The interesting thing to consider is that States with Democrat Executives (Governor, AG and SoS) very vocally said they did not want DHS help in securing their voting systems. This was in the face of the now known fact the Heads of CISA were in the Deep State Uni-Party bag.
Seems to me there are enough good folks left within DHS to have elicited this reaction and “somebody” did NOT want the full voting architecture (manual through digital collecting as well as counting) documented for later use.
this is another deep state release including the CISA and if you remove the S in the CISA says it all. The NASS or National Association Secretary States is full of progressives just like the rest on this list of so called Experts on national security.

My best guess on this whole process is its going to go down to the wire as to how it turns out. In the end, if the media can give enough cover to the vast amount of DeepState drones – they will just do it and see if they can get away with it.
Obviously, to me at least and to many people, there is widespread evidence of rampant engineered fraud. That is, they did everything to enable the conditions and processes to enable the fraud. Then they outright broke laws and rules when that wasn’t enough.

I read the Mediate article (distasteful as that was), Doocy’s efforts to look into it were “reading the NYT”. So this is the same of story of circular reporting.
Actual reporting: I heard an interview with a journalist who spoke to the poll official in WI/MI that first reported the error. He spoke to her seven times. He indicated that she was insistent in the earliest conversations that this was NOT a human error issue.
She took the data for the precinct, transferred it via USB drive, and on multiple occasions (I believe she said 7 times) the data that transferred to the state was different than what she sent. It seemed that in later conversations with the reporter she may have backed away from her insistence that it was not a human error matter. But the facts remain, the data sent was not the data received and it was not quickly or easily corrected.
The problem we are facing with all of FOX is that none of them are investigative journalists. They’re all show hosts. Same as the other channels.

What about The New York Times article a few years ago citing the most prestigious climate scientists in the world that the entire East Coast of the United States would be underwater in twelve years. On top of that Bill Gates $45 million, John Kerry $11 million and Obama $13 million spend tens of millions of dollars on oceanfront beach homes on Martha’s Vinyard and San Diego all within the past year or so and there’s a complete disconnect from the news media. No outrage!

Pretty much every county in Florida has mask mandates in their county buildings. Mask mandates have been an ongoing battle here. Some areas passed mandates which were in place for months, but peeled back little by little.
Bottom line, counties control their public buildings and can mandate masks, just as a private company can mandate masks in their stores. Both are similar to no shoes, no shirt, no service. Because of this we are under what I’d call a quasi mask mandate here in Florida. The level of enforcement varies wildly, but most major retailers have mask mandates and most counties in their buildings. In my area small businesses are about 50/50.
The big kicker is our Governor Ron DeSantis took all the teeth out of penalties for violating mask mandates. So you may get thrown out, but you won’t get fined.
Costco has a young man standing at the door whose only job is to tell you to pull or put on a mask. Two older women look at your card. “If you can’t wear a mask, you must wear a clear face shield.” Costco is a Chinese Company. WalMart, Kroger and Safeway are just as bad.
Courts in general should not be in the business of worrying about “long term consequences” of government actions. Their duty is to prevent governments from exercising powers beyond those enumerated in Federal and State Constitutions, and from abridging, abrogating or “limiting” citizens’ constitutional rights.
In fulfilling this duty, they have failed — MISERABLY.

However, they need to be educated as to this as a possibility.

Geraldo Rivera just said he talked to “his good friend” PT and had advised him to hang it up.
