Years ago I worked for a company with a sizable sales force. We had to update their laptops that they used out in the field with a patch on the software they use. Unknown to us we loaded the patch to a USB drive and that USB drive was infected with a virus from China. Needless to say we were in a panic trying to stop salemen using the USB drive and infecting their laptops. We had some long days and very long nights correcting this. The USB drives mentioned here was used (most likely) to transfer the virus (jmo)
Or running a script to delete evidence of cheating.

The poll watcher needs to identify the people they seen that was uploading the usb drives. The uploaders need to be interrogated and made to give up the usb drives, where they got them from and whom else also received usb drives and if returned to handlers, just who those handlers are.

So what’s the truth about these “typos” on Powell’s filing? Are they true or was there some problem in a conversion to PDF format? What is the original format? I tried to export the PDF to a MS Word doc but that feature isn’t part of the free Adobe version of Acrobat (PDF) that I have.
I’ve looked high and low for this answer–many comments here on CTH said it was due to an OCR (Optical Character Reader) issue.

It looks like a poor conversion to me. The MI document that I read was full of errors where the space between words was missing. You’d notice that in any word processor. In addition, it has this blue official (?) text on top. When she wrote the document she didn’t know which official number would be assigned to it. The GA and the MI suit documents are different, so they weren’t done with the same software and/or by the same person.
There is no format conversion that I’m aware of that adds or shuffles around letters.
In my opinion, it was just sloppy work due to the constrained window of time available to get legal proceedings underway.
I don’t buy into idea that that some last minute file format conversion added letters to words and doubled commas or the 27d chess theories of “intentional typos to get more people paying attention”.
I was disappointed to see such typos front and center on page 1. And while I don’t think it will have any tangible impact on the result of the filing, it still makes Powells efforts come across as slightly amateurish in regards to presentation.
One other thought to consider:
They typos occur in places where CAPS lock is used. Word processors typically don’t spell check all caps text.
Try it yourself.
Open word and misspell a word. Notice the squiggly red line warning you that the word isn’t correct.
Now go to the next line and spell the same word, in the same way, in all caps. No spell-check warning.
Interesting on the all caps, which makes sense since the Word Processor may interpret that as an acronym.
Disclosure: I used to be a Word Processor typist (70 wpm) on an IBM System 6 back in the early 80s, and we used the US Government Style Manual as our bible at the USDA.

That depends on every case. OCR software can turn “m” into “rn” for example.
In addition, if a scan is of poor quality (dust etc) “fake” letters etc can appear.
I don’t know enough about word processors or what was used to create this document to have a really strong opinion on what could or could not have caused full sentences to be devoid of spacing. That’s a weird one for sure.
On the topic of OCR; are we to believe that they drafted a document, printed it out, then at the last minute scanned it to create a PDF and that scanning is where they typos are from? Maybe I’m just ignorant of the process, but you can generate a PDF directly from within virtually all word processing software. I do this daily as part of my job and I’ve never once seen the PDF deviate from the original document.
Maybe she’s a Linux user. When to transfer from Linux Word processor to a windows system you can get these kind of errors. At least my daughter’s experienced such issues, especially formatting issues where the margins and paragraph breaks were a mess, when taking a document from their Linux computer and uploading into windows system that college used.
I am on Parler, and there were times that articles and comments showed errors such as these. The problem lies within the technology; it is not human error!
I use Newspapers.com for my genealogy research. When I clip an article it reads the selected article in OCR which leaves a lot to desire in reading it. So, once I clip the article, I edit the clip and write it out so it is easier to read.
Zachary- I think many of us are perfectionists. However, whoever typed these documents was under incredible pressure to get it done before the big holiday weekend. And that includes Sidney Powell herself!
I know all about this because I do that kind of work for lawyers. They must have had a skeleton crew desperately working overtime to type, proof and assemble the documents for submission before Thanksgiving day.

This does happen to me when I convert a PDF to a “searchable PDF”. I use the online Adobe XI. So, the commonly used software on the market does this sometimes. What I see in the filed documents is consistent with my experience. I deal in land title research, so I deal with large volume of documentation.
I prefer hard copy documents over electronic “images”. Lotsa problems with image systems.
Kinda like voting systems. Hardcopy is better that electronic.
HOWEVER – what matters now are the arguments before the judges. Pray for honest judges.
Pray for the U.S. Marshals who protect judges from the anarchist thugs.
I have seen similar typos (word merging and spacing) in my documents in going from one format to a another even after correcting and transferring it back.
Let them get their panties in a twist. While they are doing that, our side will focus on substance.
The fact that they are focusing on misspellings and not challenging the arguments is a major tell IMHO.

