to the best of my knowledge, they voted to NOT certify the vote. Then, because of pressure and threats, they rescinded on their vote to not certify. Then, they rescinded on their rescind-tion. But like another guy said, this is changing hourly, so I may be wrong.

They dropped this suit because the relief sought was that Wayne county NOT certify its vote…since that appears to be what occurred (based on the withdrawal of certification approval by the two R officials)…there is nothing more to accomplish by that particular suit.
If Wayne county can’t/didn’t certify by the deadline, now past, then the state can’t certify.
This then throws it to the republican controlled legislature to appoint the electors based on the outcome of the state wide vote total, minus Wayne county (Detroit), which I believe puts President Trump as the winner of the remaining vote totals that were certified by the remaining counties.
Which means President Trump will win MI!!!

To be honest, that is not much different from what a lot of people said on here when he argued the PA case. Some of the people here with legal experience said it was a poor performance. I’m not sure because I wasn’t able to listen to it.
It has been 3 years since Mayor Rudy has been in a courtroom, plus the PA Supreme Court had just come out with a ruling the change a big part of their lawsuit, plus the key legal team had just up and quit due to doxxing and fears for safety which necessitated the need for Mayor Rudy’s need to step in.

Just guessing here, but maybe each lawyer and team have specifics they are working on and when the other lawyers quit at the last minute, all had to pick up extra work to cover for it. Maybe they only had Rudy left and available to cover this part and he hadn’t been able to prepare as well as he needed to at the last minute.
I think this case was just to get it in court and on record and they were not expecting to win at this level. Just what I heard elsewhere, that some of these initial cases are just to establish court proceedings for SCOTUS later. Maybe they didn’t need a top courtroom level lawyer to bring it before the judge.
Not knocking Rudy and I did not hear him so not sure what he did or didn’t do. All I know is the guy is 74 and working his tail off to help PDJT and I admire him for that effort. He didn’t need to do this.

Court strategy should be kept close to the vest, till you make your court presentation. There are 4 exceptional former prosecutors there. so they may have not even determined what they be still debating exactly what they will do.
We know that affidavits are important, so sharing one of these at the presser is helpful. However, I want (soon) a news conference led by Sidney Powell that resembles an opening statement in the court, with clear, concise, massive compelling statements with evidence. The attention span of people, much less the opposition propaganda press, is tiny. I love Rudy but he should be used as an accessory speaker to their team.

As a Brit , and knowing just how patriotic many Americans are for their country , I am genuinely curious.
It is hard for me to believe that that the NSA and Military Intelligence did not know this coup was to be executed. Too many electronic comms used today…. peoples habits hard to break and so they get careless.
It is even harder for me to believe that the men and women serving in your forces were OK with it?
I believe that the DIA knew what was going on and is actively gathering evidence that will be used to prosecute some of the the criminals. I believe that top military brass seriously considered a coup against Obama after he won the 2012 election. They knew the corruption. They knew what happened in Bengazi. They knew that they weren’t fighting to stop ISIS.
They decided that a military coup wouldn’t go over well with the US public, especially with the people completely brainwashed by the MSM. So they looked around for a patriot that could win and that didn’t have a ton of skeletons in their closet. They would know who has skeletons, they intercept all internet and communication traffic.
They recruited Donald J. Trump to run for president and the told him about this plan that they had to wake up the public to the lies and graft and he said yes.
I believe that PDJT is basically constantly in contact with a team of about 10 DIA enlistees that are helping him execute this elaborate plan to free the USA from corruption and “protect the constitution from enemies, both foreign and domestic.”

Don’t know what’s going on but I lost audio for a while & could hear unfriendlies talking, then I lost video. It’s back now. This is very odd.
I saw an electoral vote map within that past few days that showed President Trump with, I think I have the number correct, 410 electoral votes, and Bye-done with whatever, and the time being around 4 AM or so, whatever the time was when the counting stopped and more votes were added to the electronic count in the servers, wherever they were. I wonder if the Supreme Court could rule that the electoral vote would be what that vote was at that time, end of story.

Until Biden is certified as the winner, he is an ordinary citizen who is not permitted to access this type of information. If POTUS allowed this, the Democrats would try to impeach him because he allowed an ordinary citizen access to classified information. If Biden wants access, then call for a true investigation into potential election fraud to prove/disprove his legal constitutional right to his election— but we all know he won’t because calling for such would prove he didn’t win.
