We have a rather unique situation here… The digital U-Haul is loaded after our eviction from WordPress/Automattic for violations of community ‘wrong think’ and questioning narratives against the interests of Big Tech. After a decade on the platform we are sweeping up the porch and saying farewell to the WordPress community.
The CTH family is disappointed at the business position of Automattic, but we are also excited about the new home we have created. CTH 2.0 is going to be awesome, liberating and even better. We are so blessed and fortunate beyond my wildest imaginings.
Right now we are patching the holes in the walls and running the vacuum while our long-time friends stop by to express their anger about our eviction. Simultaneously, those who moved away to the big city are coming back to visit and express their support.
I cannot go into details, mostly because I haven’t yet decided whether to accept a proposal for a grand exit – or stick to our customary & understated simple wave farewell, but the big city folks want to use this eviction as a warning of sorts.
Apparently, the youthful rebellious spirit within those who sold-out to mega-media conglomerates and bright lights has been triggered. A spirit we at CTH retain.
Out there in the land of the MSM right now there is a group of ‘journalists’ ideologically reminiscing for a time when the counter-culture was fighting for the truth; damn the consequences and without care for wounded feelings, delicate sensibilities or financial livelihoods. They reflect on a spirit we have retained and protected within our CTH community. A spirit we will never stop safe-guarding from enticement and compromise.
We are rag-tag misfits, we are proud of it, and -if needed- we clean up well.
We are a crew more comfy eating pizza from box on a tailgate than trying to fit in with a new media outlook of highfalutin’ big technocrats. We are, quite simply, the rebel alliance.

I found this site because of comments on Lucianne.com from followers, recommending The TreeHouse. I became discouraged with the Lcom site due to the Jonah influence. So began the search for solace because I was petrified when Obama was elected and I realized what he meant by “Fundamental Transformation”. I still view it as 8 years of terror. Stayed with TreeHouse because Sundance offers sanity in the midst of the terror. It is some comfort to have knowledge and understanding of the “plan”. Will follow wherever you go!

I have often wondered about the young redheaded woman gazing out to sea at the approaching storm. She looks like my first wife Carol whom I’m still in love with after 45 years.
I came to the TreeHouse in 2015 around the same day as Donald J. Trump announced his candidacy for the Presidential Election. I was on Brietbart skimming articles and reading some of the comments from their site and an individual had referenced The Conservative Treehouse (cannot remember the article referenced) and to make a long story short, arrived, was greatly impressed with the topics, detail and content and decided to stay! The Treehouse offers the broadest spectrum of content, topics, truth and facts that I have been able to find anywhere else in my 56 years! Honestly, aside from grabbing a link to attach to a post from some other news source, I am able to stay completely caught up and informed on most all news and events by simply hanging out at the Treehouse and reading all of the Articles and Treeper Comments! I was an avid listener of the Rush Limbaugh show and one day while jogging with my earphones in, I tuned into Rush.
Rush read an essay about the fallacies of voting for conservative Republicans since these “so called conservative Republicans” promised everything and accomplished almost nothing once they were in office.
Rush cited the CTH article and the blogger named Sundance.
I immediately found the website and read the article. I re-read it multiple times. I was stunned by its veracity and immediately understood why “conservative Republicans” was an oxymoron.
This moment of clarity hit me like lightening striking hard–the “conservative Republicans” said one thing in public and did the opposite in smoke filled rooms because they actually 100% AGREED with the other side! Heartbreaking!
AND WHY DID YOU STICK AROUND WITH THIS GROUP THROUGH WHATEVER ENDEAVORS YOU FOUND OF VALUE?
The articles that illuminated the “splitter strategies” penned about the Republican primary for POTUS shed additional light on my little world of reality.
In fact, Sundance articulated with terrific dot-connecting facts what I believed for years—political primaries were essentially rigged and the “establishment” selected its next candidates and ensured their victories through a host of Machiavellian schemes.
In addition, captivating “reads” for me continued with the dot-connecting articles on the attempt to take down the POTUS DJT through the RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA, Ukraine, Impeachment and the next “coup du jour”.
I believe Sundance may have single handedly exposed the corrupt FBI, DOJ and Administrative state(s).

