We also have to face facts that Rush, the major voice of conservatism and a galvanizing force for decades, won’t be with us much longer and so we’ll lose him too.
We don’t have a conservative answer to Lawfare, do we?
We have no answer to Antifa and BLM, do we?
We have no force that quickly mobilizes.
And, remember the internet? The United STates handed it over to Silicon Valley. They can “shut it down” should we get more organized.

It should be noted that nobody in the State Legislatures, State Courts, Federal Courts below SCOTUS, the House, the Senate or even in the WH made any successful effort to stop what Newsom and the other governors did.
While I’m happy that maybe more of us can start going to church regularly, I’ll also point out that most Churches have argued that they’ve already instituted self-imposed restrictions that “comply” with Government orders.
I told the pastor at my Parish in Colorado Springs that we would be back when the Diocese of Colorado Springs and the local parishes start rejecting the authority of the Governor and the Health Dept. to regulate church attendance.
They haven’t.
We don’t have religious liberty any more. We have a court victory which I can guarantee Gov. Newsom already has a workaround to dodge.

We need to see more bravery from the citizens, business owners and religious leaders.
I changed churches because of it. Couldn’t stand the wimpy baby of a pastor who would not take a stand.
Found a fantastic church that only closed for the first 2 weeks in March when they asked us to “flatten the curve.” Been open ever since and not a single health issue as a result. Filled with incredible Patriots both in the pastoral leadership and the congregation.
There’s also a split going on in the church. Just as much is being revealed in the world of politics, there’s definitely going to be a falling away of many of the “mega” churches/pastors.
I’m particularly grateful to the Pastors who know that it was a mistake to fall prey to the PC crowd and take politics out of the church. Many of our fiercest founding fathers and Patriots were ministers.
That is EXACTLY what I said in my letters to the Diocese and to the Parish.
I remember walking into mass last June after the mask and social distance rules were re-implemented. Our 800-seat church had maybe 40 people in it. Everyone 20′ apart wearing masks. It was horrifying.
The pastor got up (no mask of course) to give his sermon. Not even a mention about it. You would have thought from his sermon that he didn’t even notice that the church was 95% empty and everyone had these frightened looks on their faces as in “What the hell is going on here?!”
That was in June, and we have not been back. I stopped sending them money too, and we usually donate quite a lot.

Force-reload (ctl-f5) does seem to intermittently work to load the comments of “older comments” pages. But I just tried it again and it did nothing.
For instance, if I click on the December 4th presidential thread it shows 1,332 responses. When I click “older comments” it says 1,082 comments but only displays one. If I force-reload this “older comments” page it just shows the same thing.
If I go back one more page (older comments again) it shows 931 comments but only displays one.
If I force reload THAT page (we’re back two pages of comments now from the most recent), it actually shows all the comments. HOWEVER, the 931 changes to 1165 after the reload.
I can’t seem to get the first “older comments” page to force-reload anything.

Well, I think this is being set up that we’ll know what the SCOTUS plans by Friday next week. The EC votes on 12/14, and I think the SCOTUS is going to rule in a way that either the EC votes on 12/14, or it doesn’t.
The odds of the Supreme Court overturning multiple state election certifications are pretty low. Even the majority justices wrote in that 5-4 ruling for the NY churches that the states had every right to protect their citizens against CV19 through whatever measures they felt were necessary. The majority simply stated that the religious institutions had been more-or-less targeted when the states should have been more fair and narrow in their rules.
That’s not a court, to me, that sounds like it has a problem with changing election rules in the name of COVID19.
The only real hope I see is that they take the same position on voting as they do on praying: that the changes had to be fair and protect everyone’s rights equally…which the voting law changes CLEARLY did not do. The equal protection argument is valid. I just don’t know if they have the guts to risk open warfare in the streets if they rule that votes in PA have to be thrown out.
MAGA voters better stock up on ammo, that’s all I’m going to say, because if SCOTUS starts striking down state certifications to throw this to the House, the Democrats are GOING to respond with violence.

I still remember waking up the morning the Obamacare ruling was expected. I sat down at my desktop, but before I opened anything, I had a premonition that Roberts would ultimately allow the ACA to stand as Constitutional.

Arizona Republican Representative and House Freedom Caucus Chairman Andy Biggs demanded Friday that Justice Department Attorney General William Barr release the current findings of “his election fraud investigation.”
Biggs, who spoke at a press conference outside on Capitol Hill, said on Twitter that it “is imperative that the American people receive clarity as to the allegations and claims that have been raised about the 2020 election.”

I hope someone can definitively answer a question for me. For weeks there have been reports about a raid conducted in Europe to seize the Dominion server. Did this actually happen? If so, why has the information not been used in any of the lawsuits or hearings? It would seem that this could provide the information necessary to prove the claims of the analysts who have written about the anomalies.

