A lot of trolls here these past few days. Easily spotted because every post is demanding EVIDENCE of the fraud.
We know how Trump works, and you ain’t seeing evidence until he sees the whites of your eyes!
Yes, correct me if I am wrong, but it seems like every post demanding evidence is from posters I’d never seen before at CTH before very recently.
You are right. No prosecutor worth their salt will present hard evidence before the trial.
I came on late last night and there were very few on here that I recognized. More foul language that usual and knee jerk discouraging comments.
Not saying that we shouldn’t voice our despair at times, but the treehouse has always been a place where I can count on streadfast, experienced wisdom that is not the knee jerk type. Always grateful to see, hear and learn from the old timers.
I have been listening to Sidney and Rudy and Lin Wood and they all seem quite confident. I did not realize that they had either not filed a lawsuit with the court yet or gone to the State legislators because they are collecting evidence? I don’t see what is happening to overturn this fraud. Anyone understand what the options here are for team Trump?
There have been numerous suits filed already. There are just more to come.
They are going after everything. In Philly Rudy has been talking about all the mail in votes where they didn’t allow republicans to observe them being opened and validated. That means all the mail in ballots should be thrown out.
Then there is the Dominion software and all the other problem areas.

But with time running short and so much opposition from MSM, businesses, even politicians in his own party, things seem hopeless. However, as many here point out, we do not know what cards his lawyers are holding.
Difficult as it is, try to be patient and remain optimistic. Our president not only has a plan B, he and his team have plan c, d, e, f,…you get the picture.
Show us your hole cards, so we can see if you have a winning hand, before we bet!

Also, circumstancial evidence in court cases ( often, incorrectly, denigrated in common parlance), is granted ABSOLUTE PARITY with direct evidence of facts (neither form of evidence is granted greater weight!).
Many who are familiar with the legal system know that circumstancial evidence, when viewed in aggregate, can be much, much more convincing than direct evidence, and is quite often all that is required to obtain a conviction or a judgement in millions of cases throughout the US every year.
To make a very long story short: when matters move into the judicial realm, ‘certainly’ is, and always will be, ‘relative!’ BUT THAT IS ALL THAT IS REQUIRED!!
With regard to the unfortunate Twatter exchange between Sundance and Dan Bongino yesterday, a couple points struck me:
First, SD was right to question the privacy and data-harvesting issues. These are primary issues for conservatives, as they should be for everyone. Fair to consider and ask.
Secondly, Bongino’s responses were increasingly rude (and unprofessional). Why attack a potential future customer personally – and fellow Conservative patriot, at that? Odd.
Third, Bongino’s final response indicates a disdain for those continuing to use Twatter. Wouldn’t that include the POTUS? And himself?
* I am not providing the link, as I can’t stand Twatter. It’s easy enough to find if you’re so interested. That said, I’ll never be on Parler, either. No Goggle accounts, Fakebook, Yucktube, Disqust or the like.
I wish all this tribalism wouldn’t be a part of the conservative blogosphere right now. I know there are opportunists, differences of opinion, disinfo, etc. but it sure doesn’t make the fight against our common threat any easier. We have the CTH wing, the “Cates” wing, the “Q” wing, and now I guess the Bongino (and with him will be Levin) wing and none of these wings can stand each other.
Patriots should be able to disagree-even heatedly– while still recognizing we are on the same side. The enemy will work overtime to divide us. We must not succumb to in-fighting. It weakens us.
Agree, divide and conquer is a tool the left will use as a means to an end. I try to find humor in something every day. Quite honestly the left provides much comic relief. I cut cable years ago so not sure where I came upon Jake Tapper proclaiming Christmas would likely not be possible this year. I burst out laughing. These people have no idea what Christmas is. Come on man! Have a blessed Monday.