Yes, I was relieved to learn that the judge got a clean copy, at least in MI. I was told GA, too, so that’s good if true.

My feeling is that she has a Democrat embed in her staff, who “accidentally” posted the rough rough draft instead of the one filed. The early reports were that copy did not have the proper Blue headers of a filed final version. Everyone is focusing now on the draft instead of the content. I no longer believe in any coincidences and accidents. That tiny screwup has derailed a week of expectations.
I agree and I get flack here on CTH for saying it. It’s embarrassing and unprofessional and I’m glad the Trump team distanced themselves from Sidney before she filed this document. If she had done less interviews she would have had more time to review the document and correct these mistakes.

I found out today that I am a total jerk. That’s putting it lightly.
A good friend of mine, who I love very much, has basically avoided me almost all year because I was a jerk and didn’t know it. We are finally talking again and I’m gonna buy that man a steak in supplication. I care about him that much. Well I actually care more than the price of a steak, I’d buy him a whole cow.
Life is like one lesson after another. I never would have assigned the term “jerk” to myself before today. I thought I was a nice guy. I guess I was pretty selfish looking back. No idea how I let that happen, but that’s not important. Admitting my faults and trying to make good on my promises with my friend are the important things.
I’ll never be perfect. It’s an endless battle to try to be. But I think there is something to the trying of it.
I have God on my shoulders and I’ll do my best. It’s really all any of us can do. And I love all of you, very much. You’re my brothers and sisters after all. We’ll be together some day and we’d best learn to like each other lol.

I grew up around Marines. My dad was a Navy Corpsman. I was his little guy and all of those Marines adopted me.
Many years later I graduated high school and said I wanted to be a Marine. My dad was fine with that but my Mom was not. She told me I had better do something else with my life. So I became a subMarine (submariner).
We had to carry some pretty important information on our boat for a mission and they gave us a Marine to guard the place where we kept that stuff. I lead the charge to get him qualified to get his dolphins.
The first and only Marine to ever get the submarine warfare pin was the goal. Unfortunately the skipper refused to give him a board. Really a travesty, we worked so hard to get all of his quals signed off and he was a good man.
I love Marines. I will always love the Marine Corps, even if I didn’t get to be in it. I’m just glad we have them devil dogs always ready to keep us safe.
We submariners always hung out with the marines in ports, not the navy guys. Especially at Okinawa. Regular Navy were always such little pussies and they hated us anyways. We got into a full scale bar fight with marines in Okinawa and after that we were all best friends.

I know there is a danger, of sorts, in knowing everything about a person. But I’d rather know, and be known. I think it says more about us that we judge each other harshly, than that we are all guilty of routine sins.

I think any illicit tampering with vote tallies that changes a federal election (Congress, POTUS) by 100 votes or more should be met with capital punishment. Less than 100 votes should get 20 years to life. My reason is that this crime is an effort to install an illegitimate government. I don’t know of a more serious crime, including murder. It is what Thomas Hobbes called an act of “war.”

Same thing here with the candidates and ads in Arizona. Mark Kelly seemed conservative, never said he was a Democrat in the ads, pro-America, military, and McSally would say things like “I’m a fighter pilot and will fight for Arizona!” (what does that even mean). No mention of President Trump, MAGA movement, America first. Her ads were weak and didn’t make sense and she conceded to voter fraud immediately.
In my opinion, she was paid to throw the senate seat to both Cinema in 2018 and Kelly in 2020.

