Only the President can protect against calamitous legislative pronouncements, or wayward judicial fiats. Only he determines, ultimately, what meets constitutional standards to be acted upon in furtherance of the Constitution.
If legislative pronouncements or judicial fiats do not meet those standards, the President, according to his oath of office, is duty-bound to ignore them.

I like the multiprong attack because it helps establish the intent to steal the election by the Democrats. The Democrats are mostly self initiated fraudsters, hard to show conspiracy, but the conspiracy is creating a system that prevents detecting the fraud: no observers, no chain of custody, consolidated vote counting locations with multiple access points, no meaningful signature verification, no meaningful canvassing to determine voter eligibility, etc.
The big fraud that is hard to prove outside of circumstantial are the ballot dumps. Only Detroit had witnesses to the ballot drops at 3-4AM. But we know from vote spikes, and Biden only ballots, this occurred in every swing state. It needs a criminal probe to subpoena communications from DEM officials to find the vote harvesters, and tell the full story of manufactured votes.
The Dominion Voting System was carefully thought out to preclude any audit. Ballots are inserted and a barcode sheet printed out which is a generic “vote” that cannot be traced and re-counted multiple times

Frosty: Please consider the possibility that Bibi publicly “congratulated” Biden because doing so served Israel’s and, not coincidentally, President Trump’s, and America’s interests, especially with regard to Iran. By appearing to cozy-up to Biden, Bibi gave himself free reign to take further action against Israel’s enemies, knowing full well that a Biden Presidency, once in place (something we are all fighting, are we not?) would place certain political and strategic limitations on Israel’s ability to act.
The difference is between religious Jews and secular jews. The religious Jews are nearly all behind PDJT from what I can see.

I didn’t hear the interview, but just realize that any legislation he passes WILL be sent to the PA Supreme Court, and the PA Supreme Court WILL strike down any bill passed by the PA General Assembly that decertifies the results or appoints/directs electors.
This is going to go to SCOTUS, and Mastriano knows this.

It’s not going to be legislation. It will be a resolution using the power granted by the US Constitution that gives the power to the state legislatures to cast their vote for the President. Sen Mastriano said you can’t reward the cheaters (Biden) with an affirmative vote. Said they (the legislature) will not certify the Presidential election in PA.
So you’re saying that Gov. Wolf and the PA Secretary of Elections aren’t going to try and fight that at the PA Supreme Court? Last summer, Mastriano followed the PA State Constitution to repeal the Governor’s “state of emergency”…yet the PA Supreme Court struck it down. They will do the same thing with any legislation or resolution the General Assembly passes.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m thrilled he has the votes to refuse to certify the election results. Did Mastriano say that their resolution would award the electors to Trump, or did he say they would not certify the results (not the same thing)?
When I listened he said it was going to be in a legislative bill that goes to Wolf who will veto. I didn’t hear they were going to do a Resolution that does not require the Gov’s signature. Don’t know the rationale given they have full authority other than its a sabotage.. Did I hear that correctly???
I will have to go listen to it. They do not have to go through Wolf, so my guess is they’re going to pass something that does not require Wolf’s signature…basically a joint resolution that cites A1S4C1 as giving them inherent authority immune from Wolf’s veto and with the full force of law stating that the election results are fraudulent, and that the Legislature is decertifying the results under its authority granted solely to it by the US Constitution. As justification, they could simply cite all the changes to election law unlawfully ordered by the PA Supreme Court, Governor, and SOS. They wouldn’t even need to use all the other evidence presented to them, though they certainly could.
They would probably also by-name appoint Republican electors.
As a special bonus, they should bar use of any and all electronic voting machines, mail in voting except in the case of absentee voters demonstrating legitimate need. And set up an Elections Committee in the GA that will run elections going forward. Basically, strip the Governor of all authority.
Generally Assembly leadership in Pennsylvania has previously said that they’d would honor the certification process.
The proposed Joint Resolution has to get past the assembly leadership.

