Besides Rudy’s hair dye rundown and flop sweat, the press has been impressive.
But once again I have to reiterate. Sorry for being an ass or an eyeore (though I think we will win this)—- but the legal team is getting lost in the weeds.
They need to push from the very beginning the point that the stopping of vote count is in itself against statutes of 4 of the 6 swing states. And that everything else- all the fraud- stems from that original legal violation.

That said, they DID mention the stopping of the count SEVERAL times (both Sidney and Jenna). I believe they actually ARE focussing on that as a legal argument, but the American public, who are not as familiar with this as we are, can only absorb/process so much at a time. Dominion had to be front and center.

I am sorry but if every time a person here makes a rational point supported by facts—but that, alas, does not comport with some treeper’s misguided notion of ‘optimism’ or even ‘realism’–and is then insulted and accused of being a troll, then a profane response is appropriate.
The reason people come to this site and view it is a beacon of common sense is because viewpoints are not reflexively discounted and discarded. They are accepted, weighed as per their merit and, then either ignored or discussed and argued. My point re legal and PR strategy was based on rationality and presented with complete sincerity: it did not merit Sunflower’s response.

I differ on that. These are civil rights violations of levels unseen, and DOJ has a responsibility to pursue those IMO.
You are right, Civil Right violations are criminal (not civil despite the name) and the DOJ and the FBI should be all over them, But as they are criminal the campaigns attorneys are not directly involved in their prosecution.

Rudy was the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York. According to the Mob Museum, when he stepped down from that position: “he was perhaps the most famous law enforcement official in the United States. I have to say she unequivocally stated that the servers have been taken and added that she didn’t know if it was good or bad guys. That sounds like a statement that will get a lot of pant schyting. It may also signal that this team is frustrated with not having their backs by our FBI and DOJ. Could it also mean deep state FBI/DOJ and good guy FBI/DOJ are fighting over who controls the server and it’s investigation.
My money’s on the good guys. I’ve read that the CIA was left out of the loop on this, or at least neutered on that raid. Maybe that’s why Haspel was visiting McConnell last week–told to lay off. Esper had to go to pave that path.

She needs to show exactly when and how the vote was hacked – which should be unimpeachable because it would be the system’s own log. Specifics on the software fraud and any forensics will be presented in court, not in a press conference. I do agree they will need more than circumstantial evidence relative to computer fraud.
When she gets into the Soros and Venezuela stuff it probably came off to casual voters as tin foil hat sounding but overall I thought it was fantastic. Get information out there that there are actual witnesses to the fraud! A lot of great things happened in this press conference.

Umm, was there a different press conf. on than the one I saw? They did a great job of defining and refining what they have found. I’m sure some info is being kept quiet for court cases coming up. No good lawyer is going to spill all his goodies in front of a hostile press and the public at this point. All in all, they were terrific and delivered a strong statement that immense fraud has occurred in our election process and we cannot let it go on.

And then Karl Rove comes on and says ‘They can’t just SAY they have evidence but must present it in court.’ Well duh. Did he not HEAR what Giuliani said about that–: that they have not been given the opportunity to present it in court YET. Or is Rove just another master twister of the truth.