I would very strongly recommend that all US citizens do some deep research into what happened in Venezuela between 2003 and 2006. It is ALL highly relevant.
In 2003, there was a demand for a presidential recall referendum vote made perfectly legally under the Venezuelan constitution.
Chavez trampled on the constitution to stack and pack the judiciary – which gave him control of the supreme courts, in particular the Constitutional Chamber. It also gave him corrupt judicial cover for assuming political control of the formerly independent “poder civil”.
This allowed him to appoint his head henchman, Jorge Rodriguez, to lead the “independent” CNE – the body tasked with ensuring free and fair elections.
Jorge Rodriguez found multiple bureaucratic excuses for delaying the acceptance of the petition for a recall referendum, and forced a complete repeat of the process of collecting (the millions of) signatures for the recall petition. This delay was engineered to allow time for two Venezuelan enchufados to set up a shell company called “Smartmatic” at the behest and financing of the Chavez regime.
Rodriguez announced – over massive opposition protest – that new electronic voting machines would be used for the first time ever in the recall referendum. Smartmatic won the “tender” process, despite having no history or experience.
The 2004 recall referendum involved direct electronic manipulation of the vote. (Indeed, it is used to this day as a benchmark test of algorithms designed to test for voting irregularities.) Although the opposition knew that there had been massive outcome-determinant electronic manipulation, they were blocked by the CNE and a politicized judiciary from gaining sufficient access to audit the voting process.
Given the profound distrust of the CNE and of the voting machines from hell, the main opposition parties all refused to participate in the legislature elections (the AN) scheduled for December 2005 unless paper ballots were restored. The elections went ahead anyway despite the boycott – and this gave Chavez complete control of the legislature, which then granted him power to rule by decree. In 2006, with control of the executive, the judiciary, the legislature and the poder civil, Chavez became a de facto dictator, and he set about turning a once-rich Venezuela into the paradise that it became today.
Venezuelans have not had access to a free and fair vote since that time, which brings me to a second point made by James Cross about the US elections:-
“The complaint is almost entirely about the voting machines.”
This is quite patently untrue. There is hard statistical evidence of electronic manipulation of the vote in the US elections in certain counties, but there is also widespread evidence of other irregularities related to inter alia electoral registers, mail-in ballots (and their processing) and suspicious closing and resumption of vote-counting.
It is worth noting that during the Venezuelan elections which took place after the 2004 recall referendum, the regime did not rely on electronic vote manipulation alone to assure victory. They had many strings to their bow, including:- direct intimidation, “assisted voting”, and demographic engineering. Additionally, in mid-afternoon on election days, the election officials would quite illegally hand over copies of voter registration to local colectivos (armed Chavez militia groups) who would then visit individuals in their district who had not yet recorded a vote for Chavez to “encourage” them to vote. These ministrations were aided by the fact that for many years, the regime itself encouraged people to believe that the electronic vote was not secret.
However, there was one trick which was applied in many different places – official closing time irregularities. The CNE would “grant approval” for voting centres to stay open after 18:00 hours “because of the large number of people still waiting to vote”. Eye witnesses and video records generally revealed that there was no-one in line waiting to vote at these centres. Instead, the officials inside, free from any observation, would go through the voter registration lists and check off any names of people who had not yet voted. They would laboriously register an electronic vote for Chavez against each one of these names. This process would continue for hours.
In these centres, the electronic records would all balance:- the electronic printed ballot paper count would match the total number of registered voters who had presented according to the registers. It is only evident in the statistical information, from the change in proportion of votes between the late entries and the early entries, and the unrealistically low level of abstentions.
Of course, nothing like this could ever happen in the USA, could it??? Inability to audit the vote counts against registration? Denial of access to observers? Irregular closure and reopening of vote counts? Direct electronic reassignment of vote? Most people in Venezuela in 1998 could not believe that any of this could happen either.

He’s on day five today says his taste and smell is fading. Basically has a headache and congestion. Says yesterday his kidneys started to hurt when he coughs says it’s a deep pain.
Also says the stamp toms come and go he feels a little weak then it’s gone. Same with congestion and headaches.
I asked him why no meds. He said he did t know. Basically got test done then they text him with in 24 hours that he was positive. And they work through texting him about symptoms and how he is feeling.
If it were me I’d demand hydro. He did say having the flu is worse. And that he’s had worse hangovers.?

If his kidneys hurt, I’d call him and ask him to please take zinc and ask his doc for HCQ. Could keep him out of the hospital (recent study: it lowers chance by 94%.)

If he can’t get HCQ, you can get 500mg Quercetin from Amazon and other places, maybe even from a local health food store. I’ve taken it, but you should stop for a few weeks after taking daily for 3 weeks, then you can get back on it. Also zinc and Vit. D and C, of course.
OMG. I had COVID back in Dec 2019. I went down the list of symptoms when they came out later and I had them all. The weakness that came and went, the loss of taste, etc. I don’t remember them mentioning kidneys, but I remember having a back ache that just wouldn’t quit for a couple of weeks and I knew it was my right kidney. I seem to be all right, only I tire more easily now, even a year later. I didn’t go to the doctor and I took nothing for it.
I believe there are many of folk that have had it as well that know now and that don’t.