If fraud is proven across multiple states, all in favor of Biden, it opens the can of worms.
Once the can of worms is open, the election in all 50 states can be challenged, especially where Dominion and related technology was used. The only way that there would be calls for a new election is if Trump wins in court and states are forced to decertify their results leading to the House of Representatives picking the next President. Trump would most likely win if it gets thrown to the House since the GOP has a 26-24 advantage I think in delegations.
If it gets to that, Democrats will IMMEDIATELY demand a new election instead, and will use violence and CV19 lockdowns to try and coerce people into going along with it.
The Constitution requires the Electors selected by each state to meet on the same day to cast their ballots. Existing federal law sets that date at December 14, 2 weeks from Monday.
Even if some federal or state court or state legislature were inclined to order a new election, there is simply no time for one to take place.
Right now, everything rests on who the key State Legislatures choose to appoint/certify as their Electors on or before December 14.
The illegal and the legal paper ballots can’t be separated now ….. So throw out the paper ballots altogether.

The laws that were violated were state laws, but the case was presented to the FEDs because the state refused to uphold its own laws and to provide a vehicle for SCOTUS on equal protection of the law. This opinion was worthless.

No, it was a 3 panel of judges that heard the case. But they were all Republicans. The one who wrote the opinion was appointed by President Trump. All I can say is that those who heard the motion being presented said it was a very sloppy job of lawyering. I didn’t hear it so I don’t know if that was a valid complaint. Personally, I think it sounded like the judges fell back on the…there is not enough time before the constitutional deadline to do anything about any of this…argument. Almost everyone knew that no lower court was going to overturn an election. It will have to come from the Supreme Court. I don’t know it the Supreme Court has the guts to overturn and election. When you look at the history of election civil rights violations, including the poll tax placed on blacks in the south, not one election has been overturned even when massive civil rights have been found. No a single election. All that was ever done was: states were fined, people fired and safeguards put in place.

Those judges are compromised and corrupt. Proves what several Treepers have previously warned – all those judges that McConnell brags about getting approved constitute ZERO guarantee that objective and correct decisions will be made even when the evidence is clear. All those appointments are of people already in the judiciary; already under Deep State control.

We have official statements from SOS of PA that they mailed 1.8 million ballots, and got back 2.5 million.
That is pure factual evidence there is a major discrepancy.
SCOTUS can not be the bulwark of this kind of systemic corruption an dishonorable willful blindness and bias of the judiciary.
No one can provide links to this info about 1.8 ballots mailed and 2.5 mil returned. There are many articles that say that there were about 3 mil mailed ballots in PA and about 2.5 returned. I think the 1.8 mil number is the number of Dem requested ballots, R’s were about 600,000 and I’s were 300,000. I’m not sure where Guiliani and Ellis are getting these numbers but it seems to be an error and not a good look for our side when trying to prove fraud.

It was posted on the Sec of State of PA…til they took it down, literally the day of that hearing. If you watch the hearing in full, you’ll see that part too, where the guys says as of today at such time, but its not currently there. And even one of the PA senators noted it wasnt there anymore.
You can watch the relevant part, about 50 minute mark where the guy is a barred Lawyer in PA and appointed observer, and references the PA SOS official site reporting. The media can say anything. He is making a reference to a factual government reporting.

They didn’t include that in the motion they filed. Don’t know why, My understanding is they only alleged fraud in 7 counties and didn’t show the fraud only that the counties used different methods of ballot curing than the rest of the state. Baffling, or those reporting on the motion are not reporting it correctly. But, the majority of the evidence provided to the legislature was not provided in the court motion.

