Election night I was watching Fox when they called Arizona. I was shocked when they did it and the looks on Brett B and Martha (?I think) face was priceless, but they held firm to what just happened. I cannot remember who said this but they said that before they start Election night coverage all the stations decide which one makes the calls. Fox was picked by all the stations to do the calling. They said the reason was when it got down to seeing that PT was losing then his supporters would believe it if it was coming from Fox and not any of the others. I knew right then that they thought we were the stupidest people on this earth.

It’s called Exspoliation and it’s a legal concept in election case law whereby legitimate evidence that is comingled with illegitimate evidence (ballots in this case) does not have legal standing.
TL;DR: if they ignored SCOTUS Alito’s request to put aside all ballots rec’d after closing of polls, none of those ballots count. At the closing of polls in PA, Trump was up by 700,000.

At this point, DJT’s best shot to win PA is if the Legislature conducts its own audit/investigation/hearing. If it finds the entire electoral process materially tainted, it should refuse to certify any electors.
The optimal remedy would be to order a new election with only in-person voting (and careful outside oversight of the process in places like Philadelphia). Given the tight federal elector certification timetable, that simply is not practicable.

It doesn’t matter how it’s done there will be riots and attempted insurrection. But the way to do it is laid out in Article II, Section 1, clause 3 of the Constitution. That way every state gets a single vote. If done this way President Trump will remain the the WH.

Doherty has explained that this could have given outside parties the ability to affect the final tabulation count, and could also have given people outside real-time read on what the vote tabulations were.
Doherty is an expert in the field, having worked for Electronic Data Systems for many years, working specifically in computer networking.
This could have let anyone looking to bring in illegal ballots later that night a very precise number of how many votes would be necessary to flip the final vote count.
When polls closed at 8:00PM in Michigan on election night, President Trump was 300,000 votes ahead of Joe Biden, by the time Wayne County/Detroit finished reporting their vote tabulations the next day, the vote count flipped to Biden. Others have independently come forward to describe 50-61 boxes of illegal ballots that arrived at around 3:30am after the 8:00pm deadline to receive legal ballots.
The margin of victory for Joe Biden winning Michigan and its 16 electoral votes was found in Wayne County, and this facility was connected to the internet giving unknown third parties access to those tabulation machines in real time.

Unless I am missing something (and at this point I don’t see how I could) Trump is going for Total Victory. After he wins the election, it will only be the beginning, not the end of election fraud investigation. As a bonus, BIden is currently laying all his dirty cards on the table for all to see.

It could be that the Fox News executives think that if they abandon their original purpose of being fair and balanced, to become advocates for the liberal power structure, that they will be the best of the fake news organizations,
And even though they will loose the audience that made them successful, there will be enough new liberal viewers to keep the best ratings. They only need a few million viewers to be #1.
For the Fox News executives, the appeal of being popular with, and connected to the liberal power structure is very strong.
Also the fear of liberal vengeance is very strong.
Few organizations can stand up to the liberal power structure forever.
Over time, liberals will crush anyone or any organization that does not join their ranks.
Another factor is that foolish liberals are easier to persuade with advertising, than wise non-liberals, so it makes business sense to appeal to the left.

D’s still claim Fox News is fake news and now Rs claim it is fake news. They have really destroyed their brand. Liberals won’t leave CNN & MSNBC for Fox. If Fox goes LEFT of MSNBC, they will have even less viewers than MSNBC because of how few people will be able to stomach it.
The best theory I have seen about how they can survive is that they can make more money from Chinese sources than they can an American audience.
They only need a few million viewers and the ability to survive. If they flip, the left will let them survive, and they can appeal to enough low wisdom moderates to stay on top.
That is a plus on his resume for the left.

71+ million Americans are getting tired of being demonized by a pack of sneering elitists.
I’ve read at least 3 reports now that Philadelphia co-mingled their pre and post 11/3 8PM ballots. They will of course deny that – there was a statement out there claiming they only had 10K post 11/3 8PM ballots which will be demonstrably false. Also – I saw a report they’ve destroyed the envelopes for mail-in and absentee ballots. They’ve created their own spoilage, making an audit and recount of paper ballots impossible. Almost as though it’s intentional.
So simple. No ballots from Philadelphia should be allowed to stand. People will scream, there will be lawsuits but the shenanigans will stop.

I have also seen unconfirmed reports that Philadelphia County destroyed its mail in ballot envelopes.
If that is true, PA’s election is going to be voided. The entire audit trail for those ballots has been destroyed.
Not being sarcastic here, but what is the benefit to them throwing out the envelopes other than trying to throw the baby out with the bath water? Are they just trying to shield themselves from jail for fraud at this point, rather than trying to get the recount to go in the pedo’s favor? Because I don’t see how it could go in his favor.
My concern is that it would so greatly affect the number of votes cast that it will intimidate the courts into NOT disallowing the ballots.
Lack of envelopes makes it impossible to prove the votes were invalid. As much as people are saying the votes have to be proven to be valid, I don’t believe that is the case. They destroyed the evidence of their crime. While a correct remedy would be to discard those votes, IMO that won’t happen.
The ballot envelopes would show the postmark date.
They are banking on a judge NOT throwing out the votes because the judge doesn’t want to be persecuted in the public square for “disenfranchising” voters (assuming the judge actually WANTS to do the right thing).
Re-counting the votes is similar to counting coffee beans. All you get is the numbers of beans. No examination of the content of the ballot, was the voter registered, was the voter residing in the state, was the signature compared, did the voter vote more than once, did the voter vote legally, and on time, according to the laws of the state, was the voter an illegal alien?
None of these questions get answered with a simple recount.
If reports of what this Dominion software was doing are true, that may not be the case. Some of the ‘glitches’ were reportedly making votes disappear. If that is the case, particularly in Virginia where it was apparently done by the hundreds of thousands, it will show up in a simple recount, providing justification for a more extensive audit.
Not if the digital voting SYSTEM (voting machine+digital infrastructure+databases) is able to erase the vote even existing, which why access to the larger vote data base is needed and likely occurred. This much bigger than the voting Machines, Hammer and Scorecard.
Hope I am wrong but if a vote was taken away from the count, it stands to reason the vote NO LONGER exists and voter roll has also been “updated”. That is where a major player like Micro-Soft comes into play as an necessary enabler.
