I am confident that while that is 100% true and verifiable, it is a tough hurdle to clear to expect the Supremes overturning anything on that basis alone… The Justices will know that its obvious that there was tremendous fraud in several states, the Justices we are hoping will rule our way are mostly strict textualists… Despite what they see before their eyes, they aren’t going to step out of their lanes…
Re-counts are meaningless, since after the initial fraud, you can’t identify the bad/late/illegal ballots from the legal ones… As I said many times in the Russia Gate threads, It is not what you KNOW but what you can PROVE…

In Federal Court suits there is a distinct process and timeline followed. Both sides submit their respective evidence on the same day. The deadline is midnight, whatever that due date turns out to be. I’ve done court filings a few minutes before midnight, just so the other side could not know in advance what we would be submitting (which would give the other side advance notice to refute our evidence…)

Agree 100%. This is the route that should be pursued. This could possibly the quickest and easiest way to invalidate all of the mail in votes that came in after election day. President Trump would easily win PA then.
If I heard Rudy correctly, the burden of proof is on the state to prove the ballot is valid rather than Trump’s team trying to prove a vote is invalid.
I suspect the state will say “here is our count of valid ballots”… AND then it will be up to the opposition to contest with verifiable proof…
That is exactly why they dems threw out all the witnesses when the “Ballots” were being separated from the envelopes with voters info… Once that happens and bad ballots are mixed into batches of good ballots your are screwed… There is not way to separate them at that point…

The problem with the mail-in and absentee ballots is that once they are separated from the envelopes, they look the same as an in-person ballot. Only the outside envelope identifies the voter.
That’s why the Dems banned pollwatchers. They were processing defective absentee and mail-in ballots, and mixing these ballots in with in-person stacks.
Asking for re-counts based on Dominion software glitches is the better route. There is now some actual evidence from Mi and GA on this.

We want to know how many absentee ballots were cast, and how many were illegitimate. The data can then be used to throw out the election.

My sister and brother-in-law were two people this happened to and they asked about it, because they were concerned that their votes would not count. They were told that they didn’t need to do that anymore. My parents still had to sign a poll log and they live in the same county. They reported what happened, so I hope others did too because it’s a very pro Trump area. Also, a lot of other family members received two ballots in the mail.

The MSM (of which Fox News is now certainly a part) timed their declaration of a Biden win to come before Trump’s statement on fighting for re-counts. Clearly designed to make Trump look like a sore loser who won’t concede.
The WSJ editorial board also said Turmp should concede “graciously” after the counting and litigation ends. At least they put in the “and litigation.”
Don’t expect any references to Gore’s demanding a re-count in 2000 to help. All the MSM will say is that Gore conceded graciously (he didn’t; it was whiny), ignoring the 47 days of re-counts, hanging chads and SCOTUS cases with 10 pm opinions.
