I sent an open records request for this just this morning to the Board of Commisioners (Elections Commision doesn’t even appear on their open records request website).
“Per O.C.G.A 50-18-70 I am requesting the following:
Please provide copies of, or access to, all DeKalb county Absentee Ballot Transfer Forms generated by persons handling ballots retrieved from Absentee Ballot Drop Boxes per Rule 183-1-14-0.8-.14 Secure Absentee Ballot Drop Boxes.
As the Dekalb County Elections Commission is not listed on the Dekalb County open records request website, if the Board of Commisioners is not able to provide the requested documentation, please direct me to the responsible party who can.”
Pretty sure I’ll get a nonanswer.
I also requested access to all video recordings of GA ballot drop boxes (they’re required to record them) about two weeks ago and got the following response:
“This letter is in response to your Open Record Request received on, November 25, 2020 made pursuant to Georgia’s Open Records Act (O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70). Our office has received your below request; however, we do not have any responsive records.
This will serve as the final response and your request is now closed.”
At the hearing this week, it was said by the creepy attorney for the SoS office that the SoS office requests these videos whenever someone requests one and that is the only time it is looked at.
I wrote that day that this kinda’ defeats the purpose of the taxpayer funded expense of 24/7/365 video. Put it on the web for ALL of us to see anytime, On Demand. DONE.

So, they stand at the dropbox and count the ballots? Sounds like a disaster waiting to happen to me. What if it is raining or snowing or sleeting or windy?

I’d imagine they pick these up in box trucks, so it’s not so unreasonable to expect them to unload the drop box into a container, throw that into the truck and then tally up the quantity real quick then and there. It really doesn’t take all that long to count out a couple hundred envelopes, especially since the law requires at least two people to do this.
The law also required that they empty these boxes at least every 24 hours in the two weeks leading up to the election, and at least every 72 hours prior to that. So it’s not as if they were picking up weeks worth of ballots at a single time.

Scroll to bottom of comments thread, type a comment (stop typing “test”, lol, we want to hear what you think. :-P). Enter your avatar name and email. Below that, check the “save my name” box. Post comment. Then in DuckDuckGo, select “fireproof website”.
With a few minor exceptions, I’ve had no issues with comments. Mainly, if I use a device I haven’t used before, I need to repeat these steps.

I’m starting to think there’s a concerted effort to BURY any relevant info posts by doing so… since the “older comments” link doesn’t work out too well.
Often one can only view the most RECENT posts. (That’s trying various routes/links to get there- you can’t go back). So these “test” posts (whether intended or not) flood the thread, burying the informative posts.

The older comments link works fine for me; only problem is that it’s tedious to work back through several “older comments” links to get to the first page in a thread. It was the same on Word Press, but fewer links because the pages were longer.
Being able to scroll more easily through an entire thread, from first page to last, no matter how long it is, would imo be a great asset. One way to do it would be to assign a page numbers to each page of comments in the thread, and an easy way to link to those pages.
My earlier suggestion for cleaning up the comments:
If signing in and checking the box is going to be necessary in order to access all comments, a separate simple thread for this purpose would be good.
At the top of the Home Page (better yet, all pages) a brief link saying “Click Here to Access All Comments” could lead to a page with Sundance’s explanation on how/why to stay signed in. Then instructions could be provided to use that comment section specifically to do one’s “test” comment.
Many who’ve signed in just to be able to read all the comments have stated that they prefer to lurk and really don’t want to comment. So this would keep the other threads on-topic and make reading comments enjoyable again.
How come on TV these days I see more and more of “Happy Festive Season” or “Happy Holidays” but fewer and fewer Happy Christmas?? The CDC weekly influenza reports are very interesting, and very enlightening. The “Percentage of Influenza-Like Illness (ILI) outpatient visits” chart states “Nationwide during week 48, 1.6% of patient visits reported through ILINet were due to ILI. This percentage is below the national baseline of 2.6%.” The current percentage of ILI visits is lower than at any time in the last 10 years. So, it seems, the seasonal flu is so low as to be of little concern. Ha! BS! What this implies/shows is that there is a great likelihood that anything with flu symptoms is being called COVID-19. Coupled with the inaccurate and improperly used PCR tests is all we need to know. The link to the CDC reports is below. Also look at the ILI severity map – all green. Nowhere is the seasonal flu/ILI a problem.

A note. If you look at the map that shows the ILI levels and try to compare to prior years like I was doing, be warned. The current season (20-21) is for week 48. The prior year maps are for week 39 which is before the flu season starts. They maps are not comparable until the CDC links to the same week in the prior years.

I cannot imagine that by now, this far after the election, Dominion has not changed stuff in their machines that would hide what was done…….with the unstated approval of corrupt government officials, of course.
This is a small county with about 24,000 people.
Maybe intelligence knows that they did not monkey with the machines.
Rural Antrim County Michigan. I would imagine a rural county would be more protective of the machines than say Detroit or Ann Arbor/Gretchen territory. Who knows, maybe the machines were forced on them by the capital and they had no choice.

From a 30 yr background in orthopedic medicine/ trauma/musculoskeletal injuries, I offer this:
Biden had a fracture of the middle and lateral cuneiform bones in the mid foot.
These are tarsal bones in the mid foot between the ankle/heel and the metatasal bones and toes.
These are difficult to fracture by themselves.
They call these ‘hairline fractures’ in the reporting. This is very difficult to do based on the mechanisom of injury reported.
That was ‘naked man from shower chasing german shephard after ball thrown while pulling on the dog’s tail to tease him and slipping on a throw rug’.
Note: no fall was mentioned.
So we assume it was a twisting injury.
Toes move to the outside, compressing the bones.
VERY difficult to do without a fall unless there is bone loss (osteoporisis, osteopenia, osteomalacia) OR neuropathic joint disease from diabetes, etc.

I have read a LOT of articles on the election. From what I’ve read, voting was stopped at some point during the night and/or early morning hours in Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Arizona is also questionable. Huge numbers of electronic votes, mail-in ballots, and absentee ballots all came in AFTER the polls had closed.
What were the vote totals in each of those states prior to when the shenanigans in those states started? I remember seeing in at least one article (I have to find it again) that President Trump had 410 electoral votes.
What if all of the court cases eventually get to SCOTUS, SCOTUS reviews all the evidence (and there seems to be a LOT of evidence), and then SCOTUS rules that the final, official vote totals for those states are the totals just before the vote counting stopped in each state? Could it eventually be that simple? Could that happen?
The Democrats argument is that early votes were from Trump because he ask his voters to vote in person, and the late votes were the mail in votes that were mostly Democrat voters.
But Trump ask his voters to vote in person late in the game, so that would not explain the spike.
And mail in votes should have been at the counting site and not shipped in late in the night.
It still looks like some “under the table” vote dealing was going on to me.
Mostlyoguage, your idea would seem to be a simple and wise way of handling it. However, expecting a common sense remedy may be a hope to far.
For counties where the illegal votes are mixed in and cannot be traced, I would suggest disqualifying the entire county. Besides trueing the vote, it would send a message to the local officials for future elections, and might just get the residents to appoint new election officials.
