If the Dems think Joe won/did well enough, will they cancel the other debates? Can’t imagine they will want to risk a meltdown of Joe on stage if he gets through this one ok. I’m not watching any of it live just getting bits from here and other online sites when I can, but it sounds like they made sure Joe was able to hang on just enough to get through.
I am so upset. This was terrible. While President Trump made some good points, and Biden revealed some, but not all, of his radical agenda, on looks and style alone I think Biden won. People who do not pay attention to what has been going on and get news from MSM will think Biden did great. He looked way better than I thought was possible. President Trump had to debate Biden and Wallace. And it sure looks like Biden had the questions and lots of meds prior to the debate. Since the dems were able to pull this off, I think they will skip next debates. And they will use fraud and low info voters to win. I just am very down at the moment. And I am a strong Trump supporter and am working hard to elect my local and state republicans. Maybe things will look different in the morning. Praying God keeps President Trump in power for 4 more years.

I know that was terrible on Biden’s part and Wallace should have called him out. But that did not happen- and the dems and some independents most likely were pumping fists and saying “it is about time someone told him that.” I am truly on the side of President Trump and all of us Treepers, but right now just feeling a mixture of anger at Wallace, disgust at Biden, and disappointed in the President’s performance during this debate.

Finally some of the African American community leaders and civil rights activists are calling out BLM, questioning their motives and asking about what they are doing with all the donations. BLM is not a legitimate civil rights group and to my knowlege has done none of the actions that would benefit African Americans, such as the necessary task of lobbying state legislatures to reform their criminal laws and sentencing practices as well as modernize policing (not eliminating it).
Protesting can create an environment for reform but someone has to do the heavy lifting and BLM isn’t doing it.Trying to drive a racial wedge between Americans is truly disgusting and stands against all that the civil rights activists of the 60s marched and died for. Agitators like BLM are an abomination to a free and democratic society. While discrimination and racial bigotry certainly exist in this country, there have been enormous changes since the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which ended Jim Crow in the south. Poverty and lack of education is the two-headed snake at the root of most bigotry and I have witnessed great changes in my life, although it is true that we have stalled in the in the progress toward equality in recent years. We need to do more — such as reforming the laws to remedy the disproportional incarceration rates of African Americans, particularly young men.
We aspire to a colorblind society and so do the rest of the people on this planet and we have indulged the political left for too long. They have reached a point where they have rejected truth, reason and the fundamental duty of decency that holds society together.