Tonic water and/or green tea have a similar ability to open up the cell wall so that zinc can more effectively get in and slow down virus replication like HCQ. Also take a large dose 4x RDA of both vitamins D and C. Zinc is the only one that can be toxic so stay near the RDA.

My friend’s mother who is 94 and in rehab contracted COVID. They put her on oxygen got 2 days snd robitussin. No other medicine. She is doing fine. Just tired.

Long time lurker, first time poster just needed to say, since it appears no one here in these comments has had covid. I had it, 34 years old, mother and father had it, 64 and 65. Mother has diabetes.
It was a fn joke. It didn’t even rank in the top ten for illness in my life. I’ve felt in worse shape bc of the flu multiple times, bronchitis, stomach virus and an ear infection that blew my eardrum out. This wasn’t even remotely close.
My mother and father both agree. My mother said if the hype wasn’t there and she didn’t know she had covid she would have been out around town shopping.
We got no meds but took zinc the whole time so maybe that helped. Dunno, also the doctor who diagnosed me was very aware this is just insane fear porn, though he didn’t come right out and say it. He said, you just need rest, no medicine and you’ll be absolutely fine. He DID initially tell me ‘im sorry, you have covid’ but I think that was more because he’s been seeing ppl have breakdowns when they are told.
Of note, it’s not just a cold though. Wrangling kids right now so I can’t give as much detail as I’d like, but I did have that viral ache in my joints for a month after initial diagnosis which sucked.

My brother (Healthy) and only 40- in MI got Covid and came home from the hospital Wednesday. Dr. Sent him home with nothing as well. In less than a week he called 911 because he was not able to breathe etc., went on a ventilator and stayed on for 2 weeks and had to have a tracheotomy etc. He should not have made it, but did by the grace of God. Come to find out he was also diagnosed with fungal pneumonia! Please have the gentleman go to another Dr. for a second opinion. Perhaps he could go on a Z-PAC and any other preventative. Please ask him to go for a chest X-Ray as well. Doc didn’t even order the X-ray for my brother and we’ve since been told that would have really helped with preventing the whole disaster. My brother will now deal with a ARDS the rest of his life because of the severe lung damage.

I think it is sinister to NOT automatically put new cases on Hydroxy regimen or some type of steroid. WHAT IS THE HARM. They NEEDED that early APPEARANCE of a Biden win, in order to move on to the next stage, pushing the NARRATIVE of a Biden victory.
So, along with underestimating the size of PDJT’s landslide, they had to push a mountain of phoney ballots thru, ON ELECTION NIGHT, …SO THAT they could begin hammering the narrative that Biden won, in hopes of implanting that narrative firmly, and then being able to counter any Trump counter narrative as “sore loser”, unwilling to accept legitimate results.

As Braynard just said on Bannon, there is a problem. Some/all of the bad ballots are mixed in with the rest and no longer identifiable. To the extent that this is true (I’m not sure how bad the mixing in is) it means the SCOTUS and state legislatures have no way to get a correct count. They are relegated to excluding counties or even states from the determination of the Electoral College vote. This is a mess. I think it means that if the state legislatures and SCOTUS to give PT the win it will be done by excluding counties or states and the result of that can very easily be blood in the streets spilled by the Dems’ goons.
We need the fraud to be made plain, obvious, and jaw-dropping for all Americans to see. That will stop the bloodshed to a large extent. You don’t riot in response to getting caught dead to rights cheating.

That’s not entirely correct. The president is elected by the Electoral College and the Electors are chosen by the state legislatures. The Electors can vote for any natural born US citizen over the age of 35 and the winner of the general election is irrelevant.
However, it has been our tradition to select the Electors to vote for the popular vote winner in the state. By doing so, the manner of the elections (where, how, when) is determined by legislation. If the people running the election violate the law by cheating, then the legislators can ignore the results of that election and choose electors to vote for who they think actually won the vote.
The legal challenges in these states is to prove the law was violated in the conducting of the election. This way, a federal court can weigh the manner of the election to the law, to the constitution, and to the voter’s rights (equal protection violations). If the state is in violation of election laws, the courts can rule and the remedy would be to stop the legislatures from accepting the election officials (Secretary of State, etc.) from certifying the votes because they were illegally counted. This does not mean Trump wins the state; it means the legislators now have legal (and more importantly, political) cover to select the Electors to vote for Trump. But the Courts cannot force them to do so because the constitution gives the selection of Electors only to the state legislatures.
It all comes down to the legislatures being convinced the fraud was outcome determinative and choose to elect Trump.

