I read something more into it at the time he said it. But since then there’s been no sign of progress.

Can one follow all people in and out of the buildings with video? Where do they go? What do they do? Who are they? Is it possible to use laser on a window to listen in? Can one sneak cameras into counting areas? Can one sneak listening devices into counting areas? What would happen if one did not back up when told to move back due to COVID? One wonders what might happen if large, young, muscled men volunteered to be monitors? I wonder what would happen if a monitor saw a bag of USBs, grabbed it and ran down the street? What would happen if a monitor grabbed a laptop or tabulating machine, and ran down the street and tossed it into a waiting car? One wonders what 24 hour surveillance of the local DNC would show? I wonder if someone could pose as a Democrat monitor, and see what they talk about and where they go?

My sense is that he was saying, it’s too early, we’re looking into it, although election fraud is not our official bailiwick, and it’s an ongoing thing. He then pivoted to make the strong point that China is our biggest security threat.

Layer what Ratcliffe said in the interview with the EO and it’s clear he’s not kicking the can.
Fact – he said there are Congressman being blackmailed by China. Since it’s during an election year and Congress might actually vote for POTUS, this would be election interference.
Fact – he said they found that no foreign adversary or criminal gang altered any votes. Guess what? Nobody is saying that they did. While it’s clear voting data left the country, all the changed votes were done locally using USB drives by US citizens.
Fact – It’s already verified that both Iran and China accessed vote registration information is a couple of states. Just like the breach in Alaska that was just reported. That’s election interference as they could use that data to get mail-in ballots.
There’s enough that Ratcliffe didn’t say that keeps me hopeful about this tack. When Eric posted his negativity – it crushed me because that’s the only way I could see this working out. I have zero faith in state legislatures and the courts. So I went and did my own research and, turns out, Eric was wrong. I tend to agree that he is most likely a troll.
If you are not willing to die for freedom and liberty, it does not matter. Freedom and individual liberty are not FREE. I hate to say this but you are correct. While some people have talked about what they were going to do if President Trump is not re-elected, what they really meant was what is someone going to do. Conservatives will do nothing because that would be risking the luxury of their current lifestyle. They aren’t going to risk jobs, homes, families. They want someone else to do that while they write comments. I admit, I am 75 years old and I am not going to go to war. Too old and not mobile enough. I can provide things but my fighting days are over. I did 3 tours in Viet Nam and spent my life as a police officer. What I have seen over this last year is almost incomprehensible. But it happened….saw it live on tv and the internet. But, I don’t see a large enough group of people willing to sacrifice what a civil war would bring. So, as a country and as conservatives, we will wait until the next election and see what that brings.

This whole mess has to go to the Supreme Court. They’ll either invalidate all the tainted, late, illegal mail-in ballots and count only the untainted votes, or throw the election determination to the state legislatures. I often think of Justice Thomas sitting in front of Senator Joe Biden as they lynched his character in front of the nation. God Speed, Clarence Thomas. His retort to the Senate hackers in front of him that day is still one of the great moments in American history. It has taken a long, long time, but maybe Joe Biden will get the judgement he deserves.
I am afraid that they will not get down to that detail level. The evidence needs to be established before lower courts. That is the reason the Democrats do now want evidence presented in court.
I expect that if the SC hears it they will default back to State Legislators. I do not know if the various State Legislators have the will to do the right thing.
While throwing it back to the State Legislatures, to do their job, makes sense their may be too many corrupt Rinos to pull that off. Time will tell but it doesn’t look good at present.
The fraud is off the scale at this point. No rational person would think otherwise, thus we must assume these Rinos are paid off, in on the voter scam themselves, and/or under some kind of deep state threat of exposure of the same if they support Trump.
The cleanest path for the SCOTUS is to invalidate the entire Presidential election based on the corrupt state governments, equipment and software used nearly nationwide, thus bringing the 12th Amendment into play.
Problem there is we still have corrupt Rinos at the Federal level. Perhaps even more corrupt given the cesspool that is DC.
Martial Law is looking increasingly like the only Constitutional way to resolve this Uni-party cesspool internationally funded coup attempt. The best way to make that case to the We the People, is to release the equivalent of Hunters Laptop to the public on the entire Cabal in DC. This sets up the pretext for the declaration of Martial Law and military courts.
In fact, just the President even hinting at pushing their crimes into military court under the rules of Martial Law maybe enough for +26 states to vote for him to President for the next four years. They wont’ have corrupt Judges they put in place to protect them anymore, or the 20 years of appeals that go nowhere fast. Remember the DOJ and FBI are just as corrupt, in fact they are the Praetorian Guards of this cesspool. Just like the State Department protects the kickbacks from foreign aid back to cesspool.
Once the President gets in place a legitimate voting system “We the People” will then be able to reform the system via the primary process. So they lose their corrupt job and get to slow roll justice via the corrupt civilian courts and we get our Republic back. Seems like a fair trade.
The alternative is we still get the Republic back and they go to military prison for life as the traitors that they are after a quick trial. I hear the Gitmo is nice this time of year.
If all the above sounds harsh it isn’t, this is internationally funded coup against “We the People” and should be treated in the same way as if Chinese tanks were rolling across the Canadian border into the US. I realize Congress will not be back in session until January. However I believe it is absolutely critical that you figure out some way to have all the members hear out the facts about the apparent election fraud committed in the Nov 3rd PA general election. I have been closely following the statisticians and in particular listened to today’s Arizona hearing by the President’s legal team and their expert witnesses. There is a massive amount of evidence supporting election fraud on the part of the DNC in several swing states including Pennsylvania.
I know you and several other Republicans are not fans of President Trump. I would ask you to put your dislike for the President aside as this is not just about the Presidential outcome; more importantly this is an election integrity issue that will have severe consequences downstream. If in fact fraud was committed, this must be revealed. If you yourself do not believe there was fraud, I would ask you to at least hear out the facts and let the Congress take up the issue. You owe this to the people of Pennsylvania.
I am a retired physician. I have a scientific mind and am very capable of reading data. The data in support of election fraud appear to be overwhelming.
Even though the House will not be in session until Jan, it is a leader’s job to figure out a way to problem solve when up against a barrier. I believe if you had the will to investigate this likely corruption, you could find some way to do so.

