If the Trump campaign and/or the Trump Administration has anything that will change the current pending electoral vote, then they better get it out there NLT this weekend so that the legal processes can be fully engaged…..AND so that the public understands that there are credible reasons why the preliminary vote counts are not accurate.
They really need to forestall the states in play from certifying their elections with hard evidence. If they don’t, then they will fail.
Remember: in 2000 the whole ballgame was about adjudicating things BEFORE Florida certified the vote….which without the hanging chads had Bush winning by just a few hundred votes. Once the Supreme Court weighed in to slap the FL Supreme Court down for allowing vote counting rules to change that the legislature had not put in place….it was over.

No, Katherine Harris, the SoS had already certified the vote within only a few days. The whole fiasco was a publicity stunt, although that fact was completely lost on the public and ignored by the media. The court stopped the “recount” due to the unequal standards being applied in the different districts but it would not have mattered what the recount produced because the vote was already certified.
And this is per Mark Levin who explained it thoroughly at the time.

We need to know if those occurred in the Nebraska Congressional District #2 because if they did they PT won and would get another electoral vote back.
Why is this important because there are a few scenarios where PT gets to 269 and this one EC vote could make the difference.

I am working to get to be able to do the same type of analysis that was used to find the 30086 vote switch. I am downloading Python and will download the Nebraska voting data from the NYT database and run that state first. I don’t know if the data is organized by Congressional district however, but I will check.
What you could do now, is look at the vote totals for Congressional district 2 and see if the down ballot races make sense. In almost every case, people vote either demoncrat or Republican down the ticket, so percentage of votes going to the presidential candidate ends up being similar to the percentage of votes going to the candidates of the same party for Senatorial and House races.
I see that PDJT got 45.68% of the vote in district 2. The Republican downballot votes should be a similar percentage. If the down ballot vote are closer to biden’s 52.28%, vote switching almost certainly happened.
I also see that the 3rd party candidate got about 2% in every district. This smells like there may have been votes scraped off the 3rd party candidate and given to biden.
A guy at thedonald.win just a few hours ago discovered this voting fraud method as well in the race in another state (I forget which one). So many ways to cheat.

It is my understanding from what I have read that the envelopes containing the ballots have been diacarded in Philly and most of the ballots have been intermingled. Someone please chime in if that part about the envelopes being discarded is incorrect. Thus some are saying that it would be virtually impossible to un-scramble the eggs, and therefore nothing can be done to remedy the situation. If that’s the case, then it would be better to carve out all those votes rather than rewarding the illegality that prevented a proper count fron being overseen.
On the mail-in ballots in PA, is there any signature that can be checked for verification, or was that just on the envelopes? In the absence of a verifiable chain of custody or signatures, I wonder if it would be possible to run a spot-check of ballots to see whose and how many sets of fingerprints are on the ballots themselves. If the only fingerprints on the ballots are the election workers’ that would seem to reveal a problem. There would not be resources to do this with all ballots, but if there were several “hits” in the sample it would certainly be something that the election workers would need to explain, and if there is not a good explanation, then this is more evidence for throwing out all the results.
In Trump’s law suit, one of the possible remedies requested is throwing out all mail in ballots. That is certainly a viable option. I’m guessing the ruling be one of either:
– Since all of mail in ballots are now considered spoiled, so all of them are removed from the vote count
OR
– Since we can’t remove the bad ballots, we can’t throw any out because that would disenfranchise voters.

Who would have ever thought that a narcissistic billionaire with more baggage than United Airlines would become the most important and influential politician in our lifetimes? I remember his overweight self walking down the escalator and laughing at the idea of him becoming president. Now, I find myself thanking God for his existence and praying for him daily. I truly believe he is putting his entire being into doing what is right for the American people. I’m amazed at his mental strength and boundless energy. May God be with the president as he fights the biggest fight of his life. Every time I’ve thought the president was down, he has come make twice as strong as before.
I was an amused skeptic at first and then bought in as he seemed he was determined to be non-PC and fight some of the culture wars. I’ve always been a big believer in this country and it has always annoyed to no end any variation of the US is bad/evil/racist. There’s no particular reason why I should be that way. No family or personal connections to service to the country or anything like that. But I believe in what he’s done and will do. I lived a good inconsequential life. This is a long way of saying I will try to do, if/when Trump asks, what I can to contribute to him saving the nation.

He isn’t some practiced politician. The point in my comment is that you can’t judge a book by its’ cover and someone special can come from any walk of life as long. Actually everyone in the world is NOT laughing. Much of the world is being kept in the dark about the fraud as well.
Their media parrots our media. They are all one in the same. Just today, a major Canadian news channel reported that Donald Trump continues in a “wild goose chase that hasn’t turned up anything yet.” That’s an actual quote. It was followed by a statement that these are all “baseless accusations” and that the President is “gaslighting democracy.”
And that wasn’t an opinion piece. It was a news story.

Tucker is playing it very safe tonight. Dead people voting. No kidding. He even called it fraud. He knows that finding a few dead people voting, especially in contested states, isn’t enough to swing an election, but at least he’s reporting on it. Don’t be fooled. It LOOKS like he is doing his due diligence, but I’m not buying it.
It’s too little too late. If he says that it’s starting to look like there was a pre-planned, organized conspiracy to steal an election, then I might consider tuning in.

Ok, I understand our side has already lost about 10-12 court cases. I understand if these are steps to get to SCOTUS. But if our side lawyers are trying to run the fraud angle, they are flat out idiots and just trying to lose/run out the clock. Now I would understand if they are the rabbit in a dog race and just there while the real cases work thru courts undercover to get to SCOTUS. The real case being that federal election law that election day is codified at, “next Tuesday after first Monday in november.” I would understand they being the shiny object while Sekulow and his bunch work the election day ends at midnight angle. If Sekulow et al are going for fraud crap then you know we will lose at SCOTUS. You use the angle that was used in the past AND that 2-3 SCOTUS justices used in 2000.

I did just see that on the next page. That does look right and good and with scotus precedence. I just was mainly talking about pushing dead people voting, getting bogged down in stats and vote switching. That kind of stuff is evidentiary and takes gobs of time and experts all over the place. Time is something we don’t have. Obviously, I hope the PA one gets there and it seems quite brief, understandable, and precise. At this time anything that requires more than a page of discussion and gobs of footnotes is not what is needed.

There are a number of areas of law, e.g. employment law, in which statistical evidence is used on a regular basis. It’s real evidence.

Refers to 2004 Supreme Court (Griffin vs Ruger) – Justice Suter “Mail in votes are less reliable than mail-in votes. Voter fraud is a serious problem and is facilitated by mail voting”
Observations of mail in votes are usually routine: 3 people: A counter, a democrat and a republican.
1. Check the envelope for security and against registration. Both sides must agree its valid before they open the envelope
2. They check the ballot to see its valid.
– uncontested votes move into one pile
– contested votes move into another pile – 10 – 20 % in a usual absentee election
If observers aren’t allowed to verify the envelope, it is spoiled and the ballot is rendered unlawful according to the state laws of Michigan and Pennsylvania.

Alito ruled all ballots had to be in 8:00 est Nov. 3
All ballots that came in after had to be set aside and NOT counted until they could be verified. Instead Democrats ignored the Supreme Court Justice’s order.

How do you tell which ballots did not have the 3 observers? Do each sign (legibly) as observing them? Maybe their secure stamp? If just blank vote, how do you tell if GOP didn’t observe?
