Can someone explain the “cycles” threshold?
My understanding is the CDC demanded at least 33 cycles. Each cycle magnifies, so at higher and higher number of cycles you find dead fragments. Fauci himself said in July any virus found at 35 cycles or above is not capable of replication or contagion (meaning worthless, false positive)
The bids put out had a minimum, but not a maximum threshold. Some labs are spinning well into 40+ cycles, top I’ve heard is 47.
Harvard did a retrospective study of positive tests from July in NY, MA and NV. Harvard experts say it should be 30 cycles, but I think they ran 32. Other countries are doing 25-30 cycles, my understanding is that is the normal range.
Back to study, results were published in none other than NYT. What they found at lower cycles 70% of NY’s positives were not positive at a more reasonable cycle. 80-90% of MA’s were not positive. They studied NV too, but I’ve yet to hear what the results were there.
Those results explain a lot of the asymptomatic people, those people most likely don’t have and never had covid. There had a fragment in their nostril at testing. You breathe in fragments dead or alive of all kinds of viruses, that’s why you have an immune system to take care of them.
What I want to know is whether Governor’s have any control on the upper limit of cycles? DeSantis fired a lab here in Florida due to a dump of tens of thousands of cases, many were months old. If he has that power does he have the power to say no labs spin more than the 33 cycles set forth by the CDC? If he does, he should and so should other governors. Having massive numbers of false positives is not instructive, garbage in, garbage out.

This article is exactly how I feel right now. I have people in my family, a lot actually, who voted for Biden because they thought Trump was too brash and not “presidential”. Retired Magistrate here: I keep thinking about that Executive Order that President Trump signed in 2018 regarding interference with U.S. elections by outside entities. The Executive Order gives different government agencies the power to investigate election interference by entities outside the United States. The investigation must be concluded within 45 days of the election. The Attorney General is involved, the Director of DNI and others. Executive Order 13848 also gives various agencies the power to seize property and evidence of election interference.
In my opinion this could be President Trump’s ace. If he uses this it would certainly create a firestorm, but I think he has probably already implemented it. If the cases fail at the Supreme Court or if the Supreme Court refuses to take the cases (the Supreme Court does not have to take any case) then President Trump could address the nation and put forth all the evidence he has uncovered before he leaves office.
I am putting this out there because Sidney Powell seems very confident in what she is asserting and after her experience with the Court system and General Flynn I think she knows that you can’t depend entirely on the Court system.
And, I would assume for such an important thing the NSA tools are fully available.

Good points. 17th Amendment poisoned the well of liberty. That no one in politics will even discuss its repeal is quite telling.
The idea of SCOTUS ordering a new election is really not viable. The Constitution spells out required timing of events and there is no time for another election without violating the Constitution. SCOTUS will not put themselves in that position. We will have to hope one of the other options works.
Interesting as this requires the Supreme Court to ignore the parts of constitution regarding requirements for office, yet pay pay attention certifying dates while ignoring dates for conduct of voting. Then the courts ignore the law regarding fraud, conduct of the election and sedition.
The courts can ignore the first Amendment right to assemble, freespeech, religious freedom, but can’t delay specific dates for a re-do vote with only citizens voting with personal ID validated?

But Scotus can still set aside the fraudulent results, and declare the the proper remedy in this case is to let state legislatures decide, per Article 2 Section 1. That takes them off the hook for picking the new president. Who really knows what each leg in question will do, even if R’s control.

Anecdote: Perhaps a repeat of what was done in California in 1994 with Prop 187. It was voted in by the people of CA 63% for 37% against. While i was looking up the educational background of Dan Crenshaw, from Texas, idid a quick survey of people assigned to very key positions at the Pentagon. There is a common thread going all the back to Obama’s days of loyalty testing.
Very very few Military Academy Grads (West Point, Annapolis, Air Force) and none is decision making roles.
Most have some level of Degrees from Ivy League.

I can’t believe the for the sake of the American people, the Supreme Court wouldn’t at least rule in favor of some sort of audit in the 6 states that seem to be absolutely marred with controversy. There’s simply too many “whoops” situations and too many anomalies to ignore and an audit, at the very least puts all doubts to rest. Georgia alone is doing a simply recount (which is under shady as hell restrictions as it is) and they’ve already uncovered thousands of errors. Imagine an audit, then a recount? Also, isn’t it funny that every error, in every state seems to only favor Biden? Not a single vote accidentally went to Trump, but thousands upon thousands have gone to Biden, multiple times?
Make no mistake, this is truly the last election that will matter if these issues aren’t resolved in the SCOTUS. If the dems get away with this amount of fraud, they’ll only learn from their mistakes and make it more foolproof as we move forward.

No. I watched in detail the returns on the night of the election. I personally spotted very irregular patterns the night of the election that I had never seen going back to the 1996 election.
1) States called as soon as the polls close
This occasionally happens in the past but as you watch the numbers, the direction the state is called is never in questions. The night of the election, this occur on several states (previous elections it’s one or two states) that for hours had major Trump leads.
2) Complete coordinated shutdown of vote counting by several states.
I can’t ever recall a state shutting down counting AT ALL. It happened in this election at nearly the same time in several states
3) Vote counts GOING DOWN for candidates.
I can’t EVER recall seeing this. The counts ALWAYS have gone up that I can recall. If they previously did go done it was rare and the media addressed every single instance with explaining why.
4) Continually finding new ballots to count FOR DAYS.
Yes, there are many more mail in ballots this election and I took that into consideration. Finding ballots for days is questionable even given the increase in mail in ballots.
5) INSANE turnout
The turnout in disputed states/counties is absurd.
6) Metrics for this election are highly improbable.
In short, before Trump ever said anything, the whole thing stunk to high heaven to me personally having watched presidential elections going back to the previous century.

I do wonder why we have to go through all the lower courts first. I can understand the need to have reason for the Federal Jurisdiction, but once the Federal Jurisdiction is esablished on a Presidential Election it should go directly to SCOTUS.
2 of the Justices (Roberts and Kavenaugh) , who are supposed to be “conservative”, have a nasty habit of voting against even allowing a case to be heard by the court if it has not gone through ALL the proper steps and process first.
Then there is Justice Barret who has recused twice and I have a bad feeling would rule the same way.
It take 4 of 9 Justices to agree to even hear a case.
3 Justices will vote no no matter the evidence.
