I tried to call Monica Palmer at the number provided. I was told it was just the general number for Wayne County and not Monica’s line. I then asked her for the number to the Wayne County Board of Canvassers and she told me she’s sorry, she doesn’t have that number. Unbelievable. I don’t think for one minute they don’t have access to the various county office phone numbers. What else would the general county line (which I verified by looking it up on their website) be for except to get connected to all the other offices????? I tried to email the Wayne County Clerk but the email link doesn’t appear to work, unless it’s just a problem on my laptop.

That’s very discouraging. I saw that a few minutes before I was to post the prayer post and was able to quickly delete the “Praise” reagrding the refusal to certify. Either some of them got bribe money to change their vote or they are spiteful to mislead us. Sometimes its nice to remember the guidelines for commenting; it’s one that I hope gets transferred to the new platform that Sundance et.al. decides upon.
My favorite, because it keeps the conversations on point, and moving along so that we learn from one another, is to not personally attack others who post comments, like why some feel free to attack others for not using twitter, facebook or other platforms as if not joining onto those platforms means that person is only preaching to the choir? How would we know what other things, in the real world, people are doing?

No I didn’t miss it (what gave you that idea?), and I’ve advocated for considering public protests against a judge to be obstruction of justice.
Public protests should never be allowed in front of courthouses, or to make reference to specific courts of law, or judges.
Legislatures choose and fire judges. Their offices should be the only acceptable places for protests about courts or judges. Everything else is meant to sway particular decisions in particular directions, very much akin to jury tampering, and a crime..
If the President’s case ends up at the Supreme Court, US marshals should shoo the mobs of protesters over to the capitol building. Anything else should be considered a violation of the law.

I hope Sidney and team are looking at the same data Gateway Pundit is, and in the same context
Because it looks to me like the most compelling oddity and evidence of fraud that I can imagine
Gateway Pundit often is painted as sensationalistic and unreliable, and I’ve experienced its clickbait tendency myself, finding that what’s in the body of some articles doesn’t live up to the big reveal promised in the headline.
But you gotta see the tables they’re turning out
If you haven’t been reading the series of 6 articles, I’d recommend having a look
The pattern they find in several states is that after a couple big vote dumps that put Biden ahead, all later batches of votes read into the system have the exact same proportion of Biden-to-Trump votes, like 51% Biden, 49% Trump
… not enough to make glaring errors like ending up with more votes than registered voters
… but just enough to ensure that once Biden’s ahead, Trump never passes him
To me this indicates blatant fraud, in that reporting vote counts into the system is being done by algorithm or pre-calculated totals that follow a fixed, decided upon, percentage
GP also points out that the fixed percentage ratios agree among several batches to 3 decimal places, Michigan here:
There are numerous batches after this point in time where the batches are reported at the EXACTLY same split, this time 50.254% Trump to 49.746% Biden, that’s right, precision to the THOUSANTH decimal.
At 9:02 AM EST, there are two more large Biden batches counted that give Biden the first lead of election, with 91% of the votes counted and at 9:15 AM EST, Biden leads 49,3% to 49.2%!
And from that point on, ALMOST EVERY BATCH is counted as 49% Trump, 50% Biden! 28 of 44 of them!

Again, these tables are more compelling to me than anything else I’ve seen, barring eyewitness affidavits that will attest first-hand to fraud carried out

There is even more evidence of fraud than Gatewaypundit described. I will try to put it down in this reply. Bear with me, and, please refer to the table you posted above:
The Gatewaypundit claimed that every single vote batch after the Biden dump had the same ratio Biden vs Trump (50.051% vs 49.949%). That is not quite true – and that reveals how the figures were obtained.
Let’s look at the first set of votes after a lot of votes disappear from Trump’s column. At 22:01:41Z Biden gets 2371 votes and Trump 2366 votes. (I don’t know why the program decides to show that in decimal format, ie 100s votes, rather than in integers, but that’s how they do it.) Now Biden’s ratio of those votes is 2371/(2371+2366) = 2371/4737 = 50.053%
That’s close but not quite the ratio in the column. Trump’s ratio is 2366/4737 = 49.947. Again close but not quite there.
OK, let’s look at the next batch. Biden gets 49 votes and Trump gets 49 votes. No difficult math there; 50,000% each. Again, close but not cigar.
Let’s do a third one. Biden gets 889 votes, Trump 887 votes. Biden’s ratio is 50.056%, Trump’s ratio is 49.944%
Really, that is not correct. Can the program not carry out proper divisions?
Well, let us look at it from another point of view. Assume that the programmer has decided that from the time points later than 22:00:40Z Biden’s share of the vote batches shall be 50.051% then we have the first batch coming in:
A total of 4737 votes gives Biden 0.50051 x 4737 = 2370.92 votes. However, votes, even in this program, must be integers, so Biden gets 2371 votes, and Trump does not get 2366,08 but 2366 votes.
Thus, the figures in the columns “Incremental vote democrats” and “Incremental votes republicans” are incorrect if one assumes that they are calculated from the number of votes. However, if the votes are calculated from the predetermined [sic!] percentages then the figures makes sense given the rounding off errors.
Sorry, the last paragraph should read:

That’s a bingo, I do believe.
The use of fractional votes by the software kind of screams rigging to me. There is no such common-sense thing as a fraction of a vote in the real world.
(Just a small-limb-hanger here, not a math expert of course.)
When votes are calculated in decimal form, again ridiculous, the algo must eventually found off to the nearest integer. You are using the vote totals to reverse engineer the swipe which will reveal the rounding error

The most clear distinction between Republicans and Democrats is in the women.
Republican women are happy, confident and attractive. Sarah Palin has these characteristics, and she scared the Democrats worse than even Mister Trump.
Democrat women are almost inevitably angry, hate-filled, and mostly unattractive. The anger is often a required pose, as in the case of Michelle Obama (who’s had a dream life, but still plays at unhappiness).
The gain in the number of Republican women in the House of Representatives is a positive sign for the Party, and the country. The unhappy, unmoored young women who vote Democrat have to be attracted (or at least intrigued) by the conservative alternatives offered by the GOP.
In the short term, the Republican Party may be at the mercy of Mitch McConnell. This elderly, amoral man may well crave the role of captain of the Washington Generals: professional losers. He thinks of his own good, and the good of the members of the Senate (both parties). The good of the country comes a distant third.
The strong, young women now beginning to populate the House may be the last hope for the GOP, and the American idea.

Has anyone on here ever written a complaint or a brief? It is painstaking to get it right. Perfectly good cases have been dismissed or lost because of poorly written briefs. They must speak directly to the phraseology of the law involved.

Yes, but these lawyers are doing yeoman’s work in documenting and presenting the fraud evidence to the court. I wish people would cease their complaints about how long it is taking (over 2 minutes is too long for some) and their not giving away their specific evidence in an interview. I would anticipate that Donald J Trump will be filing suit against various states, their governors, mayors, and election officials. Let the Supreme Court declare that, in spite of glaring constitutional violations and sworn affidavits, these states, per the Constitution, are perfectly authorized to conduct elections in the ‘place and manner’ of their choosing, at which point law-abiding citizens may decide that they too have reached a moment in time ‘for choosing.’
At the very least, over half of the President’s 73M voters will defect from the Republican Party. Current and future conservative politicians would do well to take note.
