I’ve been following Larry Schweikart who gave the early voting and vote by mail tallies from Fl several times a day. His twitter account this morning says polls are closed in FL today unless county officials decide to open them because of the storm. Do you know if that’s correct?
R’s didn’t catch D’s in those categories as Larry predicted they would. About 100k down. I guess GOP voters are noted for outvoting D’s on election day. Why that is, I don’t know but I sure hope R’s swarm the polls in FL.

I’m hoping a lot of those Dem ballots voted POTUS.
It is entirely possible that some of the D’s voted R. POTUS is up with Hispanics and AA and many of them are registered D’s. Did they vote by mail? Who knows.
It is true that generally speaking more R’s show up on election day to vote. I don’t recall exactly, but I think in 2016 DJT went into election day supposedly “down” in Florida 216,000, somewhere around there. That deficit was based on prognostication of the absentee and early vote totals. We all know how that turned out.
POTUS looks strong in Florida, looks like he’ll do better in Miami-Dade than he did in 2016. I think he’ll do as well or better than he did in 2016 in the rest of the state. The only unknown would be senior citizen vote, haven’t seen numbers as to how many voted absentee or early or in general how the whole wuflu scare has or hasn’t impacted their turn out. We have a lot of seniors and goodness knows the MSM has done their best to scare the pants off them and everyone else. I don’t think it will keep them from the polls, at least not many, but you never know.
All in all POTUS looks strong in Florida in my opinion. I’ve watched and been a part of campaigns in Florida for decades, but I’m by no means a guru.
I’d like to hear from people that really know some of these other states like PA, MI, WI, OH, AZ.

Early voting closed yesterday. Seminole County Florida. Yes I’ve read that more R’s vote on election day but have no theory why that would be true. Since getting stuck on a long line voting against Obama, watching people being bused in, have voted by mail. I’m registered as NPA but really vote R down the line (of course not all R’s are great but the D’s platform is so left of field). Florida will be what it always has been for voting, a disaster the big D counties Dade and Broward will be digging up votes for many days after the election. Of course they only uncover (10’s of thousands) D votes in someone’s car trunk, something to behold. No proof but I’d guess 1% of Florida’s voting result is fraud. So President Trump has to cover the vig.
I have to admit, I am having a hard time maintaining a “cold anger.” I feel rage. Big cities in American simply cheat and have for years. That we let Chicago do what they do …ach…and just now I read the mayor of Philly said, predictably, “it will take days to count our ballots.”
I can think of only one retaliatory thing to do: have a lot of traditionally GOP counties hold the announcement of their tallies.
Actually, it seems to me that should be done everywhere: your tally is due at _______, _____with tallies signed by the official, put in locked safes that are literally guarded by National Guardsmen and not opened until a set date. It has holes too, but dammit, this nonsense has to end.
The Dems have as much as announced they plan to cheat.
Having voted in both FL in the past and in NC in recent elections, I always vote on election day. There are fewer locations for early voting ergo longer lines then on election day when all precincts are open. I’ve never waited in a line longer than three people.
I wouldn’t sweat on Florida. I think the biggest upset would be registered dems and irregular voters voting for PTrump. It will be bigger margin than 2016.
Also Look at Miami-Dade. 2016 It went for Hillary huge margin. But so far there’s not much gap between dems and Reps. They are not getting the margin they expected on EV on those traditionally deep blue counties.
Trump will win Fla bigly. President Trump will win all states he won in 2016, plus Minnesota. Maybe a few more. Does anyone really believe that China Joe flipped ANY red states to blue from his basement? Really? 350 EC votes is well within Trump’s range.

I went to multiple rallies here in NC in 2016 — Once without a ticket and got in. I don’t know if others had problems, but, I would think that might have deterred some folks if they had the same problem.
Being just a wee bit older than our PDJT and with most of my giddy-up already gone, I am in awe of his determination, will and stamina. He reminds me of one fellow recruit a Paris Island by the name of Jones. Jones could not master the slide for life, on a rope, from a tower over a stinking pond of mud. Over and over for days Jones fell face first into that muck.
We finally reached graduation day and in our dress uniforms we had 4 hours of free time, the first in three months. We hit the PX and Soda Shop but Jones ran to the barracks and changed into utilities. Some of us got the word and went to the obstacle course to watch Jones complete his first slide for life.
After four + years of having mud slung in his face,Our President does not need to put himself through what he is doing today but it is who he is. We have the great honor to watch a great patriot give it all for the country and people he loves.

I didn’t ask her about NC recently but I’ll send her an email to get an idea. Yesterday, she said she felt that Trump will win overall. Also emailed me, “We have in person early vote here so we voted already. It was weird to do that but our governor was making changes like extending vote count days and I don’t trust him not to try something on the 3rd so we took advantage of voting early. I have a feeling the polls might be fun on the 3rd with all of the Trump supporters.” She drove up to see me in PA on Oct 3rd and at that point said she saw very little Biden signs and lots of Trump signs/flags.