And there are many more wings than that. The old fart buttoned up Buckley wing, libertarian conservatives, etc. etc. It’s a sign of health. Conservatism is a big tent, and there are vehement disagreements, which is very healthy. Conservatism is about conserving many, many important things and how to do that is very complicated at times, so there is disagreement. It’s unfortunate that people are nasty to each other as a result, but that’s human nature.
In leftism there is no disagreement, just the dogma that you accept and repeat. Independent thinking is not allowed. They have power plays in which one group will try to wrest power from another (AOC and Nancy), but no real ideological disagreement because the ideology is really just power, fraudulent utopianism, and hatred of Western Civilization, over which there is nothing to argue about. Leftism is a grift and a power play based upon a promise to the fools that they will get lots of free stuff if they support the leftists. There’s nothing to argue about.

Susan Collins gets us the ability to name committee chairs. Period.

I agree to a large extent. I didn’t see the Bongino thing. I like Dan to a point, and I think he is a valuable voice. But it doesn’t mean I need to like everything he says or does. Same for all the others. I feel like I am smart enough to parce through the relevant material, and ultimately ignore those I don’t care about.
Data mining always has potential for abuse. But these platforms need revenue somehow. Targeted adds are the name of the game these days, and it might be that your revenue is handicapped if you don’t play the game.
With that said, privacy is a huge, huge thing. If you are someone like Trump or even Sundance, maybe not so much. You are in the spotlight, period. You have put yours self in that position. But the rest of us have a strong need and desire to remain anonymous…and for good reason.
The question is whether that data is handled ethically. Again, almost everything you do is tracked and mined anyway. Most of us dont bother to use VPNs and nodes to hide our identity. I do both at times, but its nearly impossible to do it all the time.
I don’t blame Dan for wanting to make money off the platform, and ultimately it has to generate revenue to exist. But I understand SD position to.
Dan has cancer and is getting treatments. Sundance has been deplatformed. Trump and us have been robbed. Why is everyone so tense?

You are correct. Yet the battle today practically started as soon as we declared our independence from Great Britain. Over the years our citizenry has become too busy and/or complacent to know what DC has been doing. An occasional check here and there has not stopped the “creep.”
Any one or more election cycles will not have lasting effects if we return to our everyday world and put DC on the back burner. This has been our mistake…thinking there was someone there watching out for our interests.
Good people who go to DC become corrupted by big business and lobbyists, by compromise. And it really shouldn’t be a surprise.
Term limits would help, but what we need is a watchdog that is not government funded. This site has been just that for me. While I wait out what will unfold this week, praying for a certain desired outcome, I realize I may not like the outcome. But that will mainly mean we will need to remain engaged EVEN MORE.

There’s good reason to be a little tense, but it’s no excuse for being personally nasty and insulting. Neither is having cancer. Many of us are battling serious health issues in a barely-functioning medical system this year.
It’s all frustrating and disheartening. But SD has done so much good, and has shared Bongino’s work, and Bongino has borrowed SD’s. Why should Bongino be such a jerk about it?
He could have answered the concerns in a respectful way, and perhaps brought some new customers over to his business venture if questioning people were presented with answers which made them feel safer about the platform..

ltravisjr, This movement is made up of individual’s who have unique perspectives, from all walks of life. We are not monolithic. A farmer in Iowa may have a different idea than a retiree in Florida, and that’s fine. We all have a common thread in this amazing, beautiful awakening; we all believe in protecting the Constitution. We must continue to engage each other and be patient when someone questions or is loosing faith. We must embrace the passion and sort through it to find truth.

It goes on and Sundance does a great job exposing facts, which I didn’t know about the Mercer family and Ted Cruz in 2016.
I like Bongino and I pray for his health, but he didn’t come up very well in this.

Bongino has lots of faults. So do I. Perhaps he’s a jerk. I know I have been a jerk a lot, especially in my youth.
His podcasts on the coup d’etats against the president are extremely valuable. Rich archive there, hours and hours. He knows it backwards and forwards like Sundance does and pours out his knowledge for an hour. On other topics, I don’t find any use for the podcasts. It’s like Levin’s radio show. If he’s not on the Constitution and the Founding Fathers’ philosophy (where he’s excellent), it’s just some guy complaining on the radio.
I’ve thought Bongino was just a fame-whore from the beginning. While I won’t discount his efforts to share information with others as a good thing, he far too often takes credit for other’s research & intel as if it’s his own. I don’t believe for one second he’s doing any homework.
I’m all for those on the side of Truth & Justice who have no ego-serving agenda, or do so in seeking monetary gain. Underlying motives reveal a lot about a person’s character. It also taints credibility.

