I read it as the March 6th Litigation Settlement was not consistent with state law regarding absentee ballots. In addition, the rules outlined in the Settlement were written solely by the Democrat party with no other input. I’m not a lawyer but that is what I got out of it.

If after a district vote is certified and upon further review ONE vote is found to be fraudulent, would it not make sense that a voter in that district could sue the district and the supervising official for a civil rights violation in the form of denial of franchise?
Why not? That one vote that was given false value in the election outcome offset the vote of the plaintiff voter. Had the system been regulated sufficiently, that illegal vote could not have been counted. Therefore, the district and the supervising official were derelict in their primary duties. Thus, would it not be reasonable to compensate the first voter who successfully sues?

Operation Warp Speed is a great achievement.

My understanding is that Arizona election law requires each voter be a verified citizen. Obama took Arizona to court claiming discrimination or some kind of nonsense like that. Obama based it off 1990’s motor voter law which had this surprise hidden in it … brace yourself … makes it ILLEGAL TO REQUIRE VOTERS TO VERIFY CITIZENSHIP!! So what Arizona did to settle the Obama lawsuit was institute a “federal only” ballot to those voters who could not verify their citizenship, that way their state elections can still require citizenship.
Can you believe it? Our own federal government made it illegal for states to require citizenship verification. That means we do not know how many non-citizens are on our registered voter roles. Insanity.

Doctors have had cures for covid 19 since Jan and have treated thousands. I voted for Trump for other reasons. Had I judged him on this vaccine BS and so many businesses being put out of business, I would not have voted at all.

You mean Dominion? I sure hope that’s what she’s focused on, rather than the other stuff that we’re still waiting on (Durham etc). Because as important as that is, at this particular moment I couldn’t care less about it. We need to 100% focused on winning this election… NOTHING else matters right now. (And yes, I’m including Senate and House races too… I could not care less!) But an important question: Is Sidney working WITH the rest of the Trump team, or is she kinda free-lancing? I just want to make sure the others are taking this (Dominion, etc) as seriously as she is, and have a strategy to use it as the MOAB.
