As a Chemist, the more I learned in my science education (biology, calculus, physics) the more it proved to me that our great God exists.
None of the complexities that science reveals were “invented” by man. They pre exist us.
Our world, our lives are not just the culmination of random chance.
How could you sit thru any calculus class and think man, whoever invented this…… science only develops methods to describe, understand and manipulate that which already exists ☺️
Yes. Einstein himself said something to this effect, basically that things are so organized, so neat, so clean and clear, that there is no way anything is just random chaos. The more he studied how our universe works, the more he believed in God. His experiments into what he called spooky physics (quantum entanglement) is especially interesting.
FWIW a surprising number of theoretical physicists expressed wonderfully esoteric spiritual ideas as an outcome of their life’s work. While many of these people weren’t religious in any formal sense you’d never know that from what they wrote about their understanding of the universe.
Many of the great discoveries were made by believers in God over the centuries including, Newton, Plank, Maxwell, Faraday and Einstein who did state that “God doesn’t play dice”. God commands that we love Him with all of our heart, soul and MIND. I think the discoveries come when you love the Creator with all of your mind. God is ready for us to know more and is revealing mysteries to those who seek Him out. Not to mention that eternity is a very long time.

RWG, very true. But you don’t have to be a scientist to see the simple truths of nature and the wonderful order of the Creator. Sometimes we tend to put scientists into an elevated category, ( perhaps glamorized by dramatic black and white photographs.) That make us overlook the simplicity of what they are trying to express. Mathematicians, like musicians, think in a certain way, just as some children learn visually, and other need tactile learning aids. .
I learned that from conversations with my brother, who grew up to become a nuclear physicist. We were as close as Huck Finn and Tom Sawyer growing up in small town Texas, He gravitated to math and science like a duck to water, me, history and the military. I couldn’t follow the math of his arguments, but when he explained the Feynman lectures verbally it was easy to understand.
An example is String Theory. The theory that everything is composed of energy vibrations, like a guitar string, as opposed to tiny particles of “stuff.” A child can understand the concept. Turns out the Ancient Assyrians, inventors of the wheel and musical theory, figured this out thousands of years ago.
I was reminded of them yesterday when the President said he wanted to do something for the Chaldean Christians, their descendants. Persecuted but persevering, in Mosul and Detroit.

I lived next to one of the two main R & D bases for the USN in CA for many years. VERY smart people there but most were unbelievers. My Pastor used to say it is an 18-inch difference from lost to saved (head—heart).

Looking at pension ages across Italy, Spain, France, UK, THE average age is around 65. Now looking at the average life expectancy for these we find it to be around 82. All of these countries have some form of universal medical coverage. So, we have millions of people who for around 17 years pay no contribution, but arguable COST the service the greatest share. Every one of these countries has a major problem financing their medical system. So along comes Covid, and BILLIONS are flowing through that system, while at the same time, those non-contributing “members” (costs) have been reduced considerably. I don’t even have to mention the HUGH money to be made by a 3/4/5 billion dose @$??vaccine roll out. If this were a murder mystery, I’d say all in all it’s a pretty powerful motive.

A minor correction there, all those people who worked to gain a private pension are still paying their taxes on their income just like everybody else. The only thing we don’t pay is National Insurance.
I pay tax at 20% at age 73.

It’s so bad here in the area I live in UK that even though my dad is in palliative stage of Parkinson’s I’m not allowed to visit him in his retirement apartment. It breaks my heart to think we are missing these precious moments with my wonderful Father. Last week the manager relented because they thought he was slipping away so we received ‘the call’ that everyone dreads and so my sister and I were allowed to go to sit by his bed. Thankfully when he heard our voices he perked up and it was a false alarm, but sitting there with him, playing gospel songs and praying for him I was outraged they are limiting our time in his last weeks due to the virus. How dare the government intrude on our lives so much. I pray daily that President Trump will be victorious, that Sundance’s and treepers are safe and that following the election President Trump is victorious and common sense will prevail again through the western world. I know he is your President but I can’t help loving him as though he were mine. In God I trust but because I believe President Trump is Gods man I put trust in him also.

I noticed yesterday that the disgusting Black Lives Matter “mural” that was painted on the street in front of the county courthouse in downtown Martinez, CA. has been paved over. It was a beautiful sight to see downtown looking somewhat normal again. Businesses are booming with lots of outdoor dining space and even some indoor now. I’ll be glad when this insanity has been fully eradicated.