Parler and any alternative to Facebook/Twiitter is merely an illusion of choice. Like the Borg, they will be allowed until they threaten the State. The power of Twitter/Facebook lie in their status as State protected monopolies. No antitrust action has been brought against them because they serve the will of the State.
The power of Twitter/Facebook is that there is no interoperability between social media platforms. One cannot read a Tweet with Parler, or send a Parler to a Twiller user. No one will pay for apps anymore so new ones must also make their revenue from selling user data. Parler is no different but will exist only as long as Twitter and thier masters allow it to.
Antitrust against Social Media would have to require, open, standard interoperability. LIke telephone companies (for now). Any more, a phone call is just data on the internet – essentially no different form a Tweet or a text message. With just a few regulatory “interpretations”, phone telephone systems can be used to “deplatform” us.
Imagine a new phone company, IngSoc, comes along. It offers you free zero-cost telephone service, domestic and international. If you sign up – you probably do not read the 80 page user agreement which lets them record and transcribe you phone calls to/from anyone and everyone. Friends, family, doctors, financial agents, fellow parishioners, retail stores, credit card purchases etc. Their software quickly and easily builds a network of most all aspects of your life. You have also agreed to let them sell and give your conversations and any part of the network of contacts/information, to anyone, including the State, they chose. It is how they make money to run the phone service and how they preserve their monopoly status.
It is great – everyone signs up and soon the other phone companies go out of business. But everyone is happy with free stuff until IngSoc starts to block calls , censor their calls, use our conversations against us , cuts off service at will. So….you sign up with a new start up phone company that comes along but IngSoc, which has 99% of voice customers, will not allow you to call an IngSoc phone or an IngSoc phone call you. That, is where we are today with social media and only a step away form it for cellphones.
It is upon us. They intend to deplatform us. Bank accounts, travel, jobs, communication, property…… easy for BigTech in bed with the State – just a bit of programming.

Folks everything that is happening is the ultimate act of desperation. Think of de-platforming a site like CTH removing our 1st Amendment rights of Free Speech, and Assembly. What are they scared of?
1st Amendment: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”
I’m not a lawyer but this is exactly what the 1st Amendment was written for. The only thing that CTH and Sundance are guilty of are “truth and brilliant investigative journalism, sprinkled with unabashed love of country and God.”
But we all know that this is the big crime, love of country and love of God. This does not fit in with their dystopian dreams aka Dark Winter, so all descent must be quashed. This so “they” can usher in their Brave New World (order).
This petty move from de-platforming CTH is their childish myopic fear getting the better of them. In their overreach and their distorted vision of the world is something that a free people will not stand for, therefore they must destroy what they cannot control or understand. When in truth this just firms up free peoples resolve and will make us stronger.
As an aside: The first article I read at Breitbart was Gary Graham’s “One Pissed Off Dude” 1/06/2009 and it expressed my feelings exactly. We watched as the swamp foisted the Mistake of 08 on us Barry. You do realize that electronic cheating had been perfected by then and you can bet the uniparty cheated. McCain rolled and the start of the Fundamental Transformation of America began. Of course no one, meaning the MSM asked what that transformation was. I separate Sarah Palin from McCain, she was awesome and still is.

I think a lot of what they do is done as a F-U to everyone rather than out of desperation. Their plan is to silence dissent and so far it’s been pretty easy for them. It’s basically them saying “see, we can do this and nothing you can do to stop us” because they know the majority of people are wussies and never truly fight back. We wouldn’t even be in this situation if people would raise hell like the antifa and blm goons do but instead, people just complain online about the crap going on which gives zero fear to these bastards and humanity keeps being slowly boiled. This goes for the entire world, not just in the U.S., since this crap is happening everywhere.
The one positive is that history shows these commies and tyrants usually push too far and then receive blowback. Here’s hoping that happens this time and all of humanity finally wakes up. If it doesn’t, then, well, humanity will get what it deserves.