This is just a guess, but the short answer might be that a lot of the information is classified and there is other information that can be used to prove the election fraud.
It is very possible that the C_A servers that were seized in Frankfurt Germany were also used to throw elections in other places, like South America and Europe. This kind of information might be prudent to keep classified, at least for now.
I have no proof of this, it is just a guess.
That’s the same “guess” many of us have, and FWIW, it’s an educated guess.
If it comes down though to a choice between the U.S. admitting direct interference in elections in violation of international law and saving our republic, it’s not even a close call. I hope the decision is made to save the republic.
If they have anything that proves tampering, interference or fraud in some form or another, they will present it before the SC. They will not be sharing with us until then. If they have proof, it will be a slam dunk. And then the world will know.
I hope the reason this story has disappeared – or never appeared – has something to do with yours and the above theory that the spooks have been interfering via such hacking computers in foreign elections.
That President Trump has not mentioned it – even in his 45-minute speech this past week – does make one wonder what is happening.
I suppose there is the possibility that it is not true at all…which does not seem too likely, given the source.
Nothing about this scandal is guaranteed.
It is all a very far fetched story. Of course, sometimes even very far fetched stories are true. But not very often.
If there is a definitive answer to this question, it will either all be laid bare when the Trump Team goes to the Supreme Court next week or not at all.
My personal opinion is that one of three things happened:
1. There was a raid, election servers were confiscated, but they were either wiped or physically corrupted, or they contained nothing useful. If the raid happened, which several Trump people confirmed, this would explain why nothing has been revealed. There is nothing to reveal.
2. There was a raid, and the investigation of what happened revealed things that if the public ever found out about it, it would be like setting off a nuclear bomb in D.C. because you’d basically have to send the US Marines into the CIA at Langley and you’d have to assume everyone in the CIA was in on it, and you’d have to treat them all as enemy combatants with trials and hangings.
3. There was no raid. It was all bullshit and intended to distract us from the good old fashioned election fraud that actually took place on US soil on 11/3-11/6.
I tell my family and friends “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.” Good advice for fly-by-night roofing contractors; good advice for politics.
If we’re wrong, and the information that was captured reveals the inner workings of an ongoing coup d-etat, then it’s Katy bar the door because that would bring Patriots to D.C. to essentially rescue the President and country in numbers that would shock you. And I think you would see the same thing play out in Blue State capitols across America. That’s full-on civil war time.
But, as I said, expect it to amount to nothing. We’ve been here before.
My one caveat to this is how that election fraud video was released on Wednesday at 11pm by Trump’s legal team. I think they have had that video for quite awhile because the lady briefing it had clearly already analyzed it for a long time. She knew all the details, and I’m confident they know the name of every traitor in that counting room.
That gives me hope that the video is a preview of the true evidence that they have…but are holding onto so that the media cannot fake news their way out of it like they’re now trying to do with that video.

Tom, you have voiced some of my concerns and here is a response though not the definitive one you asked for.
For you first question, reliable right wing sources (Gohmert, McInerney and give-em-hell Sidney) say they have heard about a raid, mockingbird media denies a raid. To me this shows there is more evidence for the raid happening then against.
Some have speculated the servers would provide evidence of manipulation, others have suggested the servers could provide insight into the events leading up to the shutdown, if it was coordinated, and by whom, while others have suggested that any foreign observers could be identified and if they manipulated results.
The fact that the raid is not publicly recognized and that that the data identified as being from the raid is not being revealed is concerning. It could suggest there was not a raid, that there was a raid and no relevant data was obtained, or that pertinent data was found which they are investigating before releasing publically. Of the three, if there was a raid I would guess the later.
Possibly related. If I recall correctly Dan Coats recently stated no foreign states directly manipulated the results. Where the information came from I do not know, however it is potentially server related.

It’s well documented, and evident to all who have experience of elderly relatives suffering from dementia, that the loss of a social ‘filter’ kicks in quite early. It often results in searingly honest comments from the sufferer, which can be very embarrassing and hurtful to the recipient(s). The dementia patient has little or no self awareness of the impact of what they say.
It is possible Biden is losing his filter, lying is becoming more difficult, and he may now represent a grave threat to the Democratic movement. Expect him to be seen less and less in public.

The opportunity she missed was to tell him that the comparison between the electronic and the paper ballots – the discrepancies – aren’t as large as he is saying because ballots were brought in to “back up” the changes that were made electronically.
She’s basically a witness to what the analyst in Sydney Powell’s case (affidavit 13 I think) describes: Dominion had to create all these votes for Biden that weren’t real…they were electronic. So paper ballots had to be created in order to balance the poll books.
If you take that affidavit, and her testimony, together…you get her visually confirming what the analyst in the affidavit says happened.

Please send emails so that they know they need to ignore the Governor and SoS who got them into this mess, Constitutionally call a special session, and come up with a warp speed strategy to correctly assess votes, machines audit and the special election if one is even needed.
I would suggest that they hire Colonel Phil Waldron who described the retrofit on Thursday (Dominion forensics and special ops expert), and engage the National Guard to assist with a forensics investigation, retrofit of machines, polling and counting. It would be fast, less costly and may save them a special election if Collins won the one Senate seat. Add your own ideas.

I hope President Trump and his advisors have something planned to stop the steal. He is our last hope. Millions of ordinary citizens stood in long lines for his rallies and to vote for him; they donated what they could to his campaign; they pray for him and his family daily; and they have been writing/calling their state legislators to shine light on the election fraud.
If President Trump is not sworn in in January, he will be hounded by the FBI with frame ups. In 2024, even states like North and South Dakota will flip blue. With millions of illegals suddenly being made citizens by Biden/Harris, our side will never win.
We don’t have much time now. President Trump needs to win this here and now. He doesn’t have much on his side – but he has the Secretary of Defense, he has Lin Wood, he has Sidney Powell, he has his Executive Orders and he has 100 million supporters. He is the Commander in Chief and Chief Executive of Law Enforcement. He has his oath of office to protect America from enemies foreign and domestic. He has the proof that Joe Biden and the Democrats stole this American election with help from software companies who operate outside America.