This is my answer also. Came here from reading a Rush transcript and the GOPe “splitter strategy” posts articulated everything I knew in my gut but couldn’t put a finger on. Once you see the strings……
This is (I think) my first comment here ever but as you all know, WE THE PEOPLE are millions strong.

I, as well as the others that were on that sight at the time were amazed at the in-depth knowledge this person had and when he was asked who he was and how did he know so much factual detail. he replied he wasn’t anyone special, not some secret insider. He just regularly visited the Conservative Treehouse.

Now that you mentioned it, that redhead watching the storm appeared on the banner when I first visited the treehouse. I felt a very strong connection to her. I come from a long line of fiery redheads who know which way the wind blows.. And I’ve always lived by the sea.
Sundance, if you will, who IS this beacon of hope and how did she become a fixture here?
I like to think it’s my ex wife, Carol. No one looks more “Irish” than Carol. She had the most beautiful dark auburn red hair and a gazillion freckles.
I had that auburn hair many years ago. Looks caramel brown but glows when the sun hits it. Now one of my daughters has it. It goes down the line.. I call it the shine (hat tip to Stephen King).
My other two have hair the color of ripened grain. They are my seeds, my legacy and my gift to the world.. and the reason I am here fighting the good fight. I will do anything in my power to leave this world a better place for all those who come after.
I was a strawberry blonde as a youngster. Both of my daughters are blondes. I never had children with my red headed wife which was the reason we divorced. I felt we were too young at the time and should wait.

I came across TCT most likely from a link on another site. My wife and I have been avid followers ever since President Trump was elected. Obviously we like the site because of the like minded people and of course your analysis of current events. We stick around because of your analysis and no nonsense take on events and the fact that you have been as close to spot on as you can get. Keep it up and keep the faith.
This is a site of no euphemisms – corruption is corruption and lies are lies not “fake news.” Censorship is censorship, even if called deplatforming. I’m pretty sure that’s not a real word, so I’ll stick to censorship. Whatever your new address we will want to read the full text of your careful, clear analysis.
I found CTH as a result of wanting to get non-mainstream media info on the Zimmerman ordeal as it was going on. Sundance’s info was so well sourced and thought out that it made an impression on me. Honestly it’s been the CTH community and sense of fellowship that has kept me returning since then.
The earliest I recall CTH being superior to other websites was in August 2014. Your articles accurately analyzed the shooting of Michael Brown by Darren Wilson in Ferguson Missouri. In the days and weeks after the event I checked in daily to study the developing story.
Along with your analysis your readers provided great support and additional insight explaining what actually happened that night. Compared to the conflicting stories from the ‘MSM’, your reporting made sense and eventually was proven to be true.
I became a regular reader since and always check in to read your assessment of current events.
I arrived at The Conservative Treehouse through the great Rush Limbaugh sometime in 2015 or 2016. I remember that the Presidential Primary season was in full swing.
Rush referenced one of the Cold Anger postings on his show and talked about how this fellow “Sundance” got it. He read some of the post and it so captured my exact feelings that I had to find the site and read the column for myself.
Every time it is updated and reposted I still feel the same; awe that someone else could so eloquently describe my mixed feelings of anger and frustration at what is happening to my beloved country while at the same time making me proud to be an American patriot. A silent patriot who realized that I was not alone and here was a voice that I could instinctively and implicitly trust.
I stayed and visit the site everyday, in fact several times a day. I don’t think I have missed a day in four years. The research is outstanding and the insight is invaluable. Details and data are presented in a straightforward, easily read and understood manner.
Connections are made and clearly explained. Everything is explored nothing is off limits. From the Republican strategy to nominate Bush, Main Street economy versus Wall Street, the Uniparty, the U.S. Chamber of Congress, Nellie Orr’s ham radio license and what seems like a cast of thousands involved in attempting to destroy President Trump and to diminish the deplorables, and even explaining the supply chain involved in stocking our grocery stores, Sundance and the incredible team at The Conservative Treehouse look closely and honestly at issues that matter and touch us all.
I am a lurker, not a commentator, but it didn’t take me long to recognize that the people who read and share their thoughts, knowledge, frustrations and humor here are a special group of people dedicated to freedom and liberty while seeking justice. I would say American patriots, but I don’t want to forget all of the amazing people from around the world who comment and also seek and strive to be free.
Cold anger and the early support for candidate Trump brought me here, but the fearless search for truth and justice keep me coming back daily.