The con will only work if we let it. Stay firm and fight. Let your representatives know how you feel State and Federal. Flushing out this kind of entrenched criminality was never going to be easy. Keep together and we will crush them. Simple as that.
I always take GP reports with a HUGE grain of salt. But the GP writeup on votes in VA looks like something worth looking into. Vote totals being reported with decimal extensions, and for hours at a time every entry is exactly the same percentage for Biden and Trump . It’s hard to imagine a legit reason for this.

I was watching the vote counts closely on election night, and got very excited about our Presidents large lead in VA. Even Mark Warner was losing his Senate race! Then, they stopped counting around midnight like the other states in question, and lo and behold, the next morning Biden and Warner had huge leads. I bet Trump won that state, too, AND New Hampshire, RI, and Maine!

A long time ago I seen a cartoon (meme these days) of a machinist going to his boss with a screw about the size of a thermos with the cartoon’s caption say “I only missed it by one decimal point”.
Moving a decimal point just one place in a voting machine is the difference between 10,000 and 100,000 votes.
Moving the decimal point to the right for biden and to the left for President Trump would be a big vote swing.

Yesterday, I shared with you the lawsuits we have filed to represent voters who encountered instances of election irregularities ahead of or on election day – in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia. I want to tell you a little more about these lawsuits and what our specific goal is in these actions. While each lawsuit is a little different because they are in different states, the common thread among all is our mission to analyze exactly how many illegal ballots were counted in each presidential election so we can know for certain the final vote count of LEGAL votes. While our lawsuits all cite the many instances of likely election irregularities based on credible witness testimony, the basis of each lawsuit is to gain access to the voting information we need to compare the ballots that were counted to the current voter rolls – this is how we weed out any illegal ballots that were counted and seek court action to have them nullified. We have a team of expert data analysts scouring the voter information that is publicly available. What we are waiting on is access to some of the voter information that isn’t publicly available – or that requires public records requests, which take time to obtain. Once we have access to the relevant information, we will be able to complete our work and once and for all provide the truth to the public so they can know what the real results of this election are.
On top of our litigation efforts, we have also been following up with the thousands of people who called into our election integrity hotline in recent weeks. We have been in contact with numerous voters, certified election officials, and government workers who firsthand experienced major violations of election law. Some of these workers are taking steps to obtain whistleblower protection so they can share their stories and we are helping them. We are in the process of wrapping up this work and have much to share in the near future. We are optimistic that our work from this election over the long term will result in critical reforms to restore confidence in our election system once more- and in the short term, provide much needed insight into the real results of the presidential campaign. Actually that isn’t unusual. There are printing and mailing houses that specialize in this sort of thing. I’m in PA and I saw absentee ballots here, with postmarks of NY.
They are suppose to be secure authorized facilities. I’d rather have 10 – 20 facilities for the whole country than for each state to have their own. To me this is a red herring, unless he has proof that they weren’t on the up and up.

Powell was saying the same a few days ago in regards to Collins. I know who I voted for, it wasn’t Loeffer.
To Loeffer’s credit, she came out with Perdue in support of Trump’s efforts to fight the election fraud. If she realized at the time that it may jeopardize her own election, is another point issue completely. But if she has any principles, it shouldn’t matter.
The self-preserving acts. And I don’t know anything about Loeffer, so it may be that Kemp is corrupt and saw her as a pick to help him. There could be corrupt dealings around her appointment that don’t necessarily directly involve her; however, both her and Perdue want to go to the Senate so they must tow the line. The Dems probably out did themselves and went back on a deal or it played out how it’s suppose to: Biden will, beat Trump and there will be a run off, Loeffer will be the R candidate in that race, hence how the fraud turned out.

