So, Josh, PA AG or SOS or whatever hell he is says Trump suit has no merit. I know he is blowing smoke, but why in the hell do we even involve him in this? There is a one line route to totally bypass every state AG and SoS in this country. Why the hell do we have 2-3 good SCOTUS justices and hopefully 2-3 other ones if we aren’t going to use them on one country sweeping ruling that can realistically get Trump nearly 300 EVs without much effort? That being apply the already codified federal law of election day. All activity stops at midnight local time.

Use the 5 to maybe 6 who might actually be able to fix this. If not, there are many people who may want to lose this thing and we have talked on this forum to many people until we are blue in the face on matters that should be common sense and obvious.

Brant, you seem to be saying that election count ends when the 5-6 swing states suddenly stopped counting on Election Night. I agree that this is the legal strategy to pursue.
That being said, you say this is ‘codified’—I hope it is but i couldnt find any statutes etc on this issue. To what are you referring?
Just Google federal election date law. An 1800s one says, “The next Tuesday affer the first Monday in November is established as the day for the election in the states, etc…….” This summer, which Twatter used when Trump made suggestion to postpone has these that are updates. “The electors of President and vice president shall be appointed in each State on the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November in every fourth year, etc etc”…….another code sets the date of us senators and reps on the same day. The date cannot be changed without congress changing the date.
Granted, it doesn’t mention local midnight, but based on time zones this would be a uniform decision that would cover all states AND before all the funny business started. Again, states can be stricter, but they can’t be more lax……counting for weeks on end.
And that is every state at midnight, red, blue or polka dot, not just the 5-6. Its uniform, its all 50 states, its apolitical, it removes humans from it, and its quick. Mess with the shenanigans when we have time.
The 5-6 I refer to are the 5-6 “good” SCOTUS justices who can universally fix this. At this time I couldn’t care less about the 5-6 states with issues. That can be for later……..if there is a later.

Here is the data analysis by Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, who is a MIT trained data scientist and Fulbright Scholar, that shows that of the voters, in 4 counties in Michigan, that did not vote straight party line, about 10% of the individual voters in the most Democratic precincts voted “for Trump”, and about 25% of the most Republican precincts were reported to vote “against Trump”.
In other words the charts shows that about 10% of the individual voters in the most Democratic precincts were reported to vote “for Trump”, and about 25% of voters in the most Republican precincts were reported to vote “against Trump”.
Trump has about a 95% approval rating with Republicans.
So the probability of 25% of Republicans not voting for Trump is very, very small.

I am probably at more than Kindergarten, but no claim to expertise. I actually loved the classes back in the day on stats and ops science in grad school… but I didn’t exactly get straight A’s in them either, lol
So, thats my disclaimer.
The analysis is very sound. While it will never be considered hard evidence of fraud in a courtroom, it should be considered overwhelming suspicion of an anomaly to anyone who knows the discipline and is being honest with themselves.
There are a couple other blogs out there doing different, general “standard deviation” analysis and it, too, is very compelling. In business, when we run a large data set to determine if there has been an anomaly and not just natural variation, we use something called “six sigma.” That is, if a data point falls up to 3 standard deviations to either side of the mean, we assume thats just natural variation of results and its operating as expected. Anything outside of the (3+3=) 6 sigma, and we need to investigate. It is always statistically possible to fall outside of those parameters and still be naturally occurring, but increasingly unlikely the further out you get. One of two things has occurred when we observe this: either we failed to account for all the relevant data to take an accurate measurement (and BTW this happens a lot with confirmation bias, so don’t necessarily conclude we’re all good), or the data point indeed represents an anomaly or break in the process and something has influenced it.
Just about every metric being measured in these results is coming in at somewhere between 8-12 sigmas away from the SD.

His claim of election fraud is not hard evidence but the data points are hard evidence if they can be verified.
He may be right, but he is looking at a data pattern and drawing an inference that because one type of vote switching fraud would cause the pattern observed that the fraud must have occurred. It is circumstantial evidence at best. What he would need to do is get recounts from individual precincts to confirm that those precincts has the vote switching that he infers from the pattern. If this could not be done what would be needed was a much broader examination of other counties in other states and for other candidates to show that the pattern is unique…that there are no other things that can cause it.
I am concerned that Judges will actually believe statistics ‘prove’ anything.

Well, I didn’t “appreciate” that! If so, Perdue, the GA Republican Party and the RNC should be demanding that his race be recounted too. Utterly ridiculous not to recount given the stakes!
They will only recount if the margin is less than 1% (Georgia), but they can sure get one if they have the money to pay for it.
If the Presidental recount showed computer fraud they will have to recount every single race. The only one that is time is of the essence is Presidential.
The count will be by hand no scanners.
Note, it is my belief that “many” people…….more than the regular ones/usual suspects we know, want to lose this. Why else is there a void of common sense in so many. They can’t be that dumb unless they want to be.

Here’s what I don’t understand. Whenever President Trump was in GA, he would say nice things about Loeffler, and the crowd would cheer. Then he would say nice things about Collins, and the crowd would go absolutely crazy with roof raising cheers. “The people” preferred Collins to Loeffler. So how did Loeffler wind up on top? And what do we have to do to demand a recount of the votes for both senators?
Collins in the House was much appreciated for being avidly pro-MAGA and supporting our patriotic President.
His R opponent, Loeffler, not so much, though she is putting on a good show of it now. The Governor of Georgia however had the opportunity to appoint Collins to the empty seat and instead chose the massively wealthy with lots of campaign contributions Loeffler.
So at this point she has the advantage of being the incumbent.

Ossoff got 2,372,030 votes. In the other senate race (Loeffler and 19 other candidates) all democrats running got 2,375,863 combined.
Perdue got 2,458,638 votes. In the other senate race (Loeffler and 19 other candidates) all republicans running got 2,766,499 combined.

Turn out numbers seem low in Georgia. We’re at over 10 million population here now. I’d have expected more than a below 5 million vote turnout.
Just think the vote difference between both senate races is odd. For the democrats the vote difference was 3,233. For the republicans the difference was 307,861.

And I think that every US Citizen who casts a legal vote (legally registered in his jurisdiction, of legal age and so forth) must walk out of the polling place not with a child’s sticker saying “I voted,” but with proof the system in place accepted the paper ballot and that a tracking number assigned to the ballot assures the right tabulation of said vote. We The People must have proof that our vote was not tampered with in the hours after our vote is cast.

Called Local Supervisor of Elections in Southeast Georgia County (Probate Judge) asked what a hand count was and when will it start. She said each ballot is counted by hand no scanning. The when is when SOS sayes start probably tomorrow.
They need to be audited, not just counted.

A question we may never get the real answer to which is a travesty, how big did Trump really win by in the 2020 election? To me it seems like the Democrats had a multi-tiered plan to win. First was use the Dominion software to flip, delete Trump votes, but he was winning by such large margins they needed more. Second dump some borderline illegal mail in ballots to overtake Trumps lead, still did not work because of Trumps historic turnout. Last they went full banana republic and go all in with fraud with mail ins. Need to continue to press full audit prior to certification, recounts will not do anything, it’s all about the audit.