It has always seemed like CTH has been connected to the Acela corridor in many forms at high levels and the perspective has always been appreciated. The “Maganomics” and trade articles really opened my eyes after being involved in US manufacturing for a quarter century. All that was said here is TRUE, especially on how tariffs are applied overseas first.

I found CTH early in Obama’s 1st term. I couldn’t believe the lies being presented to America. It was the Emperor’s Clothes on steroids. I related to ‘cold anger’ and to the notion that not everyone who benefits from freedom will fight to keep it. I keep coming back for the astoundingly insightful articles by Sundance and the hope and spirit of Menagerie. Some days my hope was low and what I found on CTH gave me the inspiration to keep going, mentally. When I realized that Donald Trump was carrying the torch for American and Christian principles, I found similar thinkers at CTH. Mostly I feel like I’ve come home when I visit CTH, my people, not self-important, but humble, hard-workers, who will be ready to roll when the call comes. I started reading the CTH about 6 months before the 2016 election. I am not sure how I found it. Since then I am a daily reader and occasional poster. I find the analysis to be in-depth and provoking and the comments to be enlightening.
Like many here in the Treehouse, I found my way here during the Trayvon Martin debacle. I realized quickly from the comments section that many of my fellow Tea Party activists had found there way here. I knew then that I had found my internet home.

You matter. All of the staff and fellow congregants matter. I came from a link at Breitbart, probably, during the Trayvon fraud. It was refreshing to read the naked and unvarnished truth.
You tell what is going on behind the curtains. President Trump showed us by pulling them back. Between both entities, the swamp has been forced to expose their ugliness in an effort to survive. You are educating an entire nation whether you realize it,or not.

I am a long time reader who arrived here already curious and skeptical, introduced to CTH by SmallDeadAnimals. One or two reads, and CTH became part of my daily reading. The first reason is rather obvious…the quality of the research and writing is simply as best as it comes. Anywhere, anytime.
But even more pleasing is the spirit of CTH, an understated but rock solid sense of conviction that needs no outside assurance or approval, seeks none, and carries on relentlessly in the face of all odds.
The Truth shall prevail, and I wish you the utmost best with v2.0. CTH is one of the things I am very thankful for this year, and a new CTH is the best Christmas present ever!

I can’t remember the year, but the Treehouse was recommended by a friend, probably 8 or 9 years ago. I have always been political and it was while I was working at a University that definitely did not agree with my views. I found a group of like minded people and I felt at home. I have been a daily reader ever since. The research has always been honest and true and has given me many chances of changing peoples minds and educating my family. I have 3 GD at University at the moment and it’s a full time job straightening out the misinformation they learn there. Can’t think of a better place to find answers to my questions.
I came on board in 2016 after seeing a link posted elsewhere. I have since shared this site with many other people. It continues to be as Rush would say, “On the Cutting Edge of Societal Evolution”. Also you SD, continue to be an inspiration. Once more into the breach, my fellow treehousers.

To get an better understanding of the motivation behind all the misdirection and exposure of blatant cover up.

My ideologies of what America has become has changed through this experience. I want and need to know truth. CTH provides this and I cherish reading each article knowing so much hard work it takes getting through the layers of misdirection. I love our United States of America and will always support true patriotism for making our country better than we found it.
I found my way to CTH by way of another news aggregator. I found the reporting but really analysis brilliant. I think it was around the time of Trayvon Martin. While Sundance is truly an educator he is also a friend and mentor. I have been able to use his writings as a teaching tool to enlighten others
I also need to share that it is also the good people that comment here that also keep me coming back…..several times a day. You all are like friends and wonderful neighbors. This is a fellowship and I love you all! You have kept me sane, made me laugh and cry. Followed conservative radio in Dallas in the 1980’s starting with David Gold on KLIF. Many references to Rush…who had not yet made “big time” to WBAP but followed him there once he did.in 1989.Fortunately my real estate development business offered me the opportunity to be out of the office frequently and listen in the car to not only to Rush but Hannity etc but Rush has always been my go to guy.
Saw a link on the American Thinker back in 2016 and promptly checked it out. CTH is my number one go to site. Check it multiple times a day. Will follow to the ends of the earth…
How I ended up here/ find your self a member
It was 2016 it was a odd way lol. A friend told me Trump was going to win the election. His proof was the big F you rant by Michael Moore about the middle America people who had been done wrong by big corporations. That got my curiosity up and started searching things. Somehow I stumbled on one of your main st vs wall st posts. That really got me into looking at things.
I became totally hooked on the site with a post about trade with China. Actually what we ship out compared with what we ship in.
Since then I have become so much informed. I don’t talk much on here but I read the comments and share so all kinds of posts from here. But the post and comments have made me knowledgeable enough now I can counter of arguments and actually have switched a few people.
This site has been amazing for me.

