There were also subtractions for Joe but were counter acted by Subtractions greater for P Trump.He stated 59000 were transferred from 3rd party to Joe and 60000 was erased from PDJT .
This would match what appears to have happened in VA.

When will they file? I saw a Rudy tweet that it will be this week. The delay is understandabke but hard to take.
It will have to be before December 14 when the Electoral College votes for President or it will be too late.
It has to be way before that so it has time to get to Supreme Court. They also will probably file in multiple states.
In legal cases, it’s not necessarily wise to disclose your strategy (and we’re dealing, at this time with civil suits – criminal suits are different, and hopefully will follow) and this includes the evidence to back your claim. Disclosing evidence publicly gives the defendant time to cure or erase/dispose of incriminating trails and items.
It makes 100% perfect sense that Rudy, Sidney, Lin, et al are not going to disclose their evidence on national television at this time.
Assuming the cases proceed and are not summarily thrown out by corrupt judges, we will all find out what the evidence is in due course. The cases will enter the discovery phase and then we will know.
It is also possible that some of the incriminating/damning evidence has been turned over to prosecutors, in which case we won’t know until criminal charges are brought and the cases proceed to discovery.

There is too much that remains non-transparent. The FBI, the CIA, the DHS and it CyberSecurity &Infrastructure Agency (CSIA), the National Center for Statewide Interoperability Coordinators, the NSA, all have responsibilities and enormous resources to monitor, expose, interdict, and punish organized election interference. All of these agencies report to the President.
The President has endured repeated and relentless attacks, joined in, aided and abetted, by many of these agencies. And while he endures and tweets and accuses and rallies and complains, he’s yet to do anything about all of this seditious and treasonous insubordination. To listen to Rudy and Sidney, there is compelling evidence. With the allegations about Dominion and foreign and CIA involvement, it seems very likely that these US agencies either have all the evidence needed to resolve the election, or are actively part of a treasonous coup! Which is it? Is President Trump in charge of the executive branch? Or its victim?
And, by the way, there has still not been a declassification of all the evidence suppressed around Spygate.
Hope springs eternal, until, that is, it is snuffed out by a final Biden victory. Rudy, Sidney and Lin Wood cannot win this without the cooperation and support of these national security and law enforcement agencies. “We’ll see what happens” will happen or not in the next 3 to 4 weeks.
I pray for our President and our republic, for divine deliverance. And for some last modicum of integrity from those running these agencies who swore an oath to uphold the Constitution, but who seem instead loyal to Jim Comey’s “higher authority.” I pray and I pray.

2 – look at all the vote counts stored as decimal values

– first thing: why have programmers defined those vote count variables as real numbers (capable of fractional values) in the first place?
– votes are inherently integer; integers are whole numbers (the kind you can count on your fingers, like 1, 2, 3, etc)
– all that vote counting software should do is ADD and STORE integers
– when you “learn to code” (as the left is so fond of advising coal miners), the first thing you learn is defining variables as one of several “data types”: integer, real number, character string, logical type, etc

These tabulation machines are (probably) also used for things like American Idol and other contests. I assume that’s the motivation for fractional values and weighted count features.

From day one…why the heck are fractions being used?
I’ve heard something about the software is weighting the votes. Perhaps this is the answer. This could be how they dilute Trump votes.
and that is exactly what the fraction value is being used…that is the “weighted” multiplier for that number at a particular time…
for example: These machines find that Biden is behind by 34% so they take that value turn it into a decimal, .34 multiplier and now :
# of Votes for Trump x -.34 = VALUE subtracted from President Trumps totals and
# of Votes Biden Value above is changed to positive and votes added…
If one looks at the columns where the votes are in the data you will see fractional columns and that is due to the software input of values being taken off the system…
Fractions are used in elections where there are multiple people running in a race from, say, nine counties and only eight would be elected – thus the fractional values.
Except that a vote is a single integer. No fractions needed…just the count…

I think too many people are making a big deal out of numbers stored with decimal places. Decimal numbers are much more efficient to a computer than integer numbers.
I do wonder why they are not converted to integer for display purposes. Maybe there are some applications somewhere in the world where votes can be split.
Even if there were some advantage to using rational numbers over integers or counting numbers, also called natural numbers, an accurate input of voting data would show vote tallies as numbers that look like ####.0000000
You would never see a 0.000000 or any negative number. The only operation should be addition. So it is clear there are a lot of operations being done other than addition.
Decimal numbers typically uses 8 bytes and represents a “floating number”. Integers can be 4 or 8 bytes and can be acted on directly in binary code. Floating values have to be interpreted by higher level code language. Integers are much more efficient to work with at a machine code level for a computer. For counting votes integers are much better.