Good point hocus. If no law specifies how close poll watchers “can” be, where is the law specifying how close they “can’t be”. Pics of the ballot counters shoulder to shoulder dispel the theory that covid required distancing. The whole thing is a charade. If scotus does not clean up this mess, future elections are doomed and awarded to those that cheat best.
The judge uses specific language. There is no *federal* law that requires etc… there is a state law. The state courts (appointed by corrupt government) have refused to enforce it. The federal judge is just copping out. He or she has every right to rule the state law must be applied equally to all.
And, the whole issue could become moot.
The Pennslvania legislator, in 1938 ‘ceded’ to the executive (Gov.) the authority to appont the electors to the electoral college.
But that authority is plenary (absolute) under thd U.S. Constitution, meaning that what they ceded, they can take back.
They are working, right now on a joint resolution to do just that, and then to refuse to certify the tesults, and appoint Trump electors.
Its an uphill battle, with multiple steps, but if they succeed, it not only settles the court case, but sets a precedent.
I think on many levels, one MAJOR hurdle will be if any one of these legislatures, takes the key step of rejecting (refusing to certify results) and appoints Trump electors, THAT will “make it easier” for others to follow.
They are, at the same time understandably and yet unforgivably AFRAID to take such a step.
Personally, I am leaning towards hoping ONE Legislature will have the cajones to refuse to appoint ANY electors, sending it to the House. I THINK that would make all legal cases mute, AND all other legislatures desicions irrelevant as well, cause my understanding is if ONE State doesn’t appoint electors, it goes to the House.
I THINK, and I FEEL that the House Republicons, if put in the decision of deciding, with all eyes on them, will vote to give it to Trump.
Wouldn’t bet much on it, however.

In the Hayes-Tilden election of 1876, both Florida and Oregon sent two separate sets of electors to the EC. over differences between who got to choose the electors, governor vs legislature, and who replaces an ineligible elector. In Oregon, the elector was a postmaster and thus ineligible, the Governor appointed a Republican to replace the Democrat, which flipped the 3-elector slate from D to R.
If this ends up in the House, each state gets 1 vote. The GOP has more majority delegations than the dems do thus the vote would be 27 or 28 out of 50 available votes for Trump. Might not be ideal but it IS a constitutional solution.

Dutch — Agree with all you say, except that I don’t think one non-appointing Legislature is sufficient. As I understand it, if any candidate has 270, it’s over. To prevail, DJT needs judicial and/or Legislature victories (at least denying Biden Electoral votes) in 3 States Biden currently leads.
I’d also add that any Legislature convinced that its State election was to tainted by rampant fraud or other irregularities so extensive as to make the tally unreliable, could appoint/certify electors committed to abstaining, or to voting for some specified person other than the major party candidates.

Don’t count on ANY judges that were quickly approved by Establishment Republicans especially McConnell’s corrupt Senate. These three judges had the opportunity to make an obvious and honorable decision but chose to roll over and kick the can down the road. They are obviously still beholden to the Deep State and uninterested in fighting flagrant corruption.

Not only that but Federalist Society often claims they can find judges that could be clones of Antonin Scalia yet in all these years, such a grand claim has yet to be proven.
After all this is over, Trump and his administration should consider breaking up with the Federalist Society for good and personally curate their own lists of judge candidates instead of solely depending on an organization with a dubious track record.

Yes, it was a 3 judge panel. Yes, the legislature controls and writes election law. In this case, the Supreme Court of Penn., stepped in an bypassed the legislature and wrote it’s own law. In my opinion, that in itself is unconstitutional. But the Trump team didn’t allege that for some reason.
Sad part of this ruling is that all 3 of the 3rd circuit judges who heard this case were appointed by Republicans, including judge Bibas who wrote the opinion and is a PDJT appointee.
These Federalist Society judges that the GOP picks from needs to be reconsidered in future selections.
On to SCOTUS we go……..
The 3rd Circuit is overseen by Alito. His recent ruling that required the segregation of mailing ballots might be a favorable indicator of how he will vote when this case gets to the SCOTUS. I didn’t read Ruby’s brief in this case, but I hope it’s a least as thorough and comprehensive as Sidney Powell’s “Kraken” filing.
GA and PA are crucial. Between those 2 states there are 36 Electoral College votes, which would knock Biden from 306 to 270.
