Don’t know if this has been posted somewhere in this thread, THANK Goodness, Adrian Fontes-D, Maricopa County Recorder (dominion, sharpie, voter mess) IS VOTED OUT! (But supposedly Biden won our County, BS, 10K+ votes from people who couldn’t prove citizenship so voted biden only.
Here in my KY county the vote count stopped (I don’t know what time) and all the clerks/counters got up and went home due to one girl having COVID. They had already called Mitch the winner before they shut down. Now the vote count appears lower to me than normal for Mitch. Could all these states with Dem leadership have stopped the counts once they had enough votes to declare the winner (pre determined) and not count the remainder of the votes for the winner? That would give them vote counts to fall back on in all these other states. There was a notice at the bottom that said Notice-this may or may not include mail in votes or absentee votes. Maybe check a state like KY and see what happened to the remainder of the votes after the race was called. All they liked counting was the mail in and absentee votes. (jmo)

The Constitution gives State Legislatures, not Governors or Supreme Courts, the final say on elector appointments. Kemp cannot usurp/abnegate this constitutional role by refusing to call the Legislature into session.
Keep calling Kemp, but also call the GA Legislature’s leaders so they are prepared to meet and act even if Kemp refuses to call them.
I believe the 100 million dollar purchase of these Dominion machines was on Kemp’s watch when he was Secretary of State.

Retired Magistrate here: I have been wondering if President Trump is thinking about using the Insurrection Act of 1807 to get a valid audit in the contested states. Part of the Insurrection Act of 1807 has been codified into Section 253, Title 10 U.S. Code which gives the President the right to take military action in a state when any part of a class of its population is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity or property named in the Constitution and secured by law and the constitutional authorities of that state are unable, fail or refuse to protect that right, privilege or immunity or give that protection. In my opinion, a free and fair election would certainly be included under Section 253, Title 10. This might have been included in the pleadings filed in the Pennsylvania case; have not read all the pleadings.
I know President Trump has fired some individuals who would be needed to implement this process and replaced them with people he trusts. Just wondering if this is in the back of his mind.