I’d then have Acting AG Scalia appoint Sidney Powell as Special Prosecutor to investigate voter and election fraud. And there is NOTHING the SSCI, Congress or anyone can do.
Sidney is free to run this investigation and with Homan now her FIB Director and Grenell as Acting CIA Dir and Ratcliffe as DNI Director we get full and honest support for Sidney from all agencies.
PT still has Rudy, Joe, Victoria, Sekulow and a couple of other attorney’s to drive the lawsuits forward but now Sidney controls the investigation and evidence and anyone who interferes is immediately arrested for obstruction of a Federal investigation.
All of this could happen within a couple of hours by the stroke of PT pen and again there is NOTHING the left, Congress or the SSCI can do.
PT now has a two front war. He has his attorneys filing the lawsuits and gathering evidence to present to the SC and he has an honest DOJ/FIB to handle the investigation and control the evidence and can stop those who try to interfere.

3. Fires Wray and replaces with Tom Homan as acting FIB Director who is also already Senate confirmed and can serve as Acting FIB Dir. for 210 days.
4. I’d then have Acting AG Scalia appoint Sidney Powell as Special Prosecutor to investigate voter and election fraud. And there is NOTHING the SSCI, Congress or anyone can do.
Can you imagine the look on the Dems face if Sidney were to be appointed Special Prosecutor of all of this.
5. Sidney is now free to run this investigation and with Homan now her FIB Director and Grenell as Acting CIA Dir and Ratcliffe as DNI Director we get full and honest support for Sidney from all agencies.
PT still has Rudy, Joe, Victoria, Sekulow, Wood, Pam and a few other top notch attorney’s to help drive the lawsuits forward but now Sidney controls the investigation and evidence and anyone who interferes is immediately arrested for obstruction of a Federal investigation.
All of this could happen within a couple of hours, by the stroke of PT pen and again there is NOTHING the left, Congress or the SSCI can do.

It could be helpful if investigations and number checking also occurred in Texas, Ohio and especially Florida. You have people in place there (DeSantis comes to mind) with the will to dig deep and show what was in place in certain areas. Fraud there may have affected congressional races (especially in big areas), and there might be instances more readily proven that could bolster the findings elsewhere.

Yes President Trump has been quiet; however, the times we have seen him out like at the rally in D.C. and coming from his Golf Course he has looked calm and happy. He is in the fight for his life right now along with the country. He is meeting with people who he can trust, actually probably very few. I would not expect him to telegraph what he is going to do. Why give the enemy more ammunition than what they already have. He is giving information to people that he can trust to get that information out to us.
Will President Trump be successful in the Supreme Court: he should be because it appears to me that there are numerous constitutional violations involved. However, this year has been so full of surprises, who knows.
All I know is that I continue to pray for President Trump and for our country. Also I keep talking to people who have no idea what is going on and don’t know that certification has not happened yet and that the electoral college still has to vote. Most people I talk to don’t know that various lawsuits have been filed either.

We all must have faith in President Trump. He wants to remain for another term and will do everything in his legal power to do just that, however, I’m sure his has a Plan B. We’ll all know about Plan B if Plan A fails.
Ive been saying it a lot lately. We need to work out the local and state levels to take our country back. Only we can do that, the President can’t, even if successful in re-election. It’s the School Board, local judges, mayors, state legislators, governors, etc that have a huge impact on our lives. We know after this election we are surrounding by lots of patriots who will vote for their freedom. We just need campaign locally to let people know what a difference a few hundred voters can make in most local elections.

They’re swapping parking space for floor space.

Not surprised to hear Georgia is part of this latest coup attempt. I live in a rented townhouse in Virginia. I received an absentee ballot request from Georgia. It was addressed to someone whose name I didn’t recognize. Not the person who lived here before me. So must have been many years ago. I could have signed it and sent it back. Would have gotten to vote in the Georgia election. They’re not checking signatures. So no way of knowing.
Similar here in Pennsylvania. I received at my PA home a completely filled out ballot request for someone who has not lived in the state in 10 years and is registered to vote in another state. I ripped it up. But I bet the “ends-justify-the-means” liberals used them.