One remarkable thing I have learned from CTH is how things work in D.C. I had no idea who really writes the laws for this country. I thought it was our elected representative “law-makers” I had no idea that corporations write laws who then give them to lobbyists who then pitch to congressmen and senators. I immerse myself in information, good and bad. I intensely followed RatherGate, the Libby railroading (while Bush left him dangling), the Trayvon case, and of course this journey into Deep State where they get bolder and bolder. A few years ago I immersed myself for many months, maybe even a couple years, into daily reading of ThinkProgress (Good Gawd!) and DemocraticUnderground (MOAR Good Gawd!). You know you have learned a foreign language when you can “think” in that language. I can speak and think fluent Commie if I have to. What that experience did was fine tune my BullShit meter. I can tune out so called “conservative” sites pretty instantly if I can detect even a whiff of “establishment”.
The one site where my BullShit meter has never even wiggled is this site right here. Even with the occasional troll – which somehow you keep far at bay.
Far and away the greatest attribute of this site is the nudge by Sundance into something “interesting” and then the crowd-sourcing by knowledgeable and outstanding commenters to flesh it out and expose it for what it is.
This is the go-to site for facts and information on many things. With all of the wailing about twitter suppressing information, you can still get what you need there if you know where to look, but the bottom of the latest Presidential thread always has the most up to date information an anything meaningful.

I can’t remember the specific link that got me here, but I do remember the time and reason.
I ended up here because I believed the Trayvon Martin case was being used to vilify white people and the Treehouse resonated with that belief. That resonance has continued in many areas through the years, most especially in politics, culture, faith, humanity and government.
Since first landing here, not a day has gone by that I haven’t visited the Treehouse at least once, and more commonly it’s been 10-20X/day. Sundance’s content is remarkably compelling, but I also learn so much by reading the comments. There is no place I’d rather be on the net. I gave up print and network media years ago. My motto for the last 8 years has been, “If there’s something I need to know, I’ll find out at the Treehouse.”
Our family’s income was completely real-estate related and unfortunately highly leveraged. Due to the economic collapse of 2009 and some bad financial and legal advice we received at the time, I’ve been forced to work more than full time while most of my friends are retiring. I don’t have as much time as I once did for crowdsourcing original material, which I believe is the lifeblood of CTH. That has made me a consumer here, rather than much of a contributor, which I regret, yet appreciate.

I found CTH when you published detailed and thorough investigate reporting on the Jessica Chambers Murder.
I have stayed with CTH because of the regular detailed investigative reporting on the Deep State Uni-Party.
Together – we are the Rebel Alliance fighting against the Evil Empire of the Global Deep State.
While researching something on the Zimmerman case, I managed to discover the Conservative Treehouse. I knew instantly I found a home for many of the same reasons already mentioned above, and I will not repeat them now. I have been a daily visitor ever since that first day.
It is the INTEGRITY of the site that has kept me here. I admire most the focus on accuracy, and Sundance’s CONSISTENT and UNCOMPROMISING adherence to a set of moral principles and values, especially about truth and life.
In the early days rarely was there a published comment on the board that had to be fact checked. It was an example of crowdsourcing at its finest. Is there another site anywhere could make that claim?
With the growth of the site over the years, it was inevitable that an increasing number of posters would not adhere to the high standards exhibited by the early CTH dwellers, and that is my ONLY issue with the site now. I would hope that some of the newer posters would go back and look at some of those archived articles and discussions. They are simply amazing!
We need to be more judicious about what we post. I believe that’s what Sundance means when he says we aim to be deep and not wide.

