The one you are referring to is the software that had an “issue” in Michigan where 6000 votes were transferred from Trump to Biden in one small county.
It has since been revealed that same software was used in 30 states including ALL the battleground states.

No, the HAMMER was created to spy on foreign governments after 9/11. Brennan and Clapper stole it in 2009 and Obama has a VPN to spy on judges, elected officials, President Trump and his family. SCORECARD is the app they use to change votes somewhere in transmission of votes from the polling places to where they collect the votes. I’m not quite sure how to explain that part but they can change up to 3% percent of the vote and they don’t do it TOO much because it leaves a forensic trail. Hope that helps somewhat.

How can so many people have not heard about this ability the Hammer and Scorecard software I’m a nobody even I read about it numerous of times even on this site.
I’m anxious to hear that as well. I feel however that this brilliant woman is far, far too smart to just throw something like that out as idle chatter. She is formidable and I have no doubt she can bust any argument in the face with facts she already holds in her hands. This is not wishful thinking on my part, she is of impeccable character, and brilliant mind. This woman does not enter into an argument with these legal implications unless she is armed to the teeth.
We’re now moving into the litigation phase of this fight, this is President Trump’s last chance to save this election.

If the courts refuse to rule against obvious and massive evidence, then Trump would take additional, unilateral steps to preserve the republic.
If Trump can show the ballot numbers produced by the ballot boxes and that the transmission of that ballot box number to the elections office is different (changed by 3%), then he has grounds to send some people to jail for real treason.
The next hurdle is to see if the aggregate of those votes that should have gone to Trump and removed from Biden are enough for a win. If not (because the fraud was so pervasive), then he needs to look at other areas that can restore his vote numbers such as removing dead voters from Biden’s numbers, duplicate ballots, late ballots, etc.
Likely that the state has rules around recounts but usually only within a certain margin of difference. If that threshold cannot be met, then the multiple evidences of ballot fraud hopefully will be enough for the judge to call for a complete recount and ballot audit even though the ballot margins are in excess of the rules requirement.
The reason we are not hearing much is that Trump’s teams are busy gathering facts and figures to file a lawsuit and present credible evidence to a judge for a remedy, such as a recount, even if outside the margin requirement for recount. There’s lots of work to be done to prepare the case in each state they wish to challenge.
A commenter here responded to one of my comments with the following about Georgia which indicated how the GA Dems are going about adding votes: (I’m sure we’ve all noticed Trump’s margin is shrinking in GA)

Taking 3% away from one side and giving it to another = 6% swing. If Trump lost by less than 6%, he actually won. I’m pretty sure you know this, but I just wanted to amplify this point to those who may not see the number line on both sides of the zero. Thanks for staying in this fight!

My husband has an idea about how to confront the election fraud which I think is REALLY good and I have not heard it suggested anywhere else. I trust you both to read, evaluate and modify my husband’s idea to make it legal and viable. The idea:
Have Sidney Powell file a Class Action Lawsuit against the questionable state’s voting board to prove that my (our) votes were counted and recorded.
Every Trump person who voted in the questionable states could join the class action suit by calling and registering at a 1-800 # and/or website. We believe, that within a few days the number of people registering in those states, would closely mirror the number of people that voted for PDJT. Which would expose the corruption.
I’ve often thought the same with a class action suit claiming voter disenfranchisement. Not sure if it can be done though I’d love to see it.

Perhaps a flat minimum fee, some type of basic requirement/cause (I don’t know the legal term) Can you imagine the impact of each individual lawsuit. While I don’t know if my county uses this software, they did have the problems with the machines during early voting.
Our county in PA got new voting machines last Spring. We used them for the first time in the delayed Primary in June. We were all pleased that the equipment was easier to use than the predecessors.
They are probably being programmed to flip every one in three or four votes per machine following the voter’s electronic ballot review step. If that is done statewide, then added to the legitimate votes cast for the corrupticons, there’s the successful steal.
A lot of us believe it’s been going on for several decades at least. Bush41, Clinton (Perot the outsider never had a chance), Bush43, Ozero…all Deep State choices.

Yes!!! My mom, sister, and her husband’s votes are missing. My mom put her ballot in the machine right after I did. The machine counted/ accepted both, but her vote isn’t in her voting record. Everyone should check! My sister & husband voted separately, in a different city, and their votes are missing, but my sister had 2013 & 2017 votes in her history that she didn’t vote. (Only votes General). Virginia has probably been stolen for years.

