifa group was then allowed to march around the Capitol grounds, smashing any vehicles windows that had any Trump/Flag signage, in full view of the police, and continue on down the street as we were confined behind the barricades, even after Antifa had long passed. For “your own good” was the reason given, and we were now informed that BOTH groups were illegal, them as well as us gathered to peacefully protest.
This all transpiring as speakers still shouted from the microphone “We Back the Blue”.
Now, my belief, if one of us inside had responded back in kind, we would have been immediately thrown to the ground and arrested. The overwhelming police force was not there to uphold law, it was there to to intimidate and control our crowd. Those of us gathered to protest the injustices already experienced, were now experiencing further injustice in a more “personal” manner. Exasperating to say the least, but eye opening as well.
As others have stated here before, I do not see the calvary coming over the hill to save us. I believe the President portrayed this in his speech last night. It is up to us. He is doing all he can, and he hopes he prevails, but it is not a certainty. He needs us.
There must be a HUGE turnout of citizens demanding justice, not the 2-300 people in a state with a population of 35+ million. And it has to happen now.
No strongly worded letters to officials, no “going along to get along”, no amount of evidence is going to change things. We can no longer consent to be governed by the despicable filth now in our states and Capitol. It truly is now or never.
So much for my key board warrior stint. These are my observations.

I worry that many of the good officers have left the police forces across our nation over the horrible way they were all cast this summer, and what’s left are the career guys who either get off on the power trip or just don’t have the skills or courage to pursue another line of work…

When I first saw the video of Biden talking about setting up the most inclusive and comprehensive fraud network it sure looked to me that he was reading that from a paper in front of him because his head even moved from left to right as he said those words. Then he raised his head and looked into the camera. Immediately after that “announcement” all the pundits – including the conservative ones – said it was just another gaffe.
Just like every poker player, the dems have a “tell” as to what they’re actually up to. They had him actually use those words to reveal their secret and then denied what he said by using his dementia/stupidity as an excuse.
How many times have we heard dems say something that is actually revealing what they are doing but then deny it immediately by saying it was taken out of context or was misunderstood?
