I hope President Trump has the algorithms set up and his lawyers to question all the lower rung contests (Senate, House) where the Republican wins yet President Trump does not garner near the percentage.
Also on flip side, compare the Democrat ticket… percentage of lower rung contests (many lost to Republicans) and question why percentage for Biden would be higher?
Majority of voters in Presidential Elections vote straight along party lines…instead of follow the money, follow the numbers.
As half a nation of conservatives, we must stand up and say we will not accept this election as it is now. Have never understood why military ballots are treated like waste products….they should be PRIORITY IMO. Of course if most military voted Democrat they would be served up on a silver platter. This is it. We have to stomp out this bunch of monsters once and for all.

When ballots were mailed in Michigan (mid-Sept) there was an “error” in the first batch of military ballots -something around 400. The story said it was “fixed” but never addressed whether or not new ballots were sent. I’m sure these 400 people were disenfranchised.
Since it appears there is no fight in McConnell, Lindsey, Barr and others to condemn and act on this massive voter fraud my suggestion to PT is……..
1) Fire Barr and Wray immediately
2) Appoint Sec. Eugene Scalia as acting AG immediately (why him?– because one he is also an attorney and two he has been previously Senate confirmed so he doesn’t have to go before Senate committee for approval)
3) Then immediately have AG Scalia appoint Sidney Powell as Special Prosecutor to investigate voter fraud in these 7 states. (Why this step? Because only the AG can appoint a Special Prosecutor and we can’t allow Barr to make the selection as we will get another DS player – Deja Vu all over again) This gives her immediate access to every ballot and to depose workers who just might expose any voter fraud plan and if so, who was giving the orders.
4) Then immediately appoint Ric Grenell as Acting FBI Director and have him get FISA warrants (due to potential ties to foreign influence) that allow him to review phone records and texts, as my guess is during the time from 10:00 pm Tues to 5:00 am Wed morning there may have been a whole lot of interesting communications that the American people need to hear.
5) Finally because this is now a major National Security crisis, I would ask John Ratcliffe to use the NSA database by working closely with Special Prosecutor Powell and Acting FBI Director Grenell to review BOTH key Rep and Dem phone calls during this critical period Tues and Wed.
This all could be done within an hour and by the stroke of PT’s pen and there isn’t a damn thing the Senate, the Dems or the media can do about it.
Allow Sidney, Ric and John to dig into actual ballot fraud and the evidence we already are hearing about and also worker testimony coupled with queries of phone calls and texts by election leadership on both sides and my bet is with 48 hours they would have plenty of evidence to produce to the American people along with the Supreme Court to show and prove massive voter fraud IMO.

I like that name! We know what we want. We’ve been demanding it with our Movements for years.
The Tea Party Movement gave the GOP back the House in 2010 and Senate in 2014. Did GOP give us the presidential candidate we wanted in 2012? No, they lost to Obama, probably on purpose.
In 2016, they tried to foist Jeb Bush on us, a through and through globalist. We stood up and with Trump’s leadership, we got the presidency with MAGA. And Trump did what he promised. But he landed the China Phase 1 deal and the globalists had a fit.
They turn to the “break glass if” option they’ve always planned (see Bill Gates) and unleashed the China Virus and the rest is history.
Now we are effectively under tyranny if they successfully take Trump down. So yes, we need a Freedom Party! But from the comments I’m seeing it will likely again be another movement that will be castigated and censored by the globalists and then at the ballot box overruled by a flood of mail in ballots.

I typed a long post that essentially agrees with you but realized we sound defeatist. Have to concentrate on winning this election. It’s the least we can do for this man who has given his all.

I do not have confidence either. In fact, I don’t have confidence in the two party system right now. I believe we have been overthrown and to continue playing the party game and making a new party to erase the old is just stalling reality and allowing the enemy to make deeper inroads to make it too late for Lady Liberty to be put back together.

I think that is unconstitutional, because the electoral college was created by the Constitution in order to give fair representation to each individual state.
States cannot make compacts with other states without US Congressional approval. Constitution.
The Constitution also says that presidential electors shall be appointed as directed by state legislatures. The argument can be made that if a state legislature decides to allocate their presidential electors in accordance with the national vote and not their state vote, that is their right.
I admit that’s a really tricky one. I suspect it’s a Constitutional loophole. If no formal compact is in place, then can the states really be said to be violating the Constitution by choosing a different method for appointing their electors, which is a clear state power? Such cases would probably turn on the specific wording of the state laws appointing the electors.
If electors completey ignore their own state’s winner, then they do not represent the wishes of their own state’s constituents.
Seems illogical that the Constitution would create an electoral college in the first place, if electors are not in some way bound to honor the original intent of the college: to represent their own states.
But logic and law do not always
intersect, especially with this gross idea of a “living” (document) Constitution. And I am no lawyer.

Of course, the scheme can detect phony mail-in ballots printed at Kinkos. But I don’t quite see how the watermark can enable detection of real mail-in ballots that are stolen and submitted for Biden. This issue is addressed in those two threads, though, but not quite to my satisfaction.

This was posted on James Woods twitter account yesterday and I am wondering if this has something to do with the Trump campaign saying we will know something on Friday.

As far as reelection, campaign funds come from special interests, so the # of registered Repub voters is completely irrelevant. That’s why the voters have been screwed for so long. What you have just learned is that all the elections are fixed and the outcomes are pre-determined. They work around us and absolutely positively don’t need us. Unless we make our voices heard and revolt.
Changing your affiliation is fine, but go independent or NPA. Changing to D would give them a talking point. They’d say see the results are real look how many R’s just changed to D’s.

my wife’s co-worker, who is in the army reserve in PA (NOT state national guard), was called to active duty without a specific named assignment on the day before the election.
US Constitution places the state legislatures as the vehicle for federal elections to circumvent Governors from ruling by fiat. Moreover, it gives local power maximum authority.
If Supreme Court invalidates Federal Election in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, Nevada (all with delayed reporting and now, confirmed cases of massive fraud), we would see maximum power in the hands of local politicians.
Anything they submit, would again be checked and need approval by the New Congress.
We are not assured of any outcome but the Us Constitution would be followed.

Too late for this election. Ballots are secret. We cannot tie a particular ballot to a particular person. We can identify that certain voters should not have voted (or are dead, some for a long time), and we can prosecute them, but we cannot identify their particular ballot.
It was never fixed by the Democrat-controlled states before the election. Some Republican-controlled states removed a lot of invalid voters (out of state, dead, etc.), but some just doubled down on the fraudulent voters (illegals in particular).