They will ignore it and pretend it never happened – just like they did with the evidence proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Russia investigation was a hoax – just like they did with concrete evidence that Hunter Biden is on the PRC’s payroll and that he funnels money to “the Big Guy”. The answer here is to decertify the election results in states that have been shown to have been compromised by election fraud. The math is on our side. Those crazy vote tabulation graphs showing the precise time/date/location of each fraudulent vote dump are on our side. The sudden disappearance of Dominion Voting Systems from multiple physical locations and internet locations is on our side. The eyewitness accounts are on our side.
If you cannot excise the cancerous votes from the totals, all you can do is excise those states from the totals. MI, WI, PA, GA, AZ, NV.

If you remove excess votes from precincts where there were more votes than voters then you can assume only illegal votes are removed. If you remove the ‘spiked’ votes where the spike is greater than the machines can read then again that would be removing illegal votes. Just about 100% of these illegal votes were for Bite Me.
As of today November 27, no mention of Lin/Powell lawsuits in Dallas Morning News. In mentioning Gen Flynn’s pardon, there was no mention of FBI’s threats to his son, or exculpatory evidence. Any articles about the election always say “no evidence of fraud”. The censorship continues ad nauseum.

In a word no. It can be done much more simply than that. It can be done in a way which completely avoids the messy details of a having a state legislature in a swing state attempt to pick and choose among the county vote totals in order to deliver its own version of a presidential vote count.
As is prescribed in the US Constitution, it is the state legislatures which have ultimate power to choose a slate of electors for president. The Republicans who control the legislatures in the swing states can separate the decisions they make concerning the down-ballot races from those they make about the presidential contest. They can simply say this in a short declaration:
“Whereas it is the duty and responsibility under the United States Constitution for the legislature of the State of [state name] to choose a slate of electors for President; whereas the legitimacy of the popular vote for President held within the State of [state name] has been irrevocably compromised in sum total by voting irregularities significant enough in number, scope, and impact to alter the outcome of the popular vote for President in the State of [state name] ; whereas the discrepancy between the probable true popular vote count for President and the reported popular vote count for President is sufficiently large to reverse the Presidential Election in the State of [state name]; whereas the popular vote count for President certified by other state authorities in the State of [state name] cannot be relied upon as the true expression of a majority of legally participating voters residing in, or voting by absentee ballot, in the State of [state name]; then We, the [legislative body name] of the State of [state name], acting in our assigned role under the United States Constitution, choose Donald John Trump for President of the United States.”
The legislatures in the swing states can argue the details of the vote fraud, and the many irregularities of the election process, as part of their internal debate over enacting this simple, straightforward declaration. But for the legislatures to formally pick through the vote counts delivered by other state authorities for what is or isn’t valid as a vote count is a prescription for failure.
So the fundamental question is this. In the face of blatant, massively perpetrated vote fraud, will the Republicans in the legislatures of the swing states step up to their sworn duty and responsibility under the US Constitution and reverse the outcome of the presidential elections held in their states?
If the Republicans who control the state legislatures in the swing states where massive vote fraud occurred don’t step up to the plate and reverse the outcomes of the presidential elections held in their states; if they don’t stand behind behind Donald Trump in this hour of crisis, then the Republican Party will go the way of the Whigs before 1860 and will be finished as a force in national politics.

First consider that the professional activists willing to use violence, are fewer then some think. They travelled cross country from ‘protest’ to ‘protest’, so easy to think antifa/blm/whatever are more widespread then they actually are. They gained in volume by local ‘occasion rioters’ and protesters.
They also haven’t encountered proper resistence, in Dem areas the police where hardly pro-active and only 1 day jail in case of arrest.
I believe a little bit of targeted ‘extreme violence’ at the first sign of riots will work wonders. Possible protesters or ‘occasion rioters’ would not have joined yet and witnessing a zero tolerence policy will extinguish any potential motivation before it actualizes.
I am also pretty sure said little bit of extreme violence will shock most, of an already limited group, of hardcore 100% anti out of their revolutionairy rollplaying fantasy.
Considering the circumstances it would be legal to apply such measures, can nip it in the butt by spilling less blood then during an average month in Chicago. Perhaps there even will be resources to put leaders or substantial numbers behind bars before they even started gathering their crowdfunded riot gear.