A trusted friend and confidant told me about CTH. CTH is and has been my top go to site ever since. Thank you for reminding us all who we are and what we stand for and will not stand for. My father volunteered for The US Army the day after Pearl Harbor. Served in the Battle of the Bulge as a Forward Observer. My dad was awarded a Bronze Star and 2 Purple Hearts for running ahead of the front line… to radio the coordinates of Nazi Artillery Positions back to our big guns far behind him. A Forward Observer has a 20 second life expectancy in battle. My dad got hit with shrapnel. Wounded, bleeding my dad Ran to the next hilltop and continued to radio back Nazi locations. His Bronze Star citation reads “extreme coolness under intense enemy artillery fire desires our nation’s highest parise…” I am reminded of who we are. Why am I here..? As the simple product of filtration and of factual reduction. Of the literally dozens of top tier informational based websites. CTH stands alone ! Those who post intelligent, fact based information. Then present their argument for their opinion on same. Then, allow for an almost unlimited, uncensored, UN-profane Comments Section. Where some of the brightest subject matter experts, as well as, the average, concerned readers (myself included). Are encouraged to further, both the discussion and the pursuit of truth with (Deep Dives) and correlated intell. IMO, at this moment in American history makes CTH, the citizen’s equivalent to Radio Free Europe. This little, dot on the intaweb, has become a very serious counter-force, to the global totalitarian threat building across western civilization…