Work Continues Over 2020 Election Concerns
To those of you who have voiced your frustrations with Pennsylvania’s election process, or those of you who have kept those feelings to yourself, I assure you, I not only share your frustrations but have personally been involved in trying to address these concerns for the past few months.
To begin, I am proud of the updates we made as a Legislature to Pennsylvania’s election law. As House Majority Leader, I was at the table in 2019 helping develop the most comprehensive election reform in the last 80 years.
The law we wrote enhanced security for every vote cast, increased access for all voters, guaranteed timely election results, and required every county to clean up voter records and ensure registered voter rolls were up to date – an action counties completed prior to the primary.
Unfortunately, our law was not the law used in the November election.
An activist Pennsylvania Supreme Court and a rogue Secretary of the Commonwealth moved the boundaries of our law, making our election less secure and ruining any hopes of timely results.
I did not take those actions lightly. I joined with other legislative leaders in immediately taking further court action to defend our laws before and after the election.
We advanced multiple pieces of legislation to fix the issues caused by the court and officially recognize what we believe are illegal actions.
We required a report to be produced about the primary election, so we could know exactly what the impact was of our new law for all voters.
We called out the partisan actions by the courts in press conferences and statewide media, and we engaged with national media ahead of the election, sounding the alarm for what we expected would happen in Pennsylvania as a result of the court’s actions.
We voted to require a complete risk-limiting audit of the general election, to know the extent of the impact of interventions by the Secretary of the Commonwealth and the court.
Sadly, our concerns before election day were proven correct. The public’s trust in our election process eroded as results were delayed and votes were counted days after the polls closed.
Today, court actions continue to play out regarding Pennsylvania’s election process. Allegations of fraud will be put in front of judges, and results, although certified by the Department of State, will fall under the watchful eye of judges.
Let me be clear: We will pursue every legal and constitutional path to ensure the integrity of the election. All campaigns have legal rights to pursue challenges, and those actions are playing out in court as we speak. As frustrating as it may be to you, by order of the Constitution our legislative session is over, so future legislative action will occur next session, after the electoral college vote is taken.
To address some of the most common concerns I have heard….
The Legislature does not certify election results; the Department of State and individual counties certify elections and we have notified our congressional delegation regarding some of the procedural failures.
We cannot call members to a special session during the month of December. The governor can only make that call now that our session is over.
We cannot unilaterally seat our own presidential electors. It is prohibited in the Pennsylvania Constitution (Article 7, Sec 13). The only way that changes is if the court would order us to seat electors, as some lawsuits that are currently pending would ask us to do.
We are the elected voice of Pennsylvania’s residents, and we will carry your voices into every decision we make.

I get up in the mornings and say “I’m living my best life” and you know it’s true…I’m so blessed (We even have another grandson coming next May!! YAY)…I pray for my POTUS and his family everyday…are we going to pull it out? We absolutely MUST get the Republicans to understand we mean business!! I’m working my butt off for our Sailors (I work for the Dept of the Navy)…Well now, I already feel better!!