I went to my first Trump rally in Jan 2016 during the primaries. It was an amazing experience. A straight talking man who loved America. The crowd was hanging on to every word. When candidate Trump said as President, he would “bomb the shit out of ISIS!”, the 16,000 people in the arena jumped to their feet and roared so loud, the building shook. I knew this guy was going to be our President. After the speech, he went down to the front line and was giving autographs and shaking hands. I had the amazing experience of shaking candidate Trump’s hand. As I did so, I call him Mr. President because I knew he was going to win.
A great deal has happened since that Jan 2016 event. I had the opportunity to attend 9 more rallies, the most recent one Oct 23, 2020. Of course, there is no access to President Trump these days and hasn’t been since he was the nominee. So I was so glad I went in the early days before he became famous.
Through President Trump’s rallies, he has personally addressed MILLIONS of people. President Trump has made the Presidency more available to We the People than any President in history. This is, in my opinion, why the SCAMdemic was started, to keep President Trump away from We the People. That was the only hope they had to steal the election and justify their FAKE POLLS. So, President Trump started his rallies again and I believe he and his staff were targeted with the bio-weapon as a desperation measure. Well, it didn’t work. It slowed him down for a few days and then he was back to visiting We the People. President Trump is indeed “SuperTrump!”
Having been there observing these rallies personally from the beginning, I have been able to observe a change in people. From the beginning, people here and there would shout out that they loved Trump; that was present from the very first (he has that effect on people, it’s amazing). But now, President Trump has earned the love of literally millions of people. We saw new chants with the latest series of rallies, “We Love You!” and “We Love Trump”. Even chants in Spanish. And of course, the “SuperTrump!” chant.
President Trump is genuinely loved. This is a factor that no poll can ever measure. President Trump has helped more Americans than any President in history; real help that is tangible (jobs and more money with tax cuts) and people appreciate it; President Trump has uplifted MILLIONS of people. As a history buff, it reminds me of the feelings that my grandparents expressed about FDR. As near as I can tell, it is because FDR gave them jobs when they were starving and they never forgot it. And what effects did this have on the voters of the era? They gave FDR 4 terms as President and the D-rats both houses for decades. We will likely see a repeat of history here with President Trump re-elected and Rs take control of both houses.
Never underestimate the power of love. All the D-rats have is hate which is much weaker than love. I feel that the good people of this country will turn out in such numbers, it will nullify the fraud. President Trump will win so many electoral votes that the few states the D-rats are working to defraud will not matter and we will know he has won on election night when he reaches the 270 number. Many D-rats are still registered as D-rats due to where they live but they WILL vote for President Trump. He has also picked up a large percentage of the Hispanic and Black vote. None of these factors existed in 2016.
All of us that voted for President Trump in 2016, need to vote like our country depends on it because it does. However, this time, we’ve got reinforcements. I feel that a large percentage of the people get it and will do so because “We Love Trump!”. JMHO
I saw the people change when Trump caught CV.
It drove home the point that Trump isn’t always going to be around. And that time is running out and we had better get serious to keep him around as long as we are able.

Great post, Fl Guy. I saw him as a candidate, too. And I saw him as President last Thanksgiving. It was a much more relaxed atmosphere when he was just a guy running. But we’ve watched him grow into the job. He knows what he’s up against now. I like it when a serious man becomes deadly serious. We are going to go see him tomorrow night. It’s going to be a late rally, scheduled for 11 p.m. I see it as a historic opportunity. We will never see a guy like this again in our lifetimes, our kids would be lucky to see a guy like this show up again. Landslide on Tuesday.
We will see a different Trump after the election when it comes to aggressively draining the swamp. He has subtlety eluded to this during his recent rally’s. Trump over the next 4-years will be able to accomplish more for America his next 4-years than even his first 4-years.
There was a story that said that plans for a Trump International election night party was changed the White House. That says a couple of things. One, deal with any fraud issues, and two, lightning action on things of importance. Maybe… So I agree. He even said that we/he had little idea how bad the swamp was. He has complete clarity now.
I can’t wait for his book; if he writes one after his presidency.
I envision a Volume 1 and 2 scenario. War and Peace will pale in comparison.