If state legislators made mail in ballots legal, there isn’t much anyone can do about it for this election, only try to prove that some of those that were submitted and counted were fraudulent in some way.
Would be interesting to know if and what state legislatures did not approve mail in ballots but were sent out anyway. If anyone other than state legislatures approved it could be subject to litigation, however might not get far if they did not contest it prior to election.

SC doesn’t legislate on the bench, or shouldn’t at least. They will rule based on whether state law was upheld and whether the federal law is upheld.
Right now, each state is responsible for their elections based on their state constitution and election laws. A Trump 2nd term would hopefully control both Houses and can pass stronger federal election laws including voter ID and in person voting with absentee voting used for reasonable need.

The machine counts and transmissions are auditable. If a precinct is missing this information and can’t produce the backup data that was used to calculate the totals, there will be major trouble in river city.

I don’t know that we need to see the evidence, but daily press briefings by President Trumps top lawyer providing summaries of what they are finding and will be going to court over would be helpful.
It would show he and his campaign are in charge and actively pursuing justice for those of us who voted for him.
I have been thinking of the Bush-Gore fight. All throughout that mess it seemed the press briefings allowed all of us to see what was going on and why. Most of the media had to cover them, so the facts got out and it countered many of Gore’s moves.
Not all of the media covered them though. CNN was just as bad back then. I recall switching over to them to see if they were covering the FL recount fight, and they had some lame talk show on.

With this new allegation coming from Sidney about Scorecard being used to manipulate votes I am very concerned about turning any of this over to Barr or Wray at this point.
So it might be a good time to repost how PT can get around these two guys and ensure he has the right people for the job to investigate and possibly prosecute any crimes, corruption or coup.
1) Fire Barr and Wray immediately
2) Appoint Sec. Eugene Scalia as acting AG immediately (why him?– because one he is also an attorney and two he has been previously Senate confirmed so he doesn’t have to go before Senate committee for approval)
3) Then immediately have AG Scalia appoint Sidney Powell as Special Prosecutor to investigate voter fraud in these 7 states. (Why this step? Because only the AG can appoint a Special Prosecutor and we can’t allow Barr to make the selection as we will get another DS player – Deja Vu all over again)
This gives her immediate access to every ballot and to depose workers who just might expose any voter fraud plan and if so, who was giving the orders.
4) Then immediately appoint Ric Grenell as Acting FBI Director and have him get FISA warrants (due to potential ties to foreign influence) that allow him to review phone records and texts, as my guess is during the time from 10:00 pm Tues to 5:00 am Wed morning there may have been a whole lot of interesting communications that the American people need to hear.
5) Finally because this is now a major National Security crisis, I would ask John Ratcliffe to use the NSA database by working closely with Special Prosecutor Powell and Acting FBI Director Grenell to review BOTH key Rep and Dem phone calls during this critical period Tues and Wed.
This all could be done within an hour and by the stroke of PT’s pen and there isn’t a damn thing the Senate, the Dems or the media can do about it.
Allow Sidney, Ric and John to dig into actual ballot fraud and the evidence we already are hearing about and also worker testimony coupled with queries of phone calls and texts by election leadership on both sides and my bet is with 48 hours they would have plenty of evidence to produce to the American people along with the Supreme Court to show and prove massive voter fraud IMO.

Look the Democrat ballot factories have been going on in cities like Detroit, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York City, Atlanta, Broward County and Philadelphia for decades. GCN listed the Chinese computer parts used in the Dominion machines.
Dominion Voting Systems CEO John Poulos and Hart InterCivic President Julie Mathis said their companies use Chinese-made LCD screen components, chip capacitors and resistors, arguing that in some cases there’s no option for manufacturing those parts in the United States.
“We would welcome guidelines and best practices from the committee and from the federal government,” Poulos said. “This is not a problem that’s unique to the election industry.”
There is an process with oversight, audits, fines and penalties that is followed by defense contractors, it’s called EX/IM, or Export Import compliance that is used to monitor ITAR (Arms) and EAR (non-Arms) technology. In addition, there is a process to monitor and detect the use of counterfeit (e.g. Chinese) parts for military hardware.