Found the Treehouse many years ago. I was doing what I always do, searching the internet for alternative views because I knew the media was lying to me. Not sure if I found it from a search or a comment link but I remember when I found it I was so excited to find an article that put my thoughts into comprehensible text. Don’t remember who wrote the article because back then all the admins put up posts. I remember spending a weekend reading every post back to the beginning of the site a few months before I started reading and wondering what site you all left to create your own. Anyway, I think I have read just about every post on this site since it started. I used to read every single comment too, but the days of doing that are long gone as there are way too many now. I don’t comment much but I consider my fellow Treepers my people and love you all. I stick around because I value the information I find here and the kindred spirits that contribute to this site.
I think it was the Travon coverage that changed me from a occasional viewer to spending every morning with my first cup of coffee in the treehouse.
It was a link on Breitbart from a commenter that sent me to your article on Adm. Mike Rogers that sent me here. You said that Adm. Rogers could be our Condor, when he busted the use of the About searches, and went to Trump Tower to warn about the spying. Trump moved his operation to New Jersey the next day. I knew you were on to something, and had the ability to track it. And I’ve been here ever since.
Rush Limbaugh made me aware of this site and Sundance some years ago. I book marked and checked in from time-to-time. However, I became an admirer and fan in recent months, as I wanted to understand the events surrounding the despicable way in which General Michael Flynn was treated by elements of his own country’s government. The clarity and, as has been mentioned many times here, the way in which Sundance is able to connect the dots and back up his findings with documentation made this a daily go-to site for me. I was also looking for some clarity on President Trump. He was not my first choice for President in 2016 and, though I am keenly aware of the media’s corruption, I had let them influence how I viewed Trump, I’m so sad to say. Their bias had seeped in some how. My readings on General Flynn inevitably led to the rest of ObamaGate/Russia Russia Russia! In the end I came to consider that, perhaps, Donald J. Trump was, in fact, the right man at exactly the right time in our nation’s history. I find that The CTH aligns with my core beliefs and as I constantly check and re-check my views toward daily events CTH has become an indispensable stop on my daily rounds.
1. How did you find yourself a member of the CTH community?
I reckon I find myself in support of the treehouse community because of this famous Scripture, John chapter 15, verse 19 (Moffat’s translation): “If the world hates you, remember it hated me first. If you belonged to the world, the world would love what it owned: it is because you do not belong to the world because I have chosen you from the world that the world hates you.” The treehouse community is hated by the world which, to me, is a sign of success.
2. What was it that brought you here?
Common sense and common decency brought me here. Both are woefully lacking in today’s world. When Mark Twain and his companions traveled the earth, they could go anywhere and talk to anyone about anything. Even in the teeming markets and tiny streets of ancient Damascus, where Muslim hostility toward infidel Christians was not hidden, there was always the common bond of the human condition. Common sense and common decency are Godly characteristics. Following the two world wars and those so-called “cultural revolutions” of the 20th century, common sense and common decency have been driven from the public square. Plainly stated, the enemies of common sense and common decency are enemies of God our Father.
3. And why did you stick around with this group through whatever endeavors you found of value?
The Sundance Crew are assembling a meticulous record of how bureaucrats, lawyers and politicians use the hateful concepts of “precedent law & administrative law” to methodically destroy the Constitutional Republic of The United States of America. The Sundance Reports give me an overall impression of our status as a people. Most important to me are the comments of others who support the treehouse community. I believe reform and redress of our Constitutional government will be impossible unless & until Presidential Executive Order #10988 is rescinded and the unionized bureaucracy is eradicated at every level in all departments.
Very hard to “like” again by WordPress. Logging in by replying seems to work. This is another reason why your leaving of this site is a good thing for followers.
I can only echo others who have preceded me. I cannot remember how I found CTH. But, I have been a constant visitor since. Your explanations of the links of the FBI/CIA collusion to spy on and then impeach Pres. Trump was astounding; that anyone could ferret out the relationships and the permutations of them boggled my mind. I still cannot keep the details straight, but the implications were damning.
I have been equally impressed by the expertise of some of the people who comment. Clearly, many have served in government and/or held positions requiring engineering, IT, financial, legal backgrounds.
Your explanation of the role of legislators is both enlightening and terrifying. They are almost all merely figureheads for those who pay for their elections and reward them for their votes for the lobbyists’ legislation.
I fault ordinary citizens who chose not to bother themselves with politics, or if they do it is enough to merely vote. Not enough have donated to or worked for decent candidates; wrote letters to the editor, acted as precinct committeemen. We passively believed “the news” and assumed good will on the part of the media, our teachers, church leaders.
To his everlasting credit, Rush Limbaugh challenged the increasingly Leftist narrative gaining adherents from those who had no public voice before him.
In spite of Rush, the Noose of Lies was around our necks with all the forces of law and influence were controlled by the hostile Left, leading to the rise of the Clintons and Obamas. Truth tellers were in trouble; we conservatives were in serious trouble. We ordinary citizens who followed the rules, loved the country, were openly called racists, deplorables, etc.
Those of us who were awake grabbed onto the Internet sources as lifelines. When we tried to warn our friends, extended family, of articles, we were met with mockery: “The Internet is full of lies; it’s not a verifiable source of information.” Even when highly credentialed individuals began to create blogs; they were considered “fringe” and ignored by the MSM. Now that the Conservative news aggregators and essayists, amateur video takers have created a strong following, the tech giants have resorted to censorship to keep the truth from emerging.
Thank you, Sundance et al, for providing valuable information, insight, and hope. I know that I will follow you wherever you go. I have told countless people, my grown children especially, about the site and many now read your blog faithfully.

I found myself coming here via researching candidate Donald Trump. I forget how/who showed me the link, but as I looked deeper into President Trump, and noting similarities between him and Ronald Reagan, I found CTH valuable.
I stay here to read this group’s perspective. Having several sources to compare and contrast premises, evidence and conclusions help me see what’s true and what’s spin.

WHAT BROUGHT ME TO CTH?
What impressed me first was the detail of the anaylsis I lurked and learned for about 8 years. The Treepers were so intellectual, reasonable and I loved the Christ-like atmosphere that permeated the Treehouse. Sundance’s brilliant anaylsis kept me coming back from day to day and Menagerie, Ad Rem and everyone made it feel like home or a nice comfy blanket to come back to.

I have gleaned more information in one sitting of CTH than over the whole MSM/Blogosphere combined. Sundance completely uncovered the Russian collusion scam that was perpretrated on President Trump with no help from anyone.
I also receive spiritual comfort when I turn to this site. There is always a Prayer or an Amen to be found and I finally found my courage to starting commenting with this wonderful group of people who I have found perched in the branches of the Treehouse. It has truly been a blessing and I daily find new knowledge that no one else will report on.
